I have a regular contract with them. I pay $99 a quarter. They are exclusively green. The price seems pretty good but I don't have any reference. They include a termite guarantee with their service. I emailed them one time and they didn't respond. They would probably have responded if I would have called them. They do the service when I am not here. I will continue to use them.

They are polite and professional. They put on covers over their shoes when they come inside. They use nontoxic chemical for human and pets.

A bit pricey, but good responsive service - was able to quicky reach them by phone to confirm appointment and service details. Very satisfied.

They go above and beyond. They are very responsive and very friendly. Their work is very thorough and their product works because I haven’t had any problems with any bugs inside yet.

They charge $104 every three months. We had a different pest control service and we switched from that one to these folks because they offered more and did termite inspection as well as termite protection. They have reasonable price and the people are good to deal with. The price was good.

Was easy to set up an appointment. They were a bit late, not a big deal. They were pleasant, experienced and got me set up on a yearly plan to keep bugs out. They also sprayed for the ants that prompted my call and I have not seen an ant since.

They use natural based insecticides and if there are any problems, they come out for free to re-treat or to correct any problems.

Contacted via email via Angieslist. Easy scheduling, showed up on time, 5/25/12. 2 technicians arrived, they were professional and friendly, asked what type of issues we were having, and completed a full indoor/outdoor inspection. They were respectful of the house, wore shoe covers etc. They performed a complete initial application of chemicals in and around the house plus the yard. Reviewed service plan and what they had done on initial application including providing a list of all chemicals used. Spent a good bit of time answering all of my questions, were very helpful. Initial service charge was 225 discounted 150, total charge was 75. Can't really comment on pricing, did not get multiple quotes, did focus on the "green" aspect when looking for a provider. Relied on Angislist ratings. They also did a thorough exterior termite inspection and found some activity in the yard at one corner of the house. Stated that they could not provide a warranty until I had them do a remediation service. They gave a approximate charge and said they would provide a quote. Still waiting on the quote. To be fair, I have not called to ask where it is, yet (6/23/12). Did receive a welcome to Greenstar from letter. Pretty good, states that they will come back and retreat if there are issues free of charge, also interior service is free of charge. Overall pretty good, will continue to use them, and would recommend.

I want to take a moment and praise Kyle Wood and Greenstar Pest Control. My wife and I finally got around to signing up for pest control this summer. I searched long and hard through Angie's list. I must say I've been fond of Angie's list, but it can still be a bit of a gamble when you finally decide to make contact with a company. My experience with Greenstar, so far, is that it is the "real thing". I am exceptionally impressed with the customer service that I have been given this week. The company is prompt and quite professional. The prices are great. I have even run into one small issue that was handled perfectly by Kyle, the owner. Today was my second service from the company and I couldn't have asked for a better experience in dealing with any service organization.

They are very friendly and they have good customer service. They people who come out are very thorough also. They give me a discount because I pay for the whole year at once.

They use environmental friendly good products. The products may probably be strong but they’re not chemicals. We don’t make appointments because it’s all set up on a plan. We don’t have any bugs and so the quality is good. Their price is fine. We will use them again in the future.

The workers who come in are always friendly, and they are always respectful of our home. They wear the little booties so that they don’t get our house dirty, which is nice. We have a baby that crawls around quite a lot, so we appreciate that. They are very friendly. They always do, not only what we ask, but things that we forget to ask. They always ask us what we need. They could always be cheaper but I don’t think it is terribly expensive.

While I have never used another pest control company, I have really enjoyed the attitude and professionalism of each of the technicians who come to our house.

I think they are a fine company. I would recommend them.

They are a little more expensive than other companies, but they are green. By the time we hired them, we had a small child, so we wanted to be careful. They ask us if they need to come inside.

I am a property manager and I use him extensively. They are reliable. If I have a problem and I call them, they are right there and take care of the problem. They are honest. I had a house with fruit flies. I came to find out that there is really no pesticide to work with that. They were honest about it. They could have come out and sprayed the house but they informed me that it was just waste of time and money instead you have to check your plants in the house and things like that to look for.

They are very responsive. Their customer service facilities are very good. They are great. I would definitely recommend them to others. I would use them in the future too.

After signing the contract, the technician came as scheduled. He treated both inside and outside our house. Outsde for ants and tisc, insde for common bugs. The bugs went away and have not returned.

It was very quick and the person was very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Found them on a web search and have not been disappointed. Service and responsiveness has always been outstanding. Have had them out for a couple re-service calls* and the response time to be on-site can be as soon as 24 hours depending on the schedule. Our Technician to start with was Adam. He is professional, attentive, personable and knowledgeable. *The re-service calls were for a potential mouse problem (fixed), wasp nests (fixed) and carpenter ants (hopefully fixed). All of which they helped address or prevent. This was not a result of oversight...just nature being nature.
