Installation went very well. Installer's (Alex) work was meticulous and professional. When he finished the days work, he was very thorough in cleaning up the work area. He left the area spotless. Finished product was better than we hoped. We really liked Matt's designs and suggestions. Cost and payment was reasonable. We liked the design and work so much that we are using them to remodel one of our larger bathrooms and utility/laundry room.

We LOVE our bathroom! We used Bull Run Kitchen and Bath and couldn't be happier. Hakan and Lorenzo were a pleasure to deal with. We completely remodeled our bathroom, taking out a bath and putting in a large shower, along with a new vanity and a linen closet. They took that bathroom down to the beams and replaced everything. Initially we had Lorenzo come to our house for a free estimate. He made suggestions on what we could do and was happy to look for ways to fully meet our desires. We then went to the store and selected porcelain tiles for the floor and shower walls. When we couldn't find just the right tiles for the shower accent and shower floor with what they had in the showroom, Hakan suggested we go to a number of tile stores they work with so that we can find the perfect tiles. He kept stressing that we should make sure we love what we select. We found exactly what we were looking for. Hakan also suggested stores to look for fixtures and lights. It all worked out perfectly. When we selected the floor tiles, the manufacturer said that they didn't have sufficient tiles in storage. Hakan called and got someone at the company to look on the floor, and sure enough, our tiles were there and ready to be picked up. Once the work started, it moved along quickly. The first thing the workers did was lay down protective plastic. Throughout the entire project, there never was a mess or odor outside the bathroom. And every night, the workers cleaned up the bathroom before they left. Demolition was done in one day. Work started right away. They have a dedicated staff that is there from start to finish on the job. Hakan checks in every so often to make sure we're satisfied with how the job is progressing. They do contract out the glass for the shower, but I understand that takes a certain degree of expertise to get the glass perfectly fitted. Hakan does everything to make the job right. After an outlet was put in, I asked that it be moved. Not a problem; it was moved. I also questioned why the tiles ran in a certain direction on the shower bench. Hakan came over and explained why it was done that way and offered to change it to my desire. However, after his explanation, I realized his was the correct way. The bathroom looks fantastic. A number of friends say it looks like a showroom. We particularly like the two year guarantee provided by Bull Run. Couldn't have had a better experience and would strongly recommend considering Bull Run for your kitchen and bathroom remodeling.

We had a complete kitchen remodel. From the start, we were impressed with Hakan's professionalism, advice, and time spent with us to make us feel comfortable about our choices. His crew always showed up timely and worked professionally. He also periodically would check to make sure that things were going well. We were very satisfied and feel that we were always listened to regarding any minor issues that came up. I would highly recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath to anyone needing this kind of contractor.

Hakan was our first contact with Bull Run Kitchen and Bath. After getting other estimates, we felt that Hakan was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to remodel our kitchen. Our kitchen presented some challenges but he assured us we could do what we wanted. He explained how and why. We were very comfortable with him and loved his sense of humor. We felt very confident in his appraisal of the situation. He did a great design on both our bathroom and kitchen. Mehmet was the project manager and he was on site about every other day to see how things were progressing and if we needed anything or if we had concerns. We were very pleased with the outcome of both our kitchen and bathroom remodel. The project began on time and ended on time as well. Vladamir and Antonio did all the work. We can't begin to tell you now pleased we were with these two men. They went above and beyond. Their work is excellent. They paid attention to even the smallest details. The work areas were kept clean at all times. We were so impressed with their work. They are truly craftsmen which are hard to find these days. Everyone one at Bull Run Kitchen and Bath were so helpful and courteous. We loved doing business with them. We highly recommend them. In addition, their estimate for our kitchen and remodel came back less than any of the other companies we contacted and we received a few nice upgrades.

I really enjoyed working with Matt from Bull Run (although toward the end of the project I found out he goes by Mo!). He has great taste and helpful ideas. He asked good questions to see what I really wanted and provided solutions that were less expensive. The team that did the work was very nice and good at their craft. I had to have them make very few corrections along the way, and when asked they were quick to redo a couple of small things. They started on a Monday and worked 8 days in a row and got much of the work done. Then there was an interruption and I wasn't sure they were going to complete the project by our hard deadline, and that caused a bit of frustration. However, they came through and finished just in time for a big event we were hosting at our house, and the work is really beautiful. I have forgiven the tardy finish and just signed a new contract to have them come back and put all new flooring in this summer. I would and have hired them again!

We had BRKB remodel the master bath last summer and it was never a doubt who we would have do the kitchen. The price was great, quality of the work and professionalism of the workers was great. Hakan did a great job with design selections and the layout. We added a few things during construction, ( crown molding, recessed lights and paint in the family room) and it was no problem. A great company to work with.

Our experience with Bull Run Kitchen and Bath was exceptional. We would highly recommend this company for any home renovation project. Bob came to our home to discuss the initial project plan and provided a thorough and detailed overview of the steps they would take to complete the job. They were the only contracting company of the ones we met with to provide this level of detail. That in itself impressed us. We then met Bob at the showroom and he was so helpful and did not rush us while picking out tile, cabinets, and such. Their professionalism was exceptional showing up on time and as promised everyday throughout the project. Their employees worked diligently and cleaned up after themselves everyday.They communicated with us every step of the way and the completed work exceeded our expectations. The tile work installed by Esben is beautiful and the shower looks amazing. We love the pocket door installation suggested by Bob. Everyone who has seen the work has commented on how great it looks. I have worked with several companies throughout the years on projects updating our home and no other contracting company has done such a fantastic job. We can not say enough about Hakan and his employees. They turned what could have been a very stressful project into a seamless experience. We are grateful! They get an A+ from us.

Matt our Project Manager and John his Project Construction Contractor were both a pleasure to work with and very skilled in their craft. We received quotes and designs from 4 different kitchen and bath re-modelers/renovators. Matt was our salesman, and he delivered all promises. Matt worked with us on our schedule conducting after hour visits at our home to do measurements, and hear what we were looking for. He met us at the showroom on a weekend, and presented a very professional 3D design based on our discussion, and worked with us to meet our budget by helping us select (gorgeous) cabinets/counters/flooring that were also within our price range of $15K for our small roughly 10x12 kitchen. They were able to start just four days after we signed the contract. They were so on point and on top of the project in terms of coordination, and efficiency. You could tell they are pros and have done this a few times :) John headed up the cabinets and countertop installation, and Rosario headed the flooring installation, both under the project management of Matt. I cannot stress how much I loved having this entire team complete this project. Start to finish, just nice guys who kicked butt and delivered a great finished product. but, the true sign of a great contractor is not when everything goes flawlessly, it is how they handle bumps in the road. Because... there will be bumps. Our floors were uneven. This is not their fault. As such, our floors did not come out right first go around. Rosario and Matt worked together to quickly (and at their own expense) remove the newly installed floors, even the floor, and re-install and STILL kept to the initial promised finish date. Start to finish, my wife and I were just thrilled with this project. We have contacted them again already for more work, and suggested them to two friends with similar jobs. A+ all the way around. I started negotiations with them on the 27th of July, 2015 and that is when they came out and gave me my initial estimate. We spent the next month Emailing back and forth negotiating details and finalizing the terms of the contract. I signed the contract on the 15th of Sept., 2015 and I was told that work would begin approximately 3 weeks after the contract was signed and that it would take that long for the materials to be delivered. He also said that work should be finalized within 2- 3 weeks and definitely before Thanksgiving. I finally got them to start on Nov 2nd, 2015. That first week of November was when the majority of the work was done. They demoed the kitchen and prepped the walls (removed wallpaper, etc). On the 4th of November their flooring person arrived and that is also when the cabinets and flooring arrived. On the 6th of November they installed eight cabinets on one wall plus one coat of paint on walls and ceiling and installed GFCI's and did a little more wall prep. My kitchen is very small... approximately 10'x10'. I basically had them replace everything in my kitchen with the exception of my appliances. I had them replace cabinets, counter tops, flooring, install back splash and painted walls and ceiling and also installed two ceiling pot lights and a ceiling fixture that I had purchased. I purchased all fixtures w/ the ex exception of the pot lights. My granite counter tops were installed and flooring is installed as well. I have had issues with the number of doors on the individual cabinets. Some of the cabinets come with two doors and some with only one door. I advised that I specifically wanted the cabinets doors laid out a certain way so they were more accessible. They initially did not install the them as I had requested, but they did come back and change out three of the four the doors. I have so far been unable to get them to change out the fourth door. My other issue is with the cutting of my exterior door. The flooring installer needed to cut the bottom of my outside door to allow clearance for the new flooring. The problem is, he cut the door unevenly and cut off too much. Now there is a 1/4" gap between the door and the threshold which allows for cold air to come in during the winter months and also has presented potential for other climate issues. I told him that there was 1/4" difference between the hinge side and the knob side, but it made no difference... it was never corrected. John, (the sub contractor) came out on the 23rd of March and looked at the door and cabinet. I asked him when he was coming back to fix it and he stated that he didn't know if he was coming back. I then Emailed Hakan (who is the project manager) on that same day advising of these two issues and have not heard back from him. I have had numerous issues, all of which have been corrected but not without continuous delays and constant excuses. It's been 7 months and I am still waiting to get these issues resolved and be done with this.

The work was well coordinated and managed to customer's satisfaction. NOTE: Provider will not install shoe molding along walls and floor.

Matt, oversaw our project and we met with him to go over plans at the showroom. He provided a 3D plan and we picked our materials at the showroom. The tiles we used were the ones on display because they presented so well and it sold us. Matt was in touch with us all along the way, answered our questions and we went back to the showroom to double check decisions. The hallway bath was completed within 2 weeks as scheduled and the team showed up every day. They worked very hard, were very courteous and the clean up each day was wonderful. We were very impressed with the workmanship of the team and the skill of the tiler was outstanding. There was a 2 week break between the jobs just because we were out of town and the blizzard got in the way of everyones schedule. They had the same team of Juan and his guys return for the next job which we appreciated. They took care to put up plastic and seal off areas and protect rugs and furniture as this was a bigger demolition job in removing a wall. We had to move out of our bedroom for this job. There were a few bumps in the road with timing and some down days but that was because we changed our minds on some original selections once we were into our second bathroom. We also added 3 days of additional complete painting of the rooms, stairwell and hallways that were not in the original plan but it just made sense to get it all done. They did a great job with that as well and gave a very fair price for the additional work. As Matt and Hakan are very customer oriented, they made sure that we were satisfied with everything. We can't say enough about how easy they are to work with and how accommodating. We loved that they came out to the house constantly to check on the work being done and if there was any question, they were there, evening or the weekend. We would absolutely recommend them and would use them again as our first choice with any other work that would need to be done.

My wife and I decided to redo our bathroom in preparation for our first child. We scheduled an initial meeting with Matt to take measurements and get an idea of what we were looking to do. He was on time and professional. He listened to us and offered ideas to go along with what we were looking for. He showed us pictures of previous jobs to help us envision what we could do with our small bathroom. After this visit Matt put together a computer generated rendering of the proposed renovation plan and then we met in the Manassas show room to pick out each detail of the project. Matt was very patient with us and offered many good design suggestions. After all the details and design were finalized, Matt ran the numbers and gave us a reasonable estimate. One of our key concerns was the timeline of the job since my wife was pregnant in her third trimester. The Bull Run team began work very shortly after we signed a contract with them. The team was very professional, courteous, and diligent. Our house was built in 1943 and the bathroom was pretty much the original design. This added some extra challenges, but the team was able to tackle whatever complication our old house could throw at them. I can't thank the team enough for all the long days and hard work they put into our bathroom. Any issues, questions, or concerns we had were all dealt with in a timely manner. Bull Run goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. It was a pleasure dealing with a company that is truly seeking to make sure their customers are happy. In the end, we have a fantastic bathroom. The bathroom was so wonderful that it made my wife tear up a little.

I have solid maple cabinets in my kitchen made by Yorktowne Cabinetry, which my builder (Toll Brothers) had installed as part of the Gourmet Kitchen option with cabinet upgrades. One day, one of my kids had managed to crack one of the cabinet doors into two pieces, which had led me to a long journey to find a replacement door. I tried calling numerous Home Depot and Lowe's to see if they could help me order a replacement door, but they only carried limited lines from vendors and some of them weren't even sure whether I could order just one door - aside from the entire cabinet set. As a desperate measure, I searched for authorized Yorktowne dealer lists near where I lived and started calling each. Bull Run Kitchen & Bath happened to be listed as the second closest from my house, and Matt asked me to bring in the cracked doors to determine my options. It turned out Yorktowne Cabinetry had cut ties with Toll Brothers as a supplier, and discontinued the cabinets I had in my kitchen. Matt said he could try to order a "similar" size/type/color door from Yorktowne but it would not be an exact match; and that it could cost approximately $400. He also offered to repair my door, which was a compelling proposition I could not refuse. So I let Matt and the good folks at Bull Run Kitchen & Bath to work on my doors. After about a week and a half later, I stopped by the store to pick up my door. The door was fixed near perfectly. The crack was barely visible and the door felt solid as new. But the most pleasant surprise came at the end. Matt did not charge me a cent for the repair - either he must be a genuinely nice guy who likes to help people, or I must have looked really desperate. In retrospect, I think it was all of the above. Thank you, Matt and the Bull Run Kitchen & Bath for your generosity and excellent repair!

This project began in mid February and finished in the first week of March - three weeks total. The bathroom was completely demolished and then newly reconstructed. Bull Run stayed on schedule and it was completed on time. Bull Run reviewed all of the work to be done as well as the schedule to complete the work and what would be finished at what times. The only delay was a one day delay due to a snowstorm and was unavoidable. The work was still completed within the planned time frame. Bull Run was well versed in bathroom remodeling and worked with us in planning, offering a range of options about how to structure this bathroom. It also was to be a handicapped bathroom and Bull Run was well versed in accessibility options. We worked directly with Matt (designer) to lay out this bathroom. Matt was well versed in planning bathrooms and explained the work to be done in detail.. He worked with us to achieve the desired result. Overall, this remodeling project achieved a very good result primarily due to the knowledge, execution, and professionalism of Bull Run and its staff..

Bob arrived on time for the estimate and listened to us first. He made no sales pitch whatsoever but did offer ideas with regard to innovations in technology or cost saving strategies. He took precise measurements making sure to capture enough details to make the showroom visit as efficient as possible. A few days later my wife and I went to the Bull Run showroom in Manassas (worth the trip) which was clean and well-organized. (Take Bob up on his offer to make you a cup of coffee with his fancy coffee machine.) We browsed around long enough to validate our plan and sat down with Bob to itemize the estimate. I appreciated that the estimate process was completely transparent and felt comfortable that I had fair price. This process took about an hour - but could go much faster if you arrive with a pretty good idea of what you want. We scheduled the work based on my family's needs. When the work began, the team of Bob and Hakan stayed engaged throughout the project.. The team was efficient, conscientious, professional and excellent craftsmen. There wasn't much cause for changes or corrections but when necessary, the team made them immediately with a focus on customer service. I am absolutely pleased with my bathroom and my 2-year warranty - but most of all, I enjoyed (FINALLY) working with a contractor with a real focus on customer service/satisfaction.

We met with personnel at their store several making selections of materials, colors, and coordination of the proposed layout. We were very pleased with the cooperative and helpful attitudes of everyone we encountered. Their follow up and continuing engagement with us on these issues was wonderful. The entire project took longer than expected due weather events over the winter months, but we were kept fully informed about any delays at all times. When questions or needed changes came up, these were all addressed fully and promptly. Hakan followed up on the work of all of his crews and specialists, and was thoughtful and thorough about any corrections or delays that came up and needed to be handled. We would definitely use them again.

Hakan (civil engineer/electrical engineer by training) was great to work with in measuring and planning the design of both bathrooms. He not only offered suggestions, but really listened to what we were trying to achieve in a couple of very small spaces. The design for each bathroom maximized the space and made them feel much more roomy than the dimensions would suggest. The Bull Run Kitchen & Bath showroom was invaluable in allowing us to see the various finishes and fixtures available to compliment the design we came up with. Once we completed all the design and selection work, including a couple of redo's, the installation team showed up exactly when scheduled. They arrived around 8am each morning and had cleaned up by the time we came home around 5pm in the evening. We were never without power or water when we were occupying the house. The smaller hall bath took about 10 days to gut and complete. The master bath took about 3 weeks. Payment terms were 30% at contract signing, 30% at start of work, 30% at start of second bath, and 10% upon completion. Hakan gave us a couple weeks of using the bathrooms before coming to check out our satisfaction and declare the job complete, i.e., collecting final payment. All work is warrantied for 2yrs. "Don't do anything, don't try to fix it, just call us". The finished product looks awesome and works incredibly well. Quiet toilets, quiet fans, roomy showers, and lots of storage. We highly recommend Bull Run Kitchen & Bath!

Needed to replace worn out kitchen laminate countertops. The time from requesting an estimate to installation only took one week! Very fast and everyone from the showroom to installation was courteous and professional. Kitchen looks amazing now. We also had a new sink and faucet installed. After the sink was initially installed, I noticed a small imperfection in one of the tubs. There was a small but deep gash. The installation crew tried buffing it out, but it still didn't look very good. Called Hakan and without hesitation he said it was unacceptable and had the crew return to install a different sink THE SAME DAY. They definitely stand by their work and quality is top priority. Would definitely hire again.

Bob was the designer. He came to my house, took measurements, and gave me ideas of what would and would not work. He listened to what I thought was necessary and with the final estimate incorporated all my ideas. Matt was in charge of the actual construction. He gave me a start date and they were here on that date and worked every day for the ten days as promised. The workmanship is beautiful. They completed everything on time with a minimal amount of mess that comes with gutting a bathroom. Matt was attentive and returned my calls. I couldn't be happier. I have a second bathroom and I will definitely go to Bob and Matt at Bull Run Kitchen and Bath to have it done when the time comes.

We chose Bull Run Kitchen and Bath because we felt that Matt listened to our ideas and came up with a beautiful design for the kitchen. Their price was in line with the other two estimates I received. The kitchen was demolished in two hours and they started working on the floor the next day. The various crews were very professional and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The kitchen was done quickly- only delay was due to blizzard. Any concerns I had about the work were handled quickly by Matt. I am enjoying using my kitchen especially the pull out shelves in my pantry- an idea that Matt came up with. I would definitely hire Bull Run Kitchen and Bath again!

Matt was able to see exactly what my wife was thinking and transformed our kitchen in the matter of two day exactly as he said before the work started He had a excellent team from the crew that installed granite to the plumber that came in and made sure we had a working sink that day, from the guy that put up the back splash to the team that put in the carpet, professionals We were very happy with all of the work that was completed. There were very few things that we had concerns about, Matt worked with us to make sure that the work was complete and we were happy with the results. These guys do quality work at a reasonable price and we would highly recommend using their services.
