Very well. They were prompt, went straight to work, and cleaned up when they were done.

I'd give them an "A". They were really good. They were very competitive. You can give them "A's" all across the board. I use them all the time.

They had a coupon, so I decided to use them. They gave me a $25 discount. It is a little bit more than other companies. They were willing to check the heating and cooling at the same time, where as other people check just either heating or cooling. That's is why I decided to give them a shot. There was no separate service call, or charge for diagnostic. I told them the problem, and they just came to do everything. They exceeded expectations, and were very professional.

The price is $179 a year. I pay once and they come out twice a year. I only got 2 quotes and they were the lower of the 2. The heat pump has been working since they put it in. They're always on time. I will keep using them. I may consider having them put in a water heater eventually.

The technician arrived early and the cooling system check-up went smoothly.

I did a comparison with other companies. Professionalism is an A+. I would use them again definitely. They completed it in one day. It was 2 or 3 people. They left the area clean.

Today I am going to be calling Trademasters, which is an HVAC and plumbing company. We have a contract with them, they come out and service system twice a year. I think they’re great, they’re fine. I need to call and make an appointment for them to check out the air conditioning. Twice a year they come and check it all out. I did actually go ahead and signed up for the service contract and I certainly would not have done that if didn’t feel like they were excellent in all categories. They are always very responsive, so I appreciate that. If I have something that really needs to be addressed right away, they ensure that somebody comes out very quickly. I think the service contract was probably $250, and for a visit otherwise sometimes it’s pretty pricey, depends what is wrong.

It was about $2,900, it’s one of the hot water heaters that also provides heat to you. They installed relatively quickly. They discussed what they were doing with me and explained the pros and the cons about the setup of my unit and they were easy to work with.

Trademasters Service Corp was exceptional. They've always been trust-worthy and always shown up on time and did exactly what they said they were going to and, I mean, I relied on them. I thought they were absolutely fantastic. You get what you pay for. Like, they may not be the cheapest, but they're exceptional with what they do.

I've been pretty happy with them. I've been having them come out twice a year and check the health of the pump to continue to ensure that it operates in peak efficiency. They were the one that gave me an estimate and didn't expect me to make a decision on the spot. They were polite, candid and direct. They were much better than the other estimate I received and cheaper so I worked with them for the installation. We had a 10 year old AC unit plus a very inefficient electric heat system and they were running my electric bill. So I chose to bite the bullet and get a brand new efficient system and rip the electrical savings over time. I was going to continue using them to do the check ups.

Very well. Shane was very friendly when he came out for the initial inspection and estimate. He explained everything in thorough, but layman, detail so I knew exactly what was going to be done, I understood the scope of work, and even recent legislation that required specific system choices (type of refrigerant, etc). The workers were very efficient, friendly, and professional. They laid down tarps to cover all of the carpets they had to walk on and/or work around. Even when I had the door propped open if the 'outside' guy (the one working on the condenser) had to come inside, he'd still knock. Once finished they walked me through the manuals, guides, etc for the system. They showed me the emergency cut-off and moisture cutoff systems they installed. Showed me how to clean the u-bend they installed for the condensate...basically walked me through the whole care and feeding of the system. I got multiple quotes from HVAC vendors around NoVa, Trademasters weren't the cheapest, they were close, but they were also the most professional, seemed the most interested in forming a business relationship with me, and were the highest recommended....a recommendation I now share and freely provide.

Trademasters did a terrific job with the complete install of our HVAC, AprilAir Humidifier and Hot Water Heater. Our sales rep, Shane Allen was punctual, knew his business and was extremely knowledgeable about the line of Trane products, offering a few different options for us to consider. He was extremely responsive to our questions and made this process effortless. What was ordered was exactly what was delivered. On the scheduled day of the install, the team arrived on time and they worked from morning till evening and did the complete job in a day. The install was well done and the workplace was spotless when they left. We couldn't ask for more. They even brought an extra lift kit (at no extra charge) for my other Trane compressor to make sure it was elevated as per code. The unit and water heater have been functioning flawlessly. We will continue to use Trademasters and will refer them to others we know with HVAC service needs. Thanks for a great experience!

I use Trademasters Service Corp. They completely replaced the entire furnace inside and outside units. The experience was great and we have used them for ten years now.

AC unit was not working. They came the same day to diagnose the problem, then found a part and fixed it the same day, so we didn't have to roast for another day.

Last week our air conditioning would not work. We gave a call to Trademasters (had previously replaced our AC about two years ago) and let them know the air (heat and fan as well) would not kick on. They were able to schedule us the next day but we were out of town. They came out on our next available day and were able to diagnose the issue. There was a clog which was not allowing the pipe to drain from the system. We were unable to replicate the problem immediately because we had been gone for three days and the slow drain allowed the system to work again. After testing a few different things he decided to flush the drain and it backed up. 20 minutes later it's all fixed and a good rate and he also gave some helpful tips of things to watch out for. Good service, as always.

Appointment scheduled for next day. Arrived on time. Checked it out. Pin pointed the problem. Had the tools ready to fix it.

A-ma-zing service ! This guys are out of this world when it comes to service ! They are so easy to work with, whether it's the office people, the reps or the technicians. They never try to sell me things (they apparently do not make any commission, because their salary is good to begin with, and from what some of them told me, it's one of the best companies to work for in this domain. OK, Tim showed up on time and on the early side of the time frame (which is always nice). He was extremely nice & pleasant, was open to questions and answered them all. He did a very thorough inspection and came back with good advices. He even performed some maintenance work which he should have charge me for it but told me it was so minor it wasn't worth it (again, nice !) -- The reason I called these guys was because they were the recommended service provider in my old condominium community. They performed a full HVAC system replacement for more a fourth the price their competitors asked for, for twice the job. Why a fourth ? Because the other guys (those-who-shall-not-be-named), wanted to charge me twice what Trademasters quoted me, for half of the job --> and to make things worst, the Trademasters rep told me this was non-sense to only do half, because in my case, the whole system needed to be replaced as a whole, because it would have damaged the old and new unit to not do so. (refrigerant type had to be changed, and couldn't possibly be 100% flushed in the coils). + just the price for the unit itself, that the other guys wanted to charge me, was outrageous. Yes, there is only one model in the US which was applicable (thanks to the builder ;-) ), but come on, a 500%+ markup ??? Anyways, this review is not meant to bash those-who-shall-not-be-named, but to celebrate the perfect service Trademasters can provide !!! So, in the end, I couldn't be more pleased to have these guys to work with; I definitely would recommend them to anybody needing any HVAC work in the NOVA/Washington DC area. They are very price competitive, perform excellent work, know what they're doing and what to do, do not try to sell you stuff you don't need and are extremely please to work with. Two thumbs up for Trademasters Service Corp !

I received a phone call from my cleaning crew that the shower faucet in my hallyway bathroom was broken and would not off. In order to stop the water, they had to turn off the water to the house. I needed a plumber to come to my house that day to fix the faucet. After calling several companies, no one was available for a "same day" plumbing emergency. When I called Trademasters, the receptionist was wonderful. She immediately found an available plumber and he was at my house in less than an hour! The representative who came (Phil) was fantastic. He had already diagnosed the problem before getting to my house. He knew exactly what was wrong but unfortunately, the problem required an additional part that he didn't have on his truck. Fortunatley, he was able to track down the part. He left to get the part and was back to my house within 30 mins. He was able to fix the faucet within minutes of having the additional part. Phil is an extremely knowledgeable plumber. He showed me what was wrong, explained how the problem happened and even gave me some helpful plumbing tips. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future!

The install went well generally, but some special instructions were not followed initially and the tech had to return the following day. The other reason I gave the company a B is that I thought they should have been more knowledgeable about high-efficient water heater models.

Trademasters Service Corp is reliable, responsive, and performs quality work. I cannot comment on the cost of service since I did not talk to any other contractor. However, they have yet to give me a reason to switch to another contractor.

Trademasters Service Corp has provided excellent service for my heating and air conditioner unit for 15 years. Their service technicians come out twice a year to service my heating and air conditioning unit. They are always prompt and courteous. I highly recommend Trademaster Service Corp.

Although my 17 year air conditioning unit was still (barely) working, I decided to replace the unit in March before the hot weather this summer. I shopped around and got three estimates for the same Trane unit and Trademasters had the best price as well as a courteous salesman. I decided to go with Trademasters and I set up a time for the technicians to come to the house and install the unit. The technicians were on time and courteous. After they finished installing the air conditioning unit and the coil they noticed that I was using duck tape to cover the opening for the air filter and generously replaced it with a magnetic cover. I was very pleased with Trademasters.

The technician that came out was on time and friendly. He did not mind my large dog at all. Walked me through diagnosing my problem and what the options were. He located and adjusted my flow regulator.
