Description of Work: Cost is annual service contract for heating, air conditioning, and plumbing inspections. Plumbing inspection was conducted May 1, 2015. Plumber was prompt, thorough, and courteous. He explained what he was looking for, and what he found. Air conditioning inspection was conducted April 10, 2015. The a/c technician was also prompt, thorough, and courteous. I have used Trademasters for the 10 years I have owned this house. I also use them for a rental property I own.

Description of Work: Trademasters gave me a great deal on an upgraded high efficiency furnace. Their salesman, Shane Allen, was clear, honest, and did not try to talk me into anything I didn't need, unlike other companies. The installation team showed up precisely on time (this shocked my wife who said there is no way they show up at 7) Installation went smoothly everything is working well. We have moved our service contract over to them from another company.

Description of Work: Trademasters replaced my worn out air conditioner with a heat pump system. We have used this company several times without any problems. Their pricing has always been fair, and the quality of their work excellent.

Description of Work: While we didn't use their services, Trademasters provided us with a very good, detailed quote with a variety of information that showed they knew their stuff. On par with the ones we finally went with.

Description of Work: Technician came out to perform routine check on HVAC at our condo. No problems noted. Total charge $99. | |Technician was punctual, knowledgable, and communicative. This company was highly recommended to us by two neighbors in our high-rise condo community.

Description of Work: they checked two leaking bathroom sink faucets, replaced a fill valve in one toilet, and took apart and "un-stuck" (loosened the packing) in a bathtub faucet which periodically was very difficult to turn on, and "unstuck" a bathroom sink faucet which had become impossible to turn on. They seem to me to be a little on the high side expense-wise, but the work they do is very professionally done and yields the desired results.

Description of Work: Twice a year maintenance of the heatpump. This is the second service from Trademasters. They have been very prompt, courteous, and professional and answered various questions that I've had. No issues with this provider and will continue to use them.
