Bullrun organization was professional from beginning to end of the process. The entire team is polite and very hard working. Every step of the process, we were asked to ensure our preferences were implemented. The whole project was very well managed by Charlie & Sana to ensure every task was done right. It was a great experience. They produced the perfect design for the available space. The work was performed with highly skilled labor. They were courteous, punctual, reliable, paid attention to small detail, took significant measures to contain dust, and covered the approach to the bar area to prevent damage to the existing carpet. They even relocated a GPO electrical outlet and repainted the entire bar and adjacent toilet (both outside the scope of the contract) at no additional cost. I have absolutely no reservation in recommending BullRun.

He patiently led us through the design process and helped us select the best approach and materials for what we wanted to accomplish; he produced a contract that specified all of the project details and costs. We understood exactly what to expect from Bull Run — as the project progressed, there were no misunderstandings or surprises in either approach, materials, or costs. Thank to Tracy for his excellent up-front work on our project! Project management — Charlie was our supervising project manager and Sana was our day-to-day manager. They were a great team and made us feel very comfortable with the project; they made it clear that their primary objective was to make us happy. Sana clearly communicated the project approach and requirements to the work teams; he responded very quickly to my many questions and requests; in short, he was very easy to work with. Thanks, Sana, for a great job! Project execution — BullRun used several teams (main team that did the electrical, plumbing, dry run, etc.; ceramic tile installation team; and granite installation team) to do the project. All of the teams were exceptional in terms of quality and service. We’d like to especially commend the main team (Richard and Wilson) for their awesome work! In summary, we’re very, very pleased with our bathroom remodeling project. The final results exceeded our expectations and there were no last minute surprises (approach or cost).

The estimate was spot on with no over runs or add ons. I was kept up to date on the progress by the laborer and project manager. My advice and input was sought on all matters in question. The quality and craftsmanship was first rate. I will contract with them again for the next project.

The workers were friendly and helpful if I wanted to change small things, The design was exactly like I wanted it done. The quality of the cabinets was very upscale and the price was very reasonable. They had my kitchen functional for Thanksgiving so I could cook and finished it after. I was pleased.

The entire Bull Run work crew were exceptionally professional, courteous, prompt, and skilled throughout their tasks. The whole project was completed in a reasonable time frame. During the construction phase, only minimal adjustments were needed (some which were called to our attention for approval by the workmen prior to installation) which the workmen performed immediately upon request. After Bull Run Kitchen & Bath did such an incredible job remodeling our kitchen, it was a no-brainer asking them to work their same magic on our old 1970s bathroom. Like the kitchen, we weren’t looking to overhaul the architecture of the room, simply modernize the amenities and apply a contemporary “facelift” to the room’s design. Once again, Bull Run Kitchen & Bath satisfied both of those desires for us, and they did so efficiently, professionally, on time, and within budget. Matt definitely had a busier schedule to juggle compared to the last time we worked with him, but he still managed to provide us with the same personalized customer care and attention to detail that attracted us to Bull Run in the first place. Even though the special tile we chose set the schedule back three months (a shipping issue unrelated to Bull Run), Matt and his team were flexible and accommodating. Once the work began, the crew demonstrated a real dedication and pride in their craft. The tile work was done artfully and with careful attention to detail. The crews were neat and polite and keen to offer suggestions as well as take direction. When the medicine cabinet arrived with broken glass (a shipping issue unrelated to Bull Run), Matt worked with us and the manufacturer to replace it and get it installed without adding too many extra days to the schedule. All in all we could not be happier with our new bathroom. It is stylish, modern, and a significant upgrade in both features and accessibility. Once again, Bull Run Kitchen & Bath did an excellent job of both working with us and working for us. Bull Run Kitchen & Bath did an excellent job scheduling my work, accommodating my design, offering wise counsel, and pleasantly working around my last minute business trip right in the middle of the job. Orlando did an excellent job working with Mehmet, project manager. Together they solved every issue, simply letting me know what they were doing, making the whole job seem effortless. The team's attention to detail on the back splash and floor so very much appreciated. I've received rave reviews and compliments on my awesome new kitchen, and have recommended Bull Run to several homeowners. I'm certain to use them again for the master bath and whole house hardwood flooring.

their were a few glitches but Charlie the project manager was able to resolve them to my satisfaction he was very accommodating and pleasant. all the crew was very professional and arrived on time and cleaned up each evening.

Bull Run did a fantastic job remodeling our large master bathroom. Their workmanship, attention to detail and communication were superior. There are probably some people, but not many, who are more apprehensive about remodeling than us. We were very aware of the many horror stories about home remodeling contractors: delays, wrong materials, poor workmanship, lack of communication, etc. With those fears in mind, we talked to and received bids from 5 remodeling contractors. All 5 bids were in the same price range. As we met with and talked through the design options with each of the 5 contractors, it became apparent that Bull Run was far superior to the competition. Bull Run’s design, and attention to design detail, separated them from the others. Tracy was extremely patient and helpful. We met with Tracy multiple times to consider an almost never-ending array of design variations and options. Once we decided on Bull Run and the design, we were handed off to our Project Lead Mehmet. Mehmet did a wonderful job informing us on progress and communicating about every step of the schedule. As a home owner, you want to know what is going to happen to your home, when it is going to happen and why things happen the way they do. Those information needs were fully met by Mehmet. He proactively told us the steps in the process as the process went along. Occasionally, we sent texts asking questions. Those texts sent to Mehmet, sometimes after business hours or on weekends, were very promptly returned and fully answered. As an aside, when the demolition of the old bathroom was complete, Bull Run noticed that our bathroom water line copper piping was aged and probably worn inside. They replaced all the bathroom lines on their own initiative at no added cost. The work crews, led by Orlando, were wonderful. They worked Mon-Sat each week without interruption. Our project began in early June and was projected to take 5 weeks to complete. At the end of 5 weeks, the bathroom was complete. They worked as unobtrusively as possible, covered and protected carpeting and furniture, and cleaned up every single day. The Bull Run crews did everything they could to minimize the intrusion. We’re delighted that we went with Bull Run.

It went very well! Sales and remodeling associates were very attentive and helped a lot during all phases of the project. They were not at all pushy, kept us informed of the work schedule. All workers were friendly and courteous, They did a good job of protecting floor cabinets and furniture, tented the kitchen to minimize dust from the demolition and sanding done in patching the drywall, and cleaned up at the end of their work day. Special credit goes to Mehmet who served as the project manager. He was very helpful in the planning, helping us pick out the colors of material to give very harmonious appearance in the finished result. This was challenging because the upgrade was to match existing floor, cabinet and almond colored appliances. The end result was a more open, bright, and functional kitchen. The modifications of opening up a wall ended up giving a much larger work area, well lite counters, and pantry. We are very satisfied. The project turned a dark dingy, cramped, out-dated kitchen to one more open, bright, and functional.

The bathroom remodel went wonderful! Very smooth and quick. A complete gut job to brand new bathroom in 2 weeks. The workers were punctual each day and if happened to be late they patiently waited. Everyone was very polite and neat, cleaning up each day after they left. Project went very smoothly! The pricing was significantly less than other estimates we got and the design was great and exactly what we wanted.

They did a fine job. Excellent. They did a good job. We were happy with them. They did it within the time frame so that's all I could ask for. The clean up was very good. The workers were very good. I like them. They were exceptional.

I was very pleased with the remodel. The workers were very polite and trust worthy. I love the work that was done, if I had any concerns during the remodel they answered my questions and corrected anything I was not happy with. Matt was easy to work with and professional.

Better than expected! Antonio and crew were amazing. The expertise and attention to details made for a perfect result in the end. They did everything from demolition to moving the plumbing around and closing up a closet door on the outer wall so we could use that closet space to make the shower bigger. They even tiled the outer knee wall next to the new vanity, which was a big improvement we didn't consider when reviewing the work plan up front. That modification along with all the workmanship and timeliness really made the whole project PERFECT! And Charlie was our point man who made sure all was going as we wanted -- very polite, professional, and attentive. Like I said, an amazing experience!

We contacted Bull Run Kitchens and Baths to come to our home to provide an estimate and ideas on the required project. The Bull Run representative, Mr. Hakan Boke, met with us and measured several times to ensure the project would be installed precisely to fit the space where all work was to be performed. He subsequently provided us a 3-D image of what the service bar we requested would look like. Mr. Boke invited us to meet with him at their show room to go over his estimates and design so that we could make any design changes prior to work performed. Also at that time, all material selections were made and the contract solidified with a date scheduled for the job to begin. The entire project was performed in a professional, timely manner and all work was of the highest quality. The workmen were conscientious while in our home by putting down tarps on the floor, and cleaning up and sweeping the area totally clean when the project was completed. We received a followup visit by Bull Run representatives to assure that we were completely satisfied with the work performed and asked if we had any questions or concerns before concluding the job. We are completely satisfied with the work that was performed and highly recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Baths for any home project.

This is the second time we have used Bull Run Kitchen & Bath. We also used them to remodel our kitchen in 2015. Both times we were very pleased with the work . The bathroom remodel went just as planned. The crew worked six days a week and completed the work within the time frame given to us. Antonio and his crew were great. Their work was good and they were very careful to clean up daily. I would recommend Bull Run Kitchen & Bath to anyone looking to remodel.

Absolutely fantastic. This is the first renovation project we have gone through and we have heard horror stories but I can honestly say we had no issues and a positive experience.

We worked with Alan to renovate our kitchen and our experience was wonderful. We thought our modest budget would mean we had to go with one of the big box stores, but Bull Run was able to meet our budget and I really believe we had a better experience and better value for our money than we would have had somewhere else. From start to finish, I felt like we got great design advice from someone who was willing to listen to all of our concerns and respect our choices. Alan was always available to give us an update or answer a question, and he always made sure we were completely satisfied with the project. Alvaro and the team who did the work were professional and hardworking. Most importantly, the kitchen is beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the finished project.

For our next meeting, we met with Hakan at the Bull Run Kitchen and Bath showroom in Manassas, VA. Once again, Hakan took his time walking us through our virtual design and we made a few adjustments. Then we took three hours to pick each detail of our bathroom. There was never a rush or pressure to pick anything. Hakan modeled each piece side by side for us to see how each piece coordinated with each other. We literally designed our bathroom in their showroom. We picked our shower and floor tile, mosaic tile, cabinetry, counter top, lighting, hardware, coordinating faucets and shower rain head, recessive medicine cabinets and so much more. Once we were completely satisfied, Hakan then walked us through each part of our contract. He introduced us to our project manager, Mehmet, and scheduled our start date for the following week. For the next three weeks, Mehmet, Orlando, Ronald and Luis went above and beyond for us. They worked none stop and paid attention to all our details. Their craftsmanship surpassed our expectations. Each night they would give us a status report. Mehmet was amazing at answering our phone calls and text messages any time we had a question or wanted to change something. He would respond quickly with photo ideas and walked through each process with us so that we felt comfortable every step of the way. Now that our bathroom is complete we are still in awe of how it turned out. We would recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath to anyone seeking to remodel their bathroom. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable and pays attention to every detail. This is truly a world class company that ensures excellent customer service.

I most highly recommend Bull Run Kitchen & Baths for your remodeling needs. We walked into their showroom with the sole purpose of getting an idea about what they had. We were greeted by one of the owners who answered all of our questions and showed us a variety of things for us the consider. His years of experience was obvious in that he understood exactly what we were looking for. That very same day. he came to our home to take rough measurements and to give us a quote for the job. After considering alternative quotes, we signed to have the job done. We were invited to the marble place in Springfield where we were able to choose the exact slab of marble we wanted. He explained the idiosyncrasies of each piece so that we could make an informed decision. He marked the outline of each piece on the marble and let us take photos to ensure that what would be delivered was what we selected. He then gave us a tour of the fabrication area to show us how each piece is cut and polished. It was extremely interesting and informative, and was a quite unexpected service. Within two days, another gentleman came to our house to take exact measurements. Then two days later, they were ready to install. Three gentleman arrived about 9:30 am, as promised. They came in through the garage and placed tarp on the floor so as not to mar the flooring. They removed the old pieces, installed the new counters, and applied the sealant. They were done by noon. A little time after that, the plumber arrived to install the sink and faucet. Again, he was done within about an hour. The owner called in the morning to ensure that the job was being started, called when the plumber arrived, and came to check out the work when it was all done. I was impressed by his attention to detail and for making sure everything was going smoothly and that we were satisfied with the work. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience. The people at Bull Run Kitchen and Baths know what they are doing, Their price was reasonable. They are fair and honest, and have extremely high standards of service. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and will not hesitate to hire them for additional work in our home. As a matter of fact, we have already requested a quote for some work in our basement bathroom.
