Description of Work: All the money wasn't expected upfront. The Company was very responsive with answering questions & fixing things along the way.

Description of Work: Completely remodeled two 5X7 bathrooms. Installed new tub and shower stall with porcelain tile walls, new tile floors, vanities, sinks, fixtures and toilets. | |I'm extremely pleased with the process and the work. Bull Run did each bathroom separately so we had one to use during construction. Walled off our bedrooms with plastic, took the plastic down and cleaned up every day. All the materials are good quality. We selected all the materials, except the paint and light fixtures, from their showroom. | |Good, careful workmanship. Mahmet, the project supervisor, and the two workers always kept us informed of what was going on and any unforseen problems were always quickly solved. | |The two workers were very polite, answered our questions, were careful not to damage surrounding areas and tried to be as unobtrusive as possible. | |From demolition to finish took 17 workdays. | |We shopped other contractors. Estimates ranged from $18,000 to $51,000! I believe we received very good value.

Description of Work: He showed up at the time I'd left a message that would work for me but did not confirm the appointment so I was not expecting him. Very good appointment, had great ideas. Now, over 6 weeks later, have not heard a word. The interior decorator I'm working with also contacted him and he said he was going to send me a design and estimate. Three weeks after that, nothing. I have heard NOTHING at all, no email, no message on my phone, no call, no mail. I will not be using him because even though I had a very positive impression in the beginning and could have overlooked the lack on confirmation, I have had NO communication from him at all.

Description of Work: This was the quote for a small town home powder room. Toilet and vanity with light and mirror and to tile floor. The room is 5x3 way to expensive. I said we have the vanity and lights picked out already. They advised us it wouldn't save us any money...uh excuses me? No thank you.
