The service was superb and the tech was able to diagnose and resolve our heating issue within 30 min.

The experience was very positive. Workers were prompt, paid attention to cleanup & knowledgeable about the product they had installed.

They came out to my house and did not do so much of a good job. But at my mothers they did a great job.

I have a contract with them and I have used them for many years. The last time they were here was just for a checkup. They are very efficient, very prompt; they schedule checkups for both the heating and cooling systems at appropriate times and while they are doing that, they also check if anything needs repairs or cleaning and make sure it?s efficient and work effectively. They set up an appointment, they keep me posted, and they will call and tell me that they are on their way, so that I am not sitting and waiting for them. They are very convenient and I rate them highly. I will continue to use them in the future.

Tech was on time, kept the work area clean, and made good recommendations and assessements with my system.

Overall it went very well.? They showed up on time and they did the job on time. ?It was clean and they left no mess.? I thought the price was good.? They did a good installation job and it seems to be working fine.? They do high quality work.? I will use their services again in the future.

When I booked the appointment I was informed that the service tech would be over between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM on the scheduled day, which I believe is pretty much industry standard.? I received a call promptly at 12:00 PM?to let me know to expect the service tech in about 30 minutes, and he arrived in about that much time.? He went right to work and serviced the HVAC unit quickly.? After the service he informed me that my unit was getting up there in years, but was still running OK and should be OK for at least this season.? I appreciated that he did not do the "hard sell" for a new condensor unit which I have received in the past (I already know the unit is very old).? He also did not try to sell me a new filter, more refrigerant or any other add-on that I didn't need. ?The service tech was very courteous and friendly, the service was reasonably priced and well done, and overall I am satisfied with the job that was done.

the experience was easy, no upsell or talking non-sense about things that we don't need. Quickly diagnosed the problem and provided options.

Considering the unit was not that old, we were not convinced that the diagnosis was not accurate. The diagnosis was $60, but when the bill was received there was an additional 140.00 labor added to the bill and they didn't fix anything. We called another company who had us check with the power company to make sure the power coming to the unit wasn't the problem (that was ruled out) and then they were able to diagnose and fix the problem for under 200.00 -parts and labor. So not only was Aegis wrong in their diagnosis, but their charges were higher than who we paid to fix the problem. I tried to call to talk to the owner and the secretary at the time told me she would put my concern on his desk but she knew he would not call me back. My husband also called and the man he talked to would not listen to what he was trying to say and kept interrupting him. We went ahead and sent them the money because they were threatening sending it to a collection agency if we did not. We will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

We?ve been using them for years now and we?ve been very pleased with them. They?ve been reliable. The work has always been good. Their prices are pretty competitive. The quality of their work is excellent. They are quite professional too. Their bid for replacing the furnace was really good and their work was very good too. They came in the very next day we called them.

Start to finish, took about 20 minutes to check a/c with pressure gages and another 10 minutes to check freon levels. Tech explained about how to use the fan on the a/c vice using the air conditioner and checked the 3rd level bedrooms vents. That was it.

I got their coupon in the local mailer for a $64.95 "Heating Inspection". The guy came over, looked at the system for about 20 minutes, and told me it was old and needed to be replaced. Two days later (when the weather got cold and I needed the heat) the pilot would not stay on. I had to get another company to come out. The other guy said the system is fine but the pilot is just dirty. He cleaned the pilot tube and all is well. I told him I just had the system inspected and he informed me that "any trained technician should have seen that the pilot was having issues" The flame had yellow in it and was flickering. A good pilot light should be all blue and very steady. I called Aegis to tell them of my issues. The lady took my complaint and I never got a call back.

They did a great job at a reasonable price. They are also very accommodating to my needs and emergency service.

There are never any problems with the service. They are reliable and hard working every time that they come out. They do a great job and it saves us a lot of money by having them come and check everything out. They are knowledgeable and quick when they do it, too. We pay them yearly.

THEY WERE GOOD. HAD ENOUGH PEOPLE TO GET THE JOB DONE IN ONE DAY. THEY WERE NEAT AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
