I highly recommend using American Pest Control. Johnathon was VERY courteous & professional. He came back again to treat the inside of the studio basement Apt. because the tenant wasn't home and the landlord was at work. I also felt he was very reasonable price wise compared to others - "NO COMPARISON"

They didn't perform any service, but offered ideas.

Always on-time and pleasant to work with. Dwayne is the best. Very knowledgeable and friendly service always. We will ask for him by name when we move into our new house. We appreciate the call ahead service to let us know he's on his way.

Daniel preformed an inspection of my house, identified and remedied problem areas where bugs are likely to get in. He then sprayed for bugs in my basement and exterior. Along each step, he describe what he was going to do and performed the services quickly, about one hour total. The initial appointment was $99. There is a 30-day follow up appointment and on that date, the quarterly treatments start at $115/visit.

We have a contract with GreenStar. Their price is neither high or nor low, comparable to other offerings. I think the price is average. Others have been offering the same service for the same price. They are here when they say they will be here. I think they are quite professional. Over time, they have been reliable, professional, and responsive.

We have been using greenstar for pest control maintenance past 6 years. We never had an issue with pest and they are prompt, professional and effective. There service includes 4 application per year. Highly recommend them.

Greenpest was quick to come, treated the outside of the house where the ants were entering, and baited the problem areas inside. With a day the ants were gone. I added the $89 bi-monthly treatment for ants and mosquitos. Highly recommend. The cost includes the discount for the initial treatment.

they sold me a bundled plan last week and I had an issue over the 4th of july weekend. I called and left a message and they sent someone out right away yesterday afternoon. Very impressed so far with responsiveness and they seem to really care about what they are doing. So far so good and we are working on the bug problem which isn't solved yet but is getting better.

They perform a quarterly Pest Control service for our yard and always call a few days ahead of their scheduled visit to note down our concerns related to pests we have seen. Their staff and the service technicians are very professional and perform a thorough job.

Dwayne, our service tech, is extremely professional and genuinely interested in his profession. He's always attentive and willing to go the extra mile if needed. We're on the every other month plan with mosquito and tick package.

I was just not happy with the way they went about the rat treatment and the sanitation from it. I have no issues with the quarterly pest control. They do come out quickly.

On-time, professional, courteous. Although there was a slight mixup on what service was purchased and the first technician did not have the necessary equipment, he quickly called his manager to have another technician dispatched ASAP to treat the house. The next technician arrived an hour later and did a great job. Both gentlemen were very friendly and efficient. Will be using their services again in the future.

They did good. When they came for the follow-up, I was a bit disappointed because the spraying of the interior was not done. He never asked to spray but he got it done.

I have had the Greenstar pest control services for over 2 years now and never had any issues until today. Several technicians have come to perform services during the course of my contract with them and they all did a stellar job. However, the gentleman that came to perform the service this morning went through the usual drill of speaking with me and he was professional and courteous. I had to leave for work soon after I spoke with him but my wife was home and it appears that he left within a few minutes after I left. So we called the customer care to report this and to let them know that their technician left our home after treating the garage. I also explained to them that my house is around 1800 sqft per floor and the lot itself is graded. Typically for someone to spray the entire perimeter cannot be done within 10mins. Moreover he claimed that our unfinished basement was also treated. Moreover my wife was monitoring this from inside the house and she never saw the technician spray the perimeter. They had a service manager call me back and I explained the same to him. The service manager told me that different technicians have different techniques and that he trusted his technician. But what he can do is have them re-treat. I even mentioned that during the past visits I have been home for around 60-70 of the time they sent someone and every time it took more than 30 mins. I have lost trust in this company and was not really expecting such a response from their manager. My goal was to let the company know that they may have a re-training opportunity and to also see how they were going to handle my account relationship with them. I am happy to take my business to a company that values customer feedback.

There was a problem with one treatment when solution was applied right after it rained and had no affect on mosquitoes, GreenStar Termite & Pest Control offered re-treatment at no cost and mosquitoes were gone! Will use them again next year.

I used an Angie's List deal for 3 mosquito treatments. They came every month on the 10th, with a reminder call a few days beforehand. They were respectful of my property and courteous on the phone.

Exterminator was prompt, professional, and effective. Took care of business, made sure I knew what other services were available through his company, and resolved my ant problem, which was the prime reason for the call.

The ants were back the next day. I did not want to call him back due to the poor performance the first time.
