The electrician not only solved the current problem, but offered a solution that would prevent the problem from recurring for a modest additional charge. The work was completed in a few hours.

I hired them based on good reviews at HomeAdvisor. What i can tell you is to look for more. Get more estimates! Simple job like changing 2 prong outlets to 3 prong costs $85-$90 per outlet. Of course they put it in a way that included cost for coming out, customer services, travel time etc. total rip off charging $774 for 9 outlets. They may have stayed for an hour to complete the job...? OMG. I will never recommend this company to my friends.

I had 3 projects that needed to be addressed. The contractor was only able to make repairs for one of them. Also, the contractor did not clean up after the one repair that was made.

The project was well done. Beacon Electric technician was highly competent and thorough. He identified the problem and completed the work to my satisfaction.

Milton and team showed up on time, assessed the situation quickly and provided me with several options to replace my home electrical power panel. They were professional and did great work. Katie at customer service was outstanding and helped me navigation the process and followed up with scheduling the Fairfax, VA electrical inspector and follow on Dominion work required on the outside of my home. Very professional, great work

Jimmy was on time and solved a complicated problem where I had a series of switches not working and power feeding back through the light fixtures. After doing all the wire tracing and re-arranging connections, everything works as it should. Overall a great job, a little on the pricey side but everything now functions as it should.

Jimmy Page did a fantastic job! Luckily, he was able to come out to the house on short notice and give us a quote, which was A LOT less than other companies we contacted. We recently purchased a new home and wanted to replace all the plugs and faceplates, and upgrade the electrical panel and Jimmy gave us 3 pricing options. He was on-time, polite, courteous, and explained the different pricing options. We plan on renovating the kitchen in the near future and will definitely call on Jimmy to come back to install recessed lighting.

Great fast service. Talked over costs upfront. Repaired at minimum cost. Problem fixed.
