Beacon came through and did a good job, overall. The pricing is, however, a bit on the high side, at a minimum charge of $225.00, less $59.00 (call out charge for developing scope and producing estimate), plus materials.

Great to work with. Did an excellent job. Electrician was very helpful and answered all our questions. He cleaned up afterwards and told what was wrong and what he did to fix it. We would ask fo him again if we had other electrical needs.

Company called set up an appointment on May 4, 2021 never showed up or called to let us know they were not coming. This is not the first time this has happened using this app to find someone to do work.

Beacon Customer Service was prompt at scheduling a plumber and following up on my questions. Eric the plumber gave me lots of great information about the type of pipes and the issue I was having. The repair went well too. However, the price was higher (nearly $200 more) than other plumbing companies. After the service manager reviewed the repair, he decided to charge me the lesser price.
