All persons involved were professional, on time, and through. The film has made a huge difference in the kitchen temp.

The owner called within 12 hours of my leaving a voice mail inquiry. He came out on a Saturday morning to measure and give us an estimate. He was able to schedule an installation working around our schedules. The estimator was knowledgeable about the films, provided clear information and did not try to up-sell us. We knew the problem we needed to fix, and he listened to our concerns. The installer arrived promptly, worked carefully and finished in the estimated time-frame. The price was comparable to previous quotes, but the service and friendliness of the company were much better. We would recommend them highly.

The estimator arrived precisely on time, described the services and provided an on the spot estimate including the Angie's List coupon discount. This company's price was lower than the other company from whom I secured an estimate, and I could not find any apparent difference in the product or the expected service. Since I decided on the spot to go with them, he scheduled the installation during that trip as well. The installers ran a few minutes later than the early end of their arrival window, but called well ahead of time to let me know. The installers were friendly, professional and quick. They provided care instructions and described the warranty.

It went very well. Their cost was competitive compared to others. They have a wide selection of products, they did not try to sell us the most expensive item, they listened to what our needs were and recommended a solution that fit our requirements and wasn't necessarily the most expensive thing.

Overall experience was great. They arrived on time and finished when they said they would.

The work turned out fine. They were fast, on time, and completed the job. I was looking for something to cover Transform glass to keep my wood floors from turning a bleach color from the sun. I received a quote from another company to use Louvers, it would cost about $1000 for the work. However, I was happy to find an alternative through Atlantic Sun Control where there only charged $40 the Transom window.

It has worked very well. We are in a very exposed area of the building and we have lots of glass. Because the heat is so intense, we had them install window tinting. It is still hot, but the heat is ambient and you don’t feel it on the furniture that is right up against the window. I believe the one can’t measure the UV retardation. They did a very efficient job with a minimum of disruption. They gave a thorough description of what they had done and what to expect. I am quite satisfied with their work.

They salesman and the installers were very professional and quick. They all knew the product they sold very well.

It was done really well. This is the second time we’ve had them in. They are efficient. Their crews are knowledgeable of the product and they are very careful about making sure the customer’s home is not disturbed. They clean up well after themselves. As a repeat customer, they do a good job! If we ever have any need for the service, we will hire them again for the job!

The work went well. I have had three bids and their cost was on the lower end. They honored their warranty very well. They have been back twice to replace certain films that had formed bubbles. They did a nice job and I am very happy with them. They cleaned up after themselves.They were an excellent company and did an excellent job!

The 2 man crew arrived on time and quickly went to work. They did not have any uniform or clothing item with the company's logo - looked like a couple of young guys off the street - but they knew what they were doing and did a very good job of applying the film. I was a bit dismayed to find water drips on our walls and floors afterward that we needed to clean up as well as bits of film trimmings on the floor - but generally they cleaned up well and were efficient in their work.

They were great and wonderful. I got a new rug in my sun room. I looked at the old one, a small one which matches the faded rug and I could not believe the sun damage in the difference in the color from the old rug to the new one. I am hoping the tinting of the skylights would save the rugs from fading out. I would recommend them to others and tell others that they were efficient, pleasant, and very polite. They worked quickly and that I was very pleased. They explained how the grade of the film that they use affected the furniture and whatever from the sun. I was happy with them.

Company failed to respond to two inquiries about estimate for window tinting for my Mazda 5. Even if they do not do online estimates there is no excuse for not responding. If they think that little of potential customers then I do not want to do business with them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Salesman was very knowledgeable, showed samples of all the relevant films and left them with me to look over also. They offered a fair price, got the job done on time and on schedule. They were here on a 95 degree day and you could see the difference in heat and glare levels decreasing as they went through the house. The next day it was 100 degrees outside and it seemed night and day inside with the energy film in place. I highly recommend these guys. Although they can do jobs as large as the Dulles Airport, they also are very good and efficient at doing private homes as well.

Everything went very well from start to finish. Everyone related to Atlantic Sun Control was professional, respectful, informative, and responsive. From the sales to the office scheduling to the installation, they did a wonderful job. The installers cleaned up after themselves, and made sure we understood the care of the window treatments.

They arrived within the time frame specified. They were professional, respectful (even asked before using the bathroom!) and cleaned up after themselves. Their estimate was on target and lower than 2 other firms we considered.

I made contact with Chris online, he was very prompt and thorough in answering questions, made an appointment online for installation the following week. The workers were right on time, very professional, very courteous, and very good.
