The tech did a great job. My disappointment is more with the company itself. I was told they did not give estimates on the phone, but the tech would provide a free estimate when he got there. Then I was presented with 4 different options, with the 4th one being a $59 service visit. I thought the estimate was free? I went with the option to only replace the light fixture, which was the only thing I had actually asked for. The other two options ranged up to $1,000!! Pros: the job was done well, the technician was friendly and cleaned up extremely well after. Cons: pricing is high and it's confusing when you simply want the one thing you asked for completed. I called other places and was given a quote over the phone to replace a light fixture so I'm not sure why this company handles it differently

Company is not transparent with pricing will not hire a company that does not articulate hours estimated and hourly rate or price charged for replacement. No accountability means you lost me as a customer.

They never found the wires causing my problem. They clomped all over my house taking the switch plate off every outlet that had nothing to do with the problem and caused crystal scones to fall off the dining room wall and break. They charged me $675 .00 for diagnostics but my lights still do not work. They were here for 3 days.
