Maureen was a great technician. We discussed the best option to combine their services without overlapping home warranty plan. Selected priority maintenance which gets rapid response day or night, holiday or work-day plus two annual inspections / deep cleanings. Important for an older AC unit.

They did it pretty fast and they did such a great job that we ended up buying like a package from them, which includes a free summer check up for the A/C and then also a free winter check up the heating unit this year actually.

No cost due to service plan. There was a slight delay of a couple days before they could come out. They are prompt and clean.

AirServ improperly installed our condenser / air handler. They installed a 2.5 ton condenser with a 2 ton air handler. This is against code and a fire hazard, ultimately resulting in the early failure of the condenser. AirServ refused to take ownership of their faulty installation. They refused to replace the equipment or offer a discount !! They even refused to return the $125 service fee when we decided to go with a different company. DO NOT USE. They do not stand by their product or installations.

Both diagnostic technicians were fine. What impressed me most was the follow up work I had done for a burned out fan motor. Jason Selner was great. Hard working, professional. Finished up the job late on a Friday night. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank You

We have an on going contract with them. We went through a period when we were having problems with them. They are fine now. Their price is good. We had a period when they had somebody working for them who was always late and couldn't seem to solve the problem that we were having with one of our furnace. They got somebody out who fixed the problem and we haven't had a problem since and we have never seen him again. We never had a problem with them again and we react our contract once they got the problem fixed. My husband was extremely angry and he was never going to use them again.

We've been with them since they started. We're more than moderately pleased with them. It was fine. They're pretty reasonable. The last guy who came was great. They're very responsive. They're fine.

It worked out okay. They were out several times. They replaced our whole HVAC system.

I spent $49 for some 50-point check and it ended up being a sales call and an outrageously priced sales call at that. They didn’t do anything to my existing system, although he said there were a lot of problems with the system, they sent someone out to try and sell me a replacement at $15,000. Nothing was cleaned and nothing was changed.

Technician showed up on time. He performed a fairly detailed inspection, unlike a previous one I had had done by a different company. He tried to sell me a service contract and a carbon monoxide detector. I don't like to be sold by technicians, but overall I was very pleased with the work and interaction with the technician.

It was good. They were not prompt. They were late with no call. I like that my air conditioning is working now. A notification that they were going to be late would have been helpful.

I have been using this contractor (previously called refrigeration systems) since 1999. I always had a good opinion of them. However this time things were radically different. At the time of the appointment call, I committed to pay an initial diagnostic fee of $125. When the technician arrived he very promptly detected the cause of the failure: a blown fuse and to a lesser extent a worn out capacitor. He them gave a me a quote for these two items as below: - Replace capacitor $275.34 - Replace 2 fuses cartridges $257 - Diagnostic fee $ 125 ( as agreed during appointment call) These prices were outrageously inflated. The cost of a fuse is only $3.00 retail. The fuse is accessible without even opening the external heat pump unit. The cost of a capacitor is $35 retail. I would have expected that as a minimum, the replacement of the fuse would have been included in the diagnostic fee. I refused the price, paid the agreed upon diagnostic fee and changed the parts myself for less than $40., a saving of $492

We have used this company many times in the past, and will continue to use them needed. They are very trustworthy and everything you could possibly want in a business. We have always been pleased with their service.

Saved myself $400. I wish I had researched replacing the furnace better, as I may haave saved myself some $$. They do reliable work if you are willing to pay.

My A/C stopped cooling on Tuesday night, Wednesday I cleaned the system (condenser coil) still not working, Thursday morning I called the community management company and asked who they used. I contacted Aire-Serv and made an appointment that evening to do a diagnostic on the system. Antonio arrived within scheduled time window. He was very polite and professional. He ran diagnostic and determined the compressor was fried. He then prepared a written quote for the replacement/repair of the compressor/condenser unit. Apparently Aire-Serv is a national franchise, they do their pricing from fixed pricing tables out of the tech's notebook. I was quoted $1700 labor to replace the part under warranty, he indicated this did not include replacement R-22 or any other parts/shop materials. This meant the potential total cost could be upwards of $2100! Antonio suggested I call Carrie, the service manager, the next morning to review and confirm quote before approving & proceeding with repair. Friday morning I phoned their office, I was told that Carrie was working on my quote and would return my call later in the day. I never heard back from anyone, at 4:30pm I called and got the voicemail leaving her a message asking for the status of the job?Saturday & Sunday, no word, mind you this is humid 90+ August heat. Monday still no call, I contact my brother and get referral to his (HVAC) guy. That evening the Sales Manager from (HVAC) calls, I explain situation, I get a firm quote for $840 total (that's less then half the Aire-Serv quote). Tuesday I get the call from Carrie, got the part in, when do I want to schedule the repair? I inform her that since I never heard back from them I scheduled the repair with another firm that is going to charge half what I was going to pay Aire-Serv. So, I informed her the job was cancelled and haven't heard from them since. I'm rating the work "C" because, on the front end, Antonio did a fine job, on the back end, the company he works for blew it big time.

They are an awesome company; they are very good. They are professional. The geothermal system is a very energy cost efficient way to have heat and air conditioning. It has saved us tremendously on our utility bills. I am just thrilled. The cost for the installation might have been somewhere between $15000 and $20000. This was the main thing. It was in a brand new home. It might seem high on that end, but it's very worth it on the monthly utility bill side of it. They are a company who knows how to install the new systems. They are very qualified. I would tell others that they can expect a good job. There are no problems. They are there when they say they are going to be there. They keep their appointments, and they are on time. It's all done very well.
