Description of Work: Termite service was great. Now, I had them do a general treatment for normal household bugs on a bi monthly basis. Used them for over a year. Each time the service guy sprayed less and less. I would only recommend their termite service.

No response after numerous phone calls. Would not recommend.
Description of Work: The guy came out and took a specimen of the bug in question we want to get rid of. So far I've called them three times and have gotten no return calls back. I left a message on the guy's phone and got no response. I won't be using them in the future. I expect the courtesy of a phone call to be returned, and have gotten no response after being promised of a call back at least two weeks ago.

I have had them coming out to my house for awhile taking care of other things, so when I started noticing ants coming in the house I decided to give them a call to come out and spray for them. I really like the workers that come out they pay attention to what they are doing and do a good job.
Description of Work: They did a one time spray to get rid of my ant problem.
