Jack, the salesperson was knowledgeable, explained everything and friendly. Because of his knowledge and price, we hired his company.

**** POOR COMPANY to deal with., Their ad says credit cards accepted NOT TRUE. We were allowed to pay the deposit on our card but not the balance. At completion of the job the installer knocked on my door and handed me some papers to sign without ever giving me the opportunity to inspect the work. The helper was sitting in the truck with the motor running ready to flee. I quickly ran out and looked at the trim work, the workmanship on the outside trim was so bad I pointed out many places that needed repair. Their solution was to fill the gaps with copious amounts of caulking, They begrudgingly did it, but did a very poor sloppy job. I pointed out that one of the screens was also torn. They said they would report it. After several emails and phone calls the resolution, they offered for me was to submit it to be replaced under warranty and I would be required to pay shipping costs. **** Poor Installation, and after sales Customer service. Would never recommend them to anybody. Company has repeatedly said, I am on schedule for review/repair on these posts but nobody has contacted me yet

It all went well, I am overseas and took a while to get this done, partly because of COVID I think. It is perfect work, all taken care of professionally.

Window replacement team said they would arrive between 8am and 10am. They were onsite at exactly 8am and got right to work. I couldn’t had been more impressed with their work. They had 14 windows replaced and finished in 4 1/2 hours. They took extra care to keep the inside of our home clean by placing plastic tarps down around every window. The vacuumed the inside and cleaned up everything outside. Very professional and extremely efficient. We are very pleased with Window Nation and the work they provided for us.

Window Nation did a great job with our window installation. They called before their arrival and were on time. Job was complete within 4 hours. Guy were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up before they left. We got a great deal for the windows and were very affordable. Definitely will hire again in the future for roof installation and/or doors. Great job guys.

Ordered in Jan 2021, told 8-10 weeks. Started out well, immediate contact for second measurement. Received call for install date for late March. Original appointment cancelled due to weather and rescheduled to Apri 1. Install team showed up on time, yet I was told one window was not available. Team worked all day and completed install. On my walk around I noticed some issues with the caulking around the windows that needed to be fixed. Received a call the next day to schedule the missing window and fix the caulking issues. Installer is a no show for the scheduled time, received a call later in day saying the installer had car trouble and the appointment needed to be rescheduled. Earliest appointment was a week later. Next install date and time come and go, then I receive another call and told the window is not out of production (which means the original install date was a sham). Was told I will get a call back to reschedule the install. Two weeks pass and no call has been received. I finally call and get a third install date set for two weeks from now. Hopefully that will happen. In the meantime, i believe the wrong screens have been installed and I have sent an email to my sales person to verify what I ordered. Well, it has been a week with two follow up emails and no response yet. Not quite the service I was sold back in January. Window Nation also sent me an email to check up to see if i am happy with my install. Which means they have no idea, because they don’t actually make or install the windows, that is done by Vytex Windows here in Virginia. Anyway, it has been about a week since my email response to the Window Nation customer service and no response yet from them either. The windows are nice, look good, for the most part were installed very nicely. Shame that I have an issue in which no one seems to want to respond to me. The nice part is until the install is complete, I don’t have to make any payments. Maybe that will be enough to get a response.

signed a contract at the end of june and the agreement was to have the windows and siding done close together. window nation's idea of close together is 3 months apart. i had to wait until september to get the windows installed. of course the delay in installing the windows and getting the siding is due to the virus mind you. then had to wait until the middle of december for a team to come and install most of the siding. this is after i called the only number that i could get anyone to answer over a couple dozen times. keep in mind that when someone says they will call you back the next day of the next week, this means in about 3-4 weeks if you are lucky. the team that came to install the siding was suppose to do it thursday and friday when in actuality it was friday and saturday. i had to tell them about the small part of the back of my house that needed to be done also and boy did i get a major attitude for the female foreman that didn't do anything but sit in the truck and run food errands. needless to say she was not pleased and said she had to check with the company before she would have any of the guys touch it and i told her whatever, i would not have my house sided and not have this little section not. it did get done in the end. i have a portion over my front door that has not been done alone with a vent that was ordered in the wrong shape (original is octagon, what was sent was round and on the box it said it could be octagon). as soon as the vent came in wrong, my husband and i called to let someone know about this, was told they would order the piece in the correct shape. the install team forewoman said that they would be back the week after christmas to finish. didn't hear from her for 3 week and it was in a text to my husband in which she said they would be there either on friday or saturday. he took off both days, needless to say, they didn't show up either day. no call, text or anything to let us know that they wouldn't make it. i called and texted her and nothing in return. this is january. since then we have call the only number and have and talked to several people telling them that we are not satisfied with the work that was done. the metal work is poor, siding doesn't line up, big gaps, molding is crooked, shingles are damaged (roof is less than a year old), storm door no longer fits. two people have come out and agree with the issues and say that it needs to be fixed ... it is the end of april and nothing has happened. 10 months later and my house is still not done. the sad part is i referred my neighbor who got windows from them installed in december and 1) i have not gotten my referral bonus from them (told i had to pay my bill in full to get it) and 2) they had broken windows and issues with the locks that just got resolved in the middle of april. needless to say, i would not recommend window nation to anyone!!!

Very well. The men came in the time that we were told and were able to finish in one day. They were all very respectful and polite. They works quickly and efficiently.

Everything went very well. The installation was conducted with professionalism and cleanliness. The supervisor, Chris, and his crew were very good. Jason was very particular in cleaning the debri, etc. after everyone. I am in real estate and I will refer my clients to your company. You are the second company I used and I was very pleased. A perfect fit and everything was done exactly as described. Hamaad Mufti came with a large crew and were able to get it done in one day..... I was originally told it would be three 😊 They did a great job with cleanup as well

Work crew was there ahead of time when I arrived. Very polite, professional and efficient. Cleaned up all debris and vacuumed the carpet. Only took 3 1/2 hours to remove and install 7 windows. No complaints on the quality of installation.

The estimation, installation have been very professional. The installation workers are very skillful and friendly. However, the installation date was delayed by more than two months. The installation date put on the sales contract was in Nov. but no later than early Dec. 2020. I got the response from customer service emailed customer service in early December and was told that the installation would not happen until 2021. After I requested the cancellation of the contract and the refund, the customer service promised to have the windows installed in early January 2021. It did not happen until Feb. without clear communication. The delays made us suffering from the cold winter weather and higher cost of utility bills. Hereby, I request you review the case and make 20% refund/discount.

Great! Windows installed on time and look fantastic! Sales and service teams very responsive. Installation crew was prompt and professional and took all necessary precautions for COVID.

It started off ok but went downhill from there. It took over 6 months before the job was finished. There were rude people answering the phone, delays (more than covid length) and unreturned phone calls. The only person who got back to us quickly was our sales rep. He was very pleasant and did what he could but unfortunately it didn't help. This company does not seem to work together. If/when I finally spoke with someone the common response was "well that's not my department let me have someone get back to you," they did not.

Excellent. From sales to install I couldn't be more pleased. I particularly was impressed with lead installer (Peter?) who took pride in doing very good trim-work around two sets of bay windows. Looks terrific.

COVID added significant technical challenges, but the original quote lacked $275 for painting the door, so that was added in after. There were a couple of misfires on the installation (e.g. wrong door brought on installation day) and the process took more than 6 months from initial inquiry to final installation (not a swift and agile organization--quite a few layers of bureaucracy). The price was on the high side ($4k for one sliding glass door), but all good in the end.

Worst customer service ever. I would not hire them again even if its free. They changed the windows first and no-one cared even to check how it was done which they promised they will do it. One window was not closing and they left like that. Also the doors measurement was not done correctly and when they came to replace it could not so it because of the wrong size. Waited for two months to get a new date for doors replacement and when they came the guy refused to wear mask and after telling him three time he got mad and left. So, what kind of service is that? Now, i need to wait doe another God knows how many weeks for them to come again.

The installation crew of two were fantastic, They replaced twelve windows in about 4 hours including caulking. The crew was very efficient and kept everything clean. Love the new windows (middle grade of three). This was the second time we have used Windows Nations and if ever we have more windows to replace we would not hesitate to use them again. Every one from the sales person, office personnel, to the installation crew were excellent.

It was. long process. The person whom came to measure the windows was not friendly and he was in a hurry which resulted in five windows incorrectly measured and thus an install that was span over several months. The windows when installed were not cleaned and thus problematic to reach the upper windows. For example, I had two tempered glass windows installed and they were left with adhesive (clear) sealer and black sealant on them that I am still trying to remove. I have sprayed them with windex and tried wiping them off. The installers were more in a hurry to do a job and go rather than focus on quality. Quality is not there with WindowNation. If so, they would do quality control checks on the windows ordered before going out on a job and inspect the windows when they are done to ensure they are clean. I have had to get out a ladder to climb up to the second level of my home and clean windows from where caulking or adhesive was smudged on the windows. I would d not recommend them to anyone nor would I call them to have other windows installed. The quality control is not there.

It went very well. They arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. There were no surprises or disappointments in the price, installation or follow-up.

I have never seen that unprofessional service and bad customer experience. I wish I have checked reviews before hiring them. They brought the door that was a wrong size. They only measured it once when they told that they measured it twice. Looks like they did a wrong measurement and of course could install the door. I have been waiting for more a month since and no concrete response. They dont even bother to tell me when they will replace the doors. In addition one window is not closing normally and they suppose to come and check and no-one came. Will never have business with them again.
