Jamie was very professional. He had some excellent hints for us to care for our equipment. Have asked for him personally to do our full house plumbing inspection.

The electrician did a gray job

Had the job done by another firm at 20% lower cost.

The company was extremely responsive, and a tech was here the next day to replace the motor in a bathroom ventilation fan. In doing so, the tech discovered that the switch controlling the fan had gone bad and replaced that as well. He also looked at the house panel to ensure that everything looked safe and advised me on questions I had about potential projects. Extremely thorough, quick, capably, and friendly!

2 x Ceiling fans installed in new build home with j boxes for ceiling fans already installed. Paid 590 for job. Tech was very professional and had the job done in a couple hours. They were on-site and completed the job within 2 days of my calling them. The timeliness of the appointment and the quality of the job are the highlights. The cost was the only real detractor. They were a bit above other estimates but could fit me in about 3 weeks earlier. I was also in constant communication with Beacon to let me know the eta of the tech.

Efficient, personable and knowledgable

The technician was very informed and was able to explain in terms that I understood so that I knew exactly what needed to be done. He was very polite and this company I would highly recommend to anyone who needs electrical service.

I enjoyed my experience working with Beacon home services. The communication from the scheduler to the technician was excellent. Timing changes were communicated, and the tech arrived right on time. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained the entire process of the repair from beginning to end. I would definitely hire them again.

The job was a bit expensive but nonetheless they did a great job.

Beacon has a Responsive office staff and very professional technicians. The project was completed as promised and all the work was clearly explained. Our under cabinet kitchen lighting has been successfully installed and we are very pleased with the results.

Overall, a pleasant experience. I would call them again for additional electrical work. Matt was very professional, and I highly recommend him.

Plumber was on time and very knowledgeable. Was able to find the leaks and recommended the necessary fix.

Tech was amazing. Super friendly. Explained everything before starting the work and then showed every step to ensure we knew the work was being done correctly and with quality we expected. Call Center was also on top of keeping me notified on my tech’s arrival eta. Highly recommend Beacon Home Services.
