I submitted a photo and drawing of our project on Angie and Tracy with Don's Improvements, responded and scheduled a site visit. Tracy brings decades of construction experience and helped guide us from concept to detailed plan. They put us in touch with a great local tile company, Dehart Tile in Christiansburg. There, Carlie was a big help with tile and design choices. Tracy gave us a detailed proposal laying out the scope of work, price and timeline. Donnell did the remodel work, and he is highly skilled in the crafts for our job, carpentry, drywall, tile, and wood flooring. Donnell is a true perfectionist and is great to work with. "JUAN VASQUEZ the Owner of MGD Custom Painting, LLC is a FRAUD, LIAR, and THIEF. I contracted Juan to do some repairs at my residence in Aug 2023. He requested and received $2,500 as deposit before he was scheduled to begin work the following week. He never showed up. When I asked him why he said he had problems with his work vehicle. The next week he said he was out of town. The next week he was working on another project. Etc. Eventually when I asked for him to return my deposit until he is ready to do the work, he had another string of excuses of why he couldn’t pay or empty promises of when he said he would pay.
