My appointment was scheduled for 9 a.m. At 9:15 no technician had arrived so I called and the repairman told me he had forgotten about the appointment. He was here within 10 minutes, examined the washer and found nothing wrong with the machine. The leak was coming from the drain pipe instead. Paid for the service call but didn't mind because I know the washer is sound.

Came over right away and looked at refrigerator. Told me the problem and ordered new fan right then. When fan came in (over weekend) came right over on Monday to repair. Very pleasant man, very polite man, very and quot;let's get this doneand quot; man. Am so VERY GLAD that I found Ron on Angie's list. Not often you find someone this professional in the repair business.

We were expecting a big snowstorm Wednesday, so on Monday, I hauled out my old reliable snow blower and tried to start it. I had trouble getting it going, and then the starter rope broke. I had driven by Timberlake Appliance numerous times, but had never been there, so I drove out and asked if they could work on my snow blower. They said and quot;that's what we do!and quot; I never expected to get it back before the snow started, but they called me Tuesday afternoon and told me it was ready. They not only replaced the starter rope but put in a new spark plug and made sure it was running properly. All this for less than $55. They are listed as large appliance repair, but they also do small engine repair - lawn mowers, snow blowers, etc.
