Excellent choice

After a promising start with the a friendly, knowledgeable technician, I expected a great follow-on experience when my lighting project (install outdoor floodlights) was complete. However, I ended up having to cancel the project because neither the original or the second/backup technician made it to my house at 2 hrs 25 mins past the scheduled appointment time. When I called the person I originally thought would be my installer (as told to me by the company rep), he didn't have any awareness he was due to be at my house 45 mins from that point. Called the company and arranged for a different person to come. Gave up on him at the 2:25 point. Did not receive any advisory calls from the company....I initiated all calls. Can't really rate the work quality or value for the money. Big disappointment and waste of my afternoon away from work.

Hired Beacon to replace a driveway light. Technician was professional, explained what he was doing, and answered my questions.

Called beforehand as promised, did the work, installing GFCI, fixing a broken outlet and rewiring a light very quickly and at a very good price. I would highly recommend!

the rep for this company had no interest in fixing my problem. All he wanted to do was replace my electrical panel for $5500.00 with no guarantee that it would solve the problem I call them for.

Beacon came to my house the same day I called. Their technician was thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. He told me exactly how he would proceed to assess and diagnose my problem, and provide me with options; he also apprised me in advance of the costs. He completed the project in a timely fashion, solved my problem and cleaned up after.

The Technician came out to my house. He was friendly, efficient, and experienced. He told me certain things that might happen like holes he would have to make in order to install new ceiling fan box. However, it turned out he found a better way. Lastly, he cleaned up after himself. I would say I can't do better in finding an electrician in the future.

We used Beacon to update the plugs and switches in our 40+ years old home. The Service Technician (Jimmy Page) arrived as scheduled, performed a complete inspection of our electric circuits and quickly diagnosed our issues. He provided options for our consideration and clearly explained all aspects of the work. The work was performed immediately, within the agreed-upon estimate and to our complete satisfaction. Mr. Page moved and replaced all the items blocking the outlets and did a thorough cleanup (even using a vacuum to get any dust that may have resulted in removing the old items) and final inspection making sure we were happy with the results which we certainly were. While their prices may seem high, the quality of their work and their labor guarantee makes it a good value. We recommend Beacon and Mr. Page highly.

Kudos to Beacon and Jimmy P, who installed a large chandelier in my foyer. Very professional and courteous and not overpriced. Jimmy had all the tools to finish the job without delay and he definitely knew his craft very well. Definitely will recommend Beacons to my friends and will seek them first on future projects!!!
