Very well. The technical was prompt and he installed the film precisely. The entire process took about 90 minutes and we are experiencing less heat inside as a result of the film. One unexpected benefit is that the view from the inside of my is actually clearer and cleaner than before the film was installed. I am already planning to have more windows done.

From start to finish this relatively small but important project went very well. I would not hesitate to recommend Atlantic Sun Control to anyone needing window tinting to reduce heat or glare in a home. They're extremely easy to work with, very knowledgeable, highly professional, and very affordable relative to the competition. They do not try to steer you to their most expensive products and they walk you through the data so that you can make an informed decision. Window film selection is not as easy as one might suppose. There are enough statistics to create uncertainty and, as I'd learn through my own research, at least three of the half-dozen prospective installers I spoke with provided less than complete explanations when selling their services. My initial conversation with Chris at Atlantic was candid, informative and without a hint of pressure. He talked about the data, the products, and the manufacturers. The installation was equally professional. Tom and Jesus arrived right on time, maneuvered a 14 foot ladder up the stairs to reach the skylights, and had the job finished and cleaned up within an hour and a half. The skylights themselves are westward facing. Prior to the tinting they allowed a tremendous amount of solar heat into the house and the room was almost uninhabitable on summer afternoons. The window films made a huge difference. Not a 100% improvement (in fact I know it was actually only 73%) but the home certainly feels much better.

Called on the weekend and Chris called me back on Monday. We had a hard time getting our calendars together so he suggested I take a picture of the sliding door inside and out and text to him. He responded with a quote within a half hour. We scheduled the appt for Monday and the gentleman showed up within the estimated time. He was polite, competent, neat, and the job was finished within a minimal amount of time. I'm extremely pleased with the result and would use them again without hesitation!

We detected over the past six what we thought was a "fogging" of the window film Atlantic installed approx. 10 years ago. Before calling them for an inspection to confirm/refute our suspicions, we had the windows (approx. 36) professionally cleaned inside and out. We then called Atlantic to inspect the window film issue and they did so promptly. After ruling out window seal failure, Atlantic agreed that the window film they had installed was defective and had fogged. (They traced it back to a problem "run" from the manufacturer.) We scheduled a removal/re-install date with them and - as they say - the rest is history. Truly no hassle and no cost. These folks are the best! Recommend/use them again? You betcha!

I first met with Chris Martin, the sales person. Chris was very professional and I signed a contract for the window tinting. I was told it would take about 1/2 day to complete. We were scheduled to have two people arrive on April 1st between 8:30-9:00 a.m. Jason Mullins and James Correira arrived at exactly 8:30. They were both very professional and personable. They looked at the windows and then quickly set up their equipment. They were careful to use pads to protect our floors and furniture. I had several questions which they were happy to answer. By 12:30 they were completely finished and had packed up all off their equipment and cleared up every bit of debris from the tinting film. Our windows look beautiful and I would use them again.

Emailed Atlantic Sun (AS) for an estimate. Got a call from AS shortly thereafter and eventually met with Chris Martin, the estimator. Chris was knowledgeable and informative. We were given several choices of window film depending on what our needs were for any particular room. The estimate was fair and there was absolutely no pressure to commit. Chris offered discounts and, in addition, I was successful in reducing the estimate a little more. Two installers performed the install on approximately 59 panels of glass. It took about 4 hours and was installed nicely. The film we chose performed as advertised. Heat, glare and UV was hugely reduced! I recommend Atlantic Sun and will use them again for future window film projects.

I met the salesman Chris Martin on 10/09. He was such a pleasure, no pressure, honored a 15% discount on the product installation and set up a next day install. The two man crew treated me and my home very respectfully and did their work expertly to perfection. I was thrilled. A great job and a wonderful product.

After soliciting 3 companies off Angie's List, we decided upon Atlantic Sun Control. Our deciding factors included their knowledge of the product during the initial consult, their ability to explain the differences in the various types of tints in basic terms and their feedback on Angie's list. Their price was in the middle of the 3 bids we collected. The lone installer arrived on-time and explained his plan of action. He estimated that he'd finish up at a certain time and was actually done an hour or so early. We were home during most of the installation and witnessed no issues during that time. The installer seemed to know what he was doing and was able to conquer the large windows above our front door without any issues At completion, the installer explained a few things to us about the tint, cleaning, bubbles (if they appeared) and provided us written maintenance instructions. It's now been a month since the installation and I've come across no issues. Atlantic Sun Control nailed it from the initial consultation down through the completion of the job. That's all I ask/hope for.

The quality was good, but I later found out his price was out of line so I would not use him again.

These guys are fabulous. Chris was the only individual who called me back after initial contact of three different tinting companies. I made an appointment so he could provide an estimate and he showed on time and with all the paraphernalia required to demonstrate the various tinting levels and capabilities. He measured every window and provided recommendations on the type of tinting for each window, which was dependent on location and type of window. When finished, he stated that within an hour I would receive an email with the estimate. In less than an hour I had the estimate. I then made an appointment and decided to have the tinting done in two increments which was fine with Chris. For both appointments the installers showed on time and performed the work exceptionally well. The team lead confirmed what type of tinting went on which window and they he and his assistant went to work. Each window was cleaned, measured, the appropriate type of tinting was cut and then immediately installed. When finished I received a brief on how to care and clean for the tinting and they cleaned up after themselves taking all the trash with them. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I got what I wanted. The house is much cooler and the air conditioning does not run near as often as it did before.
