They were very responsive and set my appt very quick. Bob was the Tech who came over and he went over everything with me...including the bill. They are priced a little on the high side, but well worth it. I highly recommend Beacon Electrical.

Installed and grounded new outlets. Installed 3 dedicated circuits and corrected code violiations in panel, work was done in in one day. Estimate was accurate. Jimmie was courteous and explained what needed to be done.

The work performed was done well however, there was some confusion as to the price which was settled evetually. Make sure of all the fees and charges before the technician arrives. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything before he stated the project.

I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed. The staff who performed the work was very knowledgeable and provided sound advice. The company was very helpful in providing support to obtain the electric permit. The only suggestion I have is that the company representative visit the residential premises before providing an estimate and not provide an estimate over the phone which is subject to chance once they come to perform the work.
