We were very pleased with all aspects of the remodel. Hakan met with us a number of times prior to when the work was begun and answered all our questions and concerns. The crew that worked on our kitchen was wonderful. They arrived promptly every day and completed the work within the time period we expected. We would highly recommend Bull Run to anyone who wants to remodel a kitchen or bath. We are currently planning to remodel a bathroom and are planning to use them again.

They did a complete tear down of the bathroom, put new drywall and waterproof backer board, ceramic tile on floor and walls of bath/shower, vanity with granite top, wall cabinet, toilet bowl, towel racks and hangers, shower rod, ceiling fan, outlets, primer and paint, grout and caulking, just everything in the bathroom. It was a great job. Planning was very thorough, workmen were always on time, and knew their business. Very happy with the entire process.

Very well. Bull Run really worked with us to come up with a design that was best for us. The crew worked diligently and were professional. The job took longer but that was due to getting inspections and we picked out the back splash late in the process and it had to be ordered. Love the kitchen.

The renovations of our two bathrooms by Hakan and his team was well done, very profession and efficient. The team was hard working, very respectful while in our home, and always cleaned up at the end of each day. The work was completed on time, and the results were better than we had hoped. I would recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath to my friends and family.

We were completely satisfied with our kitchen/bathroom project, thanks to Bull Run Kitchen and Bath. The project began with a meeting with Tracy at the showroom. There were tons of choices but Tracy was good at listening to our preferences and helping us to narrow things down. The work began promptly, as soon as the materials were all in, about 3 weeks after we signed the contract. Mehmet was the project manager and he did a great job making sure that everything was on track. He was professional and responsive to our needs. If something wasn’t exactly right, he made sure it was fixed, without hesitation or judgment. He was very good at communicating the status of the project. He was obviously proud of his team and the work they do. The workmen were all experienced craftsmen. They were led by a man named Alex. They worked all day, really hard. Even though they came every day, the job had a couple of unexpected delays, so it was not finished by Thanksgiving as we’d hoped. But they cleaned everything up and made sure that the bathroom and kitchen were in fine working order for the holiday, and then they came back afterward for a couple of days and finished up. This was preferable to them rushing to get it done. If we were home while they were at work, they were respectful of our space. They worked well together as a team… they spoke respectfully to each other, which sounds like a silly thing to say, but we’ve had workers from other companies who cuss at each other and it is awkward and tense. They always cleaned up really well before heading out for the evening. In fact there were only 2 days that we had no access to the bathroom, and it was only 1 day for the bathroom. Also, one evening when I came home from work, they were still cleaning up and my dog ran out the front door into the dark, and I couldn’t find her anywhere and I was really worried. They got in their cars and drove around the neighborhood and brought her back to me! This was after a long day of hard work and before a long commute home. Wow! And the bathroom and kitchen turned out perfect. It is beautiful, and I feel confident that if we have a problem, the company will honor its 3-year warranty. We are very happy with the job! The materials and the installation were spot on. The kitchen looks great. They really helped us out by finding a matching piece of quartz for a new cabinet, several months after the original job.

Bull run provided excellent service, the manager, Matt, stayed on top of everything, all tasks have been completed on time and with the professional quality, overall, great job and great looking end product.

I cannot say enough good things about Bull Run Kitchen and Bath and I highly recommend them to anyone who is considering any kind of remodeling. Our experience working with Bull Run on the renovation of our kitchen has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish for a number of reasons: - First of all, you cannot beat the one-stop-shop experience that they offer. After spending a few hours in their Manassas show room one Saturday morning, we were able to decide on porcelain tile for the floor; granite for the counters; cabinetry and hardware for every door and drawer; and glass tiles for the backsplash. We were able to do this not just because the show room was full of a wide variety of samples for us to look at and compare, but also because Matt, our designer was able to provide us with a computer-generated 3D view of what the kitchen would look like with every material we chose, and every re-configuration we threw at him. To actually have an accurate visual reference of what the completed kitchen would look like was incredibly helpful. Likewise, Matt was able to show us all kinds of before and after photos of other kitchens Bull Run had done, and those also provided an invaluable reference point for our discussions. - In addition to a mutually acceptable design plan, we also left the showroom with a reasonable and realistic estimate and payment schedule that contained absolutely no hidden costs or surprises. - The relationship we have enjoyed with Bull Run has been both congenial and collaborative — we never once felt like we were being sold a design or material that we didn’t really want. Matt has consistently offered helpful, clever suggestions and honest opinions—many of which we went with, and others we modified slightly to meet our personal tastes. - The work began on time and, as I write this, appears to be headed toward completion ahead of schedule — a rarity these days to be sure. - The crew that did the demo and construction was neat, conscientious, punctual and hard-working. As crew chief, Orlando made certain that all aspects of the design and construction that looked great "on paper,” were accurately executed with very little deviation. Orlando and his crew have been meticulous to detail, flexible in the execution of their work, and equally capable of making on-the-spot suggestions and decisions to address issues that the paper design had not anticipated (like adding an additional outlet behind the stove rather than just plugging it back into the outlet we’d been using for the past 17 years which was in an unflattering location to the side of the stove). Another good example of the way in which Matt and Orlando helped conceive and then execute a special request for us had to do with the area where our dog’s food and water bowl is located. In an effort to protect the nearby cabinet, a low wall was built between the cabinet and the space where the dog’s slobbering would take place. On the surface, a fairly basic solution one might think. But when the countertops arrived, the one that topped the cabinets and the “dog wall,” had an elegant curved notch cut into it that aesthetically compliments the wall and demonstrates the kind of attention to detail that Bull Run provided without even being asked. - Finally, everyone’s attention to detail and willingness to take whatever steps necessary to satisfy our requests has been exceptional. At the end of every day one can find little pieces of blue painter’s tape covered with Orlando’s notes tacked up all over the kitchen (paint this - adjust that - replace this, etc.) These pieces of tape are all related to either questions or requests that need to be addressed and not forgotten the following day. Again, this level of thoroughness is both a breath of fresh air and an indication of the professional level of quality work we have received and, I think anyone can expect, from Bull Run Kitchen and Bath. Our experience with this company has been outstanding. I am grateful for the beautiful work they have done and the professional manner in which they did it.

Matt, our project designer, was very easy to communicate with and offered helpful suggestions for our new kitchen. The people who were responsible for performing the actual work were professional, hard-working, pleasant, and committed to doing a good job. The estimate we received was comparable to other contractors we contacted and the materials used for our job were all high quality. From the onset, Matt helped with designing to our specifications and making helpful suggestions that positively affected the final product. Throughout the process he was our project manager, responsive to our questions and very accommodating to minor changes and anything that we perceived as a problem. The various work crews that did the project were always on time, polite and friendly. They also did a fantastic job of daily cleanup which was an added bonus considering the project took three weeks to complete. I was afraid of having my kitchen remodeled due to the time it would take, having strangers in my house, cost and then just overall experience and then would I like it when all was said and done. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Matt made everything so easy. The cost was the best value for what I had done, which was gutting my whole kitchen and starting over. I had some quotes as high as 75k. The workers were all very professional and did an outstanding job. Matt made sure that the project stayed on schedule and was actually done sooner than I was originally quoted. I would definitely use this business again and recommend them highly.

we were very pleased with the work they provided. The contractors came every day and worked on stop, if there was a problem they corrected it without question. Memet was super. He called often to make sure everything was going as planned, plus he stopped by every few days to look at the work. He really knows about bathrooms and how to make them workable and appealing to the eye. We enjoyed working with him and his crew. I had a very good experience with Bull Run Kitchen and Bath. I felt their estimate for the bathroom remodel was reasonable and the products used were excellent quality. My first contact with the company was with Tracy. He was my bathroom designer and he was extremely helpful in selecting tiles, granite, the vanity and fixtures for the bathroom. It was a pleasure to go to the showroom and have his assistance and expertise regarding product selections. The remodel process went smoothly due to my project supervisor Mehmet and the work crew which included Miguel and others. I saw Mehmet each day of the job regarding the work completed and the progress made and he was always available anytime to answer any questions I had. Mehmet was very professional and knowledgeable. The crew worked efficiently, were polite and did a great job each evening cleaning up. Miguel's tile work is beautiful. Mehmet was meticulous about every detail of the remodel and emphasized that until I was happy with every aspect of the bathroom, it wasn't complete until I was fully satisfied. Bull Run also has a two year guarantee so that is an added bonus. The bathroom looks great and I plan on using Bull Run Kitchen and Bath in the future for another bathroom remodel (and plan to request Mehmet and his crew).

BRK&B was at the top of the Angie's List reviews. But, we first compared them against others (to baseline), and ended up choosing BRK&B. BRK&B consists of various crews, all of which, we found to be very skilled, proficient, polite, and each cleaned up the work area at the end of the day. They proved to be very considerate and personable. We love the materials and colors BRK&B helped us pick out and once they removed walls, installed floors and cabinets, and put in new fixtures, the new rooms really came alive. We recommend BRK&B. There is a reason they are at the top of the review list.

The entire staff from showroom, to construction to management were amazing. I cannot speak highly enough about how enjoyable the end-to-end experience was for our family. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction throughout the whole project. They were professional, respectful and simply great people. As a result of the work done by Hakan and his crew (Juan, Sal, Eduardo) the first floor of our home has transformed into a showplace! Not only is the Master Suite and bathroom a work of art, but the refinished hardwood floors, recessed lighting and fresh paint added the perfect additional touch to our remodel! Throughout the process Hakan was very patient with us and was able to transform our idea of a dream Master Bedroom Suite into a reality. He is a true professional and never rushed or pressured us in accepting something we didn?t like or want. In fact, one of the decision factors on selecting Bull Run Kitchen and Bath over others, was his professional, but ?no pressure? demeanor. We would absolutely use him again for future projects!

Excellent can't believe how great of an experience it was.They cleaned up at the end of the work day., kind professional ppl., it's always worry some to let ppl in your home that you don't know but everyone was kind friendly and I am glad I got to know them all I was glad to have them come to my home.

We spent over a year looking for a contractor. From big box stores, to Swedish stores, to do-it-yourself, we could not find a decent solution. We realized our kitchen needed to be done by a professional. It was sheer luck that we stumbled on to Bull Run Kitchen and Bath. We found them online, submitted a form and Hakan was in our house measuring within a few days. By that Saturday, we were in his shop looking at the design. He brought it up on a giant TV, my wife and I were able to see the kitchen in 3D in order to make decisions about the layout. Hakan gave us two options for a custom wine bar by our sliding glass door. After that, we walked the showroom where we selected cabinets, countertops, sink (and sink configuration!), backsplash, drawer pulls, and faucet. Everything was there, and Hakan helps you make decisions if you get stuck. We asked for references, and Hakan was able to immediately provide six of them. I called each one, and they all said great things. Even the people that I left voicemails for, called me back to praise Bull Run. Here's the great thing. It truly is a one stop shop. His price is the price, he doesn't charge you extra for anything they run into. As an example, in order to get the power to the island, they had to run electrical lines under the house through the crawl space. I would expect that any other company would charge you extra to do that, Bull Run did not. The kitchen is amazing, and they did all the work. The electrical, the installation, the plumbing is all done by their workers. And, they stand by everything they do. If anything happens in the next two years, all I have to do is send a text message to Hakan to get it fixed. That's piece of mind.

It went very well. My kitchen is an old galley style and there is not much room to work in. BRK&B has been responsive when questions were asked and when additions were made. The installation turned out beautifully. High marks for craftsmanship. Matt, the project manager, was helpful during the design process as well. It's like he new what we wanted before we said anything.

We are very happy with our new shower and tub. It is an amazing transformation from what was a disaster of my doing (trying to do it myself) into a bathroom that is something to be proud of. The job was done promptly, as promised. There were a few minor fixes after the job was done and those were also addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. I will recommend this company to my friends and will use them again on our next home remodel job.
