Several contractors provided LP water heater replacement estimates. They offered a package deal or two with varying price ranges but provided little in the way of project details. Then, Jonathan from Beacon Home Services arrived. He conducted a thorough examination of the work site inside and out. He explained the project plan, offered several options, and provided a complete description of each option. Jonathan was the only contractor who mentioned pulling the required permits and scheduling the follow-up inspection. Then, working with Candis in customer service, we made minor adjustments to the service order and set the installation date.  Jonathan arrived at the prescribed time and went straight to work. His experience is evident as he completed a thorough, high-quality, up-to-code job. David Lanham was informative, explaining every step of the process. He thoroughly explained the quote, time to complete the task and provided several options. I had the work done and will be having David back to do additional improvements to our system soon. Tech was on time, courteous and thorough. Problem was resolved quickly and at a fair price. Great to get service on Christmas Eve! We would go to Beacon again for electrical work.

Bryan came in, took our description, put his expertise to the problem (sink would not drain) and fixed the problem. There is no need to try to fix an issue with ones self, when local PWC Beacon is there to professionally assess, diagnosis and provide a solution each and every time. Beacon installed smoke detectors and carbon monoxide sensors and suggested 10 year batteries. This was a good call and I’ll check in with them in a few years. Service was good. The only thing I didn’t care for is that each technician recommends the products they like, not a company standard. So far, though, what I purchased has worked out.

Beacon was prompt and delivered a great service. We were so happy with their work!
