Description of Work: I had service and was happy but then had further bug sightings. I called and they told me I would have to pay for another service because it was after 30 days. After I posted my unhappiness here, I was contacted again by the company and offered a free visit to clear the problem. They are on their way now. I would absolutely use this company again now for the willingness to make an unhappy customer happy once again.

Description of Work: I paid for a $49 service but was told it would take an extra $100 for the service once they sent someone to my home. I paid it, but only 6 weeks later we are still having an issue with ants in our Master Bath so I called back and was told I would have to set up a contract for more service. Bottom line to me was I paid $100 more than what was advertised on Angie's list (for only crickets in the basement and Ants in the Master Bath) and still have ants! The staff was very friendly however I feel tricked and still have insects. Would not use again.
