Efficient and effective.

Well trained electrician arrived on time, offered a fair price, and installed a dedicated outlet for our new sump pump right on the spot. Haven't had the final inspection from the County yet, but the work looks very professional.

Overall I had a very pleasant experience with this company. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy and the representative was helpful and pleasant. The electrician performing the job, Nelson, was great. He is very polite, professional, and finished the job faster than expected. The only, quite minor complaint I'd have is that he had to come back once because he forgot to seal one hole and left some equipment behind. Also, he could have done a better job cleaning up after himself. Nonetheless, we were very pleased with the quality of his work. One more aspect I want to mention is the overall communication with the company, which was outstanding. I got frequent updates regarding my appointments, and always knew what was supposed to happen, when, and by whom. I will happily go with this company again.

I have nothing but praise. My serviceman was competent and completed the job quickly. Definitely on my favorites list. Serviceman was Mr. Friday.

I did not have to move anything he did the work. He also gave advice and explained their warranty. Very professional and friendly service.😍

They were so wonderful. They called me right away and they showed up and did a great job. But they actually went above and beyond and did some other work as well. I will call them again in the future.

I appreciate the quick response time!! Unfortunately the issue was user error, so I wasn't able to fully evaluate their performance. But based on my experience I will definitely keep them on my speed dial for my rental property in VA.

Kurt from Beacon Electric was prompt, and diligent. Worked in very high summer heat in our attic to replace an attic exhaust fan. Encountered and overcame problems quickly. Would not hesitate to use Beacon Electric again.
