Very good. Quick and responsible but I think a little on the expensive side. I will recommend them.

Very happy we chose to work with Beacon Electrical Services! We just needed an electrical outlet added in a hallway. Mr. Friday was our technician and he was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He did the job quickly with no mess and it was reasonably priced (much better than the other quote we received). We will definitely keep their number on our 'to call' list.

Prompt and friendly service. The Electrician while he was here, changed a light bulb and noted detroitating Electric company wiring coming into the outdoor meter. Nelson helped me call Dominion Power and put in a request for repairs. Thank you.

Mr. Friday did a great job installing a ceiling fixture, fan and wall switch. His work was tidy, fast and fairly priced.

Sam, the tech did well. Answer my many questions and worked pretty efficiently. Also showed up on time for his appointment, which is important to me.

I was unable to be present while the work was being accomplished, but technology is a wonderful thing. Using phone, text, and pictures i was able to see it all. I feel foolish for not recalling my technicans name, but I would hire him again in a flash... well not a big electrical one ;). Thank you so very much for a job well done.

I have written to Beacon Electrical about my concerns: Shoddy workmanship and charging for hours not worked. If I receive a satisfactory response from them, I will revise my review to reflect that. UPDATE: I just wrote a lengthy review about how the company addressed my concerns, but it seems to have disappeared.

Milton and Zack were very professional. They were careful with furniture that had to be moved and ensured that any mess that was made during during the removal and installation of light fixtures was cleaned up. This was the best experience I've had with a contractor and I would definitely use Beacon Electrical Services again.
