Bull Run Kitchen and Bath was great. Rhonn, our designer came up with a creative design that leveraged our space and built it out to a complete kitchen. We live in a townhouse, so it was difficult to find a place to put in a true island and still have room for the required 3 feet of clearance around. Rhonn's design gave us an integrated table attached to a narrow island, with a single slice of granite across. This allowed us to bring in an eat-in area within the space and keeping an open plan. Sana our project manager was so responsive to our needs and making sure the project moved along. Our lead team members, Orlando and Reynaldo were wonderful to work with through the project. Whenever they had a question that required our input, they reached out to us before continuing. They finished our kitchen remodel in under 3 weeks from the time we began demo and the end result was gorgeous. We couldn't be happier with our service.

Choosing the right company for a kitchen remodel can be daunting. We interviewed many companies and decided to go with Bull Run Kitchen & Bath. Their professionalism and attention to detail was second to none. Matt worked with us throughout the entire project from start to finish. It was great having one contact person throughout the entire project. They were very close to their projected completion date which we greatly appreciated. We have been enjoying our new kitchen for about a month now. We noticed a slight imperfection in the flooring, but Bull Run Kitchen & Bath was quick to make it right by sending out a crew to fix it asap. If you want a hassle-free process then definitely go with Bull Run Kitchen & Bath.

I wanted a remodel TV show inspired masterbath and I got it! My husband and I hired BullRun Kitchen & Bath to renovate the 11x7 master bath in our small 1925 home. We had a giant tiled soaker tub ripped out and turned into a walk-in shower, adding a custom wall with a window between the shower and toilet (internet image search inspired). We have a 1920’s inspired farmhouse theme throughout and wanted to keep that in the masterbath. We also had them add a giant window (there was none) and bump out 2 feet into our master bedroom to add a closet in the bathroom and another one in the bedroom. We added recessed lighting in the shower and over the vanity, s well as a new fan/heater. Rhonn was our designer. I have an art background so I had a good idea of what I wanted, it was just a matter of getting it out of my head and onto paper and Rhonn was great at making it happen and was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and made suggestions as I walked around the showroom and picked out samples for selection. He created a 3D rendering so we could really get a good idea of how everything would fit and look, and worked with me again when I wanted to go over a few selections and change some things. Sana was our Project Manager and was awesome. His answer to all of my requests was always “no problem”. He was good at communicating and kept me updated. Juan and his crew did construction. We had them gut the bathroom down to the studs so that the new construction would have no issues. There was some water damage which they corrected and they fixed some issues with the subfloor as well as leveling it out for the tile. I wish they could redo my whole house. They are so courteous and neat. I am picky about how things look and they did an amazing job. The painter did a careful, clean job. They matched the crown molding and baseboard on the bump out to match the existing in the bedroom, it looks like it’s always been there. Edwin single handedly tiled the whole room and did a phenomenal job. With white subway tile and dark grout I was worried about clean lines...he nailed it, making suggestions to ensure the design was perfectly executed with the shower glass placement. I decided to change to french doors on the bathroom closet right before construction. I worked with Sana who ordered them so I could paint them since I wanted to do a DIY Mercury Glass effect on the panes, they arrived nice and early and I got them done with plenty of time to spare. Ted came and added our 5’ wide “skinny” window to the exterior wall and did a great job. He reinforced it with metal beams and ensured it was centered, another super nice guy. I don’t remember the name of the shower door guy but he did a great job as well, getting me a gorgeous antique style door handle that I love. He was also very friendly. Did everything go smoothly? Of course not. This is construction and things happen. The countertop came in wrong postponing things a bit, but the problem got corrected and I absolutely love it...especially since it’s also on the shower bench and thresholds. I would highly recommend BullRun Kitchen and Bath, and I hope to have them redo our other full hall bath someday! I did go to another “all in one shop” when I first started the process but they seemed to care less about getting my business in a number of ways. Even though BullRun’s estimate was slightly higher I went with them because they made me feel welcome the minute I walked in. Customer service goes a long way with me, but they backed it up with what they delivered!

We had our 1987 master bathroom. It required a complete gut job. We were very pleased with the work. It required a lot of thinking outside the box to make the space work. The design team of Tracy and our project manager Sana and Edwin and Oscar our contractor all came together to produce a truly great master bath.

My experience working with contractors has been most frustrating. It ranks right up there with going to the dentist. Fortunately, Bull Run Kitchen and Bath proves that there are still great contractors out there. We hired BRKB to completely remodel our kitchen. We worked with Tracy, who patiently guided us through the design process, making many changes along the way until we were happy. During implementation, our project manager, Sam, checked in with us often, was available by text or phone at crazy hours (sorry, Sam), and solved every problem or concern that came up, no matter how small or large it may have seemed. Their lead installer, Orlando, was likewise an outstanding people pleaser, who worked tirelessly to make sure things were perfect. The cabinet quality is outstanding, and the workmanship on all of it is equally outstanding. We signed on for a lot of change and big expense, but it was more affordable than we imagined after shopping around with other companies who quoted higher prices. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful new kitchen, one that we designed, and we’re excited to entertain our friends and family in our home again. You will not regret choosing BRKB to do your kitchen or anything else in your home.

I was so very pleased with everyone at Bull Run Kitchen and Design. The designer Hakan had wonderful ideas to expand storage and add countertop. The project manager was attentive, helpful and took care of any questions I had during the process. The crew members were respectful, polite, careful and cleaned up thoroughly every day. I could not have improved the experience and I just love my new kitchen!

It went very well. The work quality is great. Shower tile, flooring, paint job, and vanity/mirror looks flawless. The worker was friendly and easy to work with. The Project Manager was great as well.

Well Personnel were great. Worked hard, cleaned up each day, were pleasant to deal with. Would not advise starting on a Friday as two extra days--the weekend--extended the project.

There was a few unexpected things that happened but our project manager, Sam, was amazing and worked hard to get everything corrected to our satisfaction. The lead worker, Orlando, was great also. We are satisfied that we chose Bull Run for our kitchen remodel!

From design to completion, everything went smoothly. They were always available to answer any questions and the quality of work was superb. I have had other remodeling jobs performed by other companies and this one was top notch. Every detail was planned for and so much attention was made in making everything work together.

The finished process in both bath rooms are beautiful! The Site Manager, Sana, and the team, led by Juan, were most professional and pleasant, and worked diligently throughout the whole process. This is the third time we have contracted with Bull Run Kitchen and Bath--the same team installed a Service Bar in our basement and renovated our Master Bath. We are greatly pleased and satisfied with the quality of products, workmanship, and finished outcome of all work done in our home. We highly recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath as a reputable company and would consider them again for any future home improvements.

The quality of work was impeccable! Hakan's design for our master bath was so creative and the finished bathroom it is beautiful! Our Project Manager was Sam who was very responsive and maintained excellent communication throughout the whole process.

Wonderful company and I can't say enough about how great they are. Bull Run Kitchen and Bath redesigned and remodeled our kitchen in December 2014. Since then, Hakan and his team have come back to our house three times to regrout our kitchen floor (old house that flexes) and just last week came out to replace a regulator for our under cabinet lighting. These repairs were all done within the week of me calling Hakan and at no additional charge. Bull Run Kitchen and Bath takes their business seriously and definitely takes care of their clients for years after. I will continue to use Bull Run Kitchen and Bath and highly recommend them.

Kitchen remodel for a condo was completed in one month. Company is very professional, communicates well with this client and performed quality work. Tracy put together the design plan with me to make my vision come to life and made several excellent suggestions for the kitchen. Project Manager Sana advised me regularly on the status of materials and work being performed. Sana was efficient and professional. Orlando and his crew worked very hard and their work was high quality. This company listened to what I wanted and they worked hard to make it happen. I would not hesitate to use Bull Run Kitchen & Bath again for another renovation!

Bull Run K&B did an outstanding job. Our projects were completed inside of 2 months even with heavy remodeling/demo necessary. Our designer, Hakan, was great and very knowledgeable about our specific kitchen and bathrooms needs. He made great recommendations and guided us when we needed it. The PM, Sam, kept us on schedule and was always punctual. He did a really good job of keeping us informed as to what was going on with our projects. The foreman, Juan, too was outstanding. His knowledge of the inside/out of a house shined. He made things happen when we had doubts things could be done. Regular installments at our house were Nelson and Lalo. They are hard workers and very skilled in their respective roles. They both were very accommodating in our projects and went above and beyond. Our kitchen and bathroom floor/wall tiles are better than we ever imagined thanks to the great work of Edwin. He truly does fantastic work. All and all these guys are great to work with and do a fantastic job. They complete their work as stated from the very beginning.

Tracy walked us through the design at the showroom and was very knowledgeable and helped us decide on the final design and product placement. Sam managed the project and was very involved throughout the entire process. He called us frequently to provide updates, realistic timelines and to ensure proper placement of tiles, towel bars, handles, etc. Wilson did a phenomenal job bringing our vision to reality. He is a master craftsman and paid attention to the finer details; he meticulously cut tile to ensure the pattern flowed seamlessly throughout the shower enclosure. He also took the time to clean up the work area each day prior to his departure. Overall, great company, great price, great customer service, and most of all, great work!

This is my second bathroom remodel completed by Bull Run Kitchen and Bath. Bull Run previously remodeled my master bathroom roughly 4 months ago. That experience was so satisfactory that I looked forward to having the second remodel done. Hakan (our design consultant), Sam (our project manager), Juan (our on site foreman) and his crew and Edwin (the best tile artist in Northern Virginia - yes, Edwin's tile work is art, he's so meticulous) hit another home run for us. Our first remodel was pretty much designed with the wide range of choices on display in the showroom. This time we ventured outside of the showroom for some additional personal self expression but no matter what you choose or where it's coming from, Bull Run coordinates the procurement and receipt of the goods. We had our vision and design ideas but like before we were still anxious to get Hakan's expert guidance - like the arrangement of the tiles you'll see in the attached photo. We had a horizontal arrangement in mind. Hakan recommended a vertical arrangement. We love the resulting waterfall look. There were many other design touches that the BRKB team contributed to the project and some design mistakes that they gently nudged us away from making. Thanks again to all at Bull Run for another project on budget and at the right price. I love working with these guys and look forward to BRKB redesigning my 30 year kitchen next.

The work was completed in less than 4 weeks. It was delivered as promised. Complete renovation from top to bottom. We are beyond please with the professionalism from the designer to the installers. After interviewing 5 other bathroom installation businesses we chose them. So glad we did. They were a pleasure to have in the house. They were here everyday from 8 until 5:30/6:00 and worked hard all day. The amount of work they got done each day was impressive.

The quality of the work was excellent. Hakan is a wonderful designer and had good suggestions. Sam did his best to make sure we were happy with the outcome. However, the project took twice as long as originally we were told.

We have had a great experience with Bull Run Kitchen and Bath! Working with Sana and Edwin has been a complete pleasure. They have been extremely flexible with making some changes to our project as it progressed. They were even quite creative when needed to be. I had bid this project out to three other companies in the area, and they were the most competitive. I will definitely use them again for another home project!!!

We needed a contractor to remove a Kohler powered shower we had installed 17 years ago and replaced with a modern shower, as well as replacement of toilet and exhaust fan. We wanted the new work to be compatible with the existing cabinets, sinks, and ceramic flooring. As we had mixed results with various contractors over the years, we were very concerned about getting quality work for a reasonable price. We chose Bull Run Kitchen and Bath based on very high recommendations from a friend who had used Bull Run for three bath remodels and overall we are extremely pleased with the results. Our first contact was with designer Tracey Roach, who visited our home, took measurements, and listened to our needs. Next, we met Tracey at the Bull Run Showroom to select tile and plumbing fixtures that he suggested would be compatible with our existing flooring and fixtures. When we reached agreement on the design for the new shower, we were presented with a detailed contract and price. The price was about what we expected given the quality of the materials we were using, and the pledge that the work would only be done by their regular employees and not some random subs, a problem we had encountered with other contractors in the past. The work commenced as scheduled about two months after our design meeting with a visit to our home by Tracey and Sana, who was introduced as the Project Manager for our job. Together, we went over the work to be done so there were no misunderstandings. The next day, Sana arrived and introduced Edward and Oscar, who would do all the demo, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting and tile work required to complete the job. They worked 8 to 10 hour days, including Saturdays, protected our wood floors and cabinets, and cleaned up after themselves every day. They were polite and professional, offered helpful suggestions for dealing with minor issues that were uncovered and Sana was helpful in suggesting modifications that lead to a bigger shower stall that still fit within our bathroom footprint. The modifications were done for no increase in price. The work was completed in about two weeks to our total satisfaction. The final aspect of our project was the measurement and installation of custom glass shower doors. For this, Bull Run recommended Supreme Glassworks, and one of the owners, Unis, came by to take measurements and explain our options in terms of glass thickness, framing, clarity, handles, with the pros and cons of each option. We chose 3/8 thickness, low iron glass, frameless, with one sliding and one stationary panel. Installation was delayed three weeks at our request because we went out of town. Unis did the installation and the resulting doors are spectacular and really set off the Bull Run tile work. We could not be more pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend the Bull Run team for a bathroom remodel.

The original work was designed by Ron in the showroom. Bull Run came in cheaper than the other quote we received. We saw they had good reviews so we decided to trust the project to them. Sana, Edwin and his group of workers have been punctual on the job. They have paid attention to every detail. They respond quickly to our questions. They also pay attention to cleaning up after each day of doing work. My husband and I are very satisfied with their work. We highly recommend them for any project you may choose.
