Description of Work: We have used Aire Serve for the past 12 years. They do our Spring and Fall check ups on our HVAC systems. I have a yearly contract with them. In the past 12 months I have had two heating units and one AC unit replace. Alway professional technicians and the staff at the office is very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

Description of Work: I have a service contract with Aire Serv and they come out twice a year and clean the furnace, change the air flow levers and replace the filter. They are prompt and do a good job.

Description of Work: I called them to find out about same day service and to my surprise they offered same day service along with no over time for after hours. The people on the phone where very polite and versed in the knowledge of AC issues. I was able to resolve my own issue by simply changing the filters on my unit , but I would use them in the future.

Description of Work: I'm writing this as an absent landlord, without much knowledge of AC units. AireServ responded promptly from a call from my tenant and repaired the unit quickly, replacing the capacitor and contactor. I'm pleased that they apparently didn't try to take advantage of the situation and recommend more repairs than needed, or an entirely new system. As for the price of the actual work performed I honestly don't know what the going rate is for making such repairs including parts and labor. Overall, I can't complain about the service at all.
