Description of Work: Not impressed, said he was only inspector & had to schedule the exterminator. Once he found out this a Angie's special did he treat ONLY the outside of house. Constantly kept cleaning the nozzle. | Tried to do a hard sell, we had to excuse him to get him to leave.

Description of Work: Full termite treatment. Dug trench around perimeter of the house. Drilled thru concrete on front steps and inside garage. Explained how the treatment worked.

Description of Work: Service included basic treatment program for outside and inside home and treating attic for possible pests. They threw bait throughout the attic and put traps outside the house. They came out at least 3 times to rid attic of the pests. Will come out as often as you need them to at no additional costs. They did not enter the attic since we do not have a floor there. The pests are gone. The tech also applied basic treatments at doors, in garages, around fireplaces and along exterior of house. Will treat where you need it. The service technicians are outstanding and always courteous.(Previous negative comments I had were due to a summer hire who did a horrible job and I do not believe will be back.)
