I am completely satisfied by my chimney clean and repair service with NVA. Joe, the owner, is responsive and great to work with. Ben who cleaned the chimney and performed the repairs did a great job, was reliable and detail oriented. Ben took before and after pictures which were identifiable as my chimney. I highly recommend NVA for any chimney work and I’m sure that when I have something in a different line, I will call on NVA again!!

Extremely professional, prompt, *honest* service from the NVA Home Services team. From the estimate / quote, to their flexibility in scheduling the job through Joe, and Ben's work to remove the satellite dish yesterday. Everything was as expected, no issues. I would definitely hire them again. I'm arranging for them to return to clean the rain gutters in early December.

I am so pleased with the work that NVA did for us. We hired them to do our gutter cleaning and they made some recommendations that I already knew I needed to take care of. They took pictures of my chimney cap that was falling apart and of areas on the chimney that needed re-caulking. They also had recommended my stoop be repointed. Ben who was my technician did a phenomenal job making all the repairs. He took his time and had to make multiple visits because of the weather but he made sure it was done right. I really appreciate the attention to detail and communication throughout the whole time. The owner of the company, Joe provided pictures of the work when it was completed. Joe also stayed in contact to make sure I was content with the work. I definitely will be using them again when the times comes. They are very reasonably priced and perform stellar work.

Bottom Line: Although this is the first time we have used this company, it proved to be a reputable company that can be counted on to do quality work for a very reasonable price. Scheduling: Easily scheduled the gutter cleaning through Angie's List messenger service. Company was very responsive in all of its communications including a follow up email after work was complete by the owner to ensure everything went well. Quality of Work: Technician did an excellent job inspecting and cleaning the chimney and fireplace, and importantly, without making a mess. Technician noted a a deep crack in the bottom of our firebox, which could cause a fire if not repaired and provided a reasonable estimate to fix. Pricing: Best deal of any highly rated Angie's List company.

Great. Entire process was easy from scheduling to completion. Joe did the scheduling and provided updates and answers to any questions I had. Ben performed the work and did a great job and provided pictures of the finished product.

They came in time. Finished the work quick and done well. They cleaned the trash/debris after the work done.

NVA Home Services did a thorough job in cleaning my gutters including picking up the leaves by hand and placing them in a plastic bag.

I originally called NVA to do gutter cleaning but while the service professsional was working he saw the bird nest in one of my vents next to my dyer vent so asked if I wanted the nest removed and wire covers installed to prevent this in the future. He also asked when my dryer vent was last cleaned (long, long ago). I really appreciated that he took the time to notice and ask as I had forgotten about these other tasks I very much needed done !!

Service was a quick process. The tech, Alex, was very pleasant and professional. He arrived on time, cleaned the gutters and took pictures. I would definitely use NVA again and highly recommend.

I had a great experience with NVA. Joe, the owner, is very responsive and great to work with. The recent rain storms forced them to delay their calls, but he was very accommodating when they had to reschedule. The technician, Ben, was very thorough and listened to our concerns. He took extra time to thoroughly pressure wash part of a wall which was way overdue. He took pictures and pointed out some rotting wood on our roof which we hadn't noticed. NVA seems to be very handy and able to make a lot of repairs which have neglected. We would definitely use them again.

Gutter cleaning and power wash were finished about 1 hour. The work was efficient and the worker was very professional. Our gutters really needed to be clean. It hasn't been not cleaning for 7-8 years after replacing new gutters. When it rained, there were water dripping from the gutter. Now, the gutters are clean and have no more problems with heavy rain. Our sidings weren't so bad, but since they provided the reasonable quote, we took the offer. We are very satisfied with NVA!! Thank you!!

NVA's initial description of the needed repairs was complete and understandable. The estimate and the total price were exceptionally fair and reasonable compared with similar work I've contracted previously. NVA demonstrated that they were thoroughly knowledgeable with respect to the repairs to be accomplished. NVA personnel were exceptionally professional, conscientious, efficient, hard working, and careful with clean-up. NVA is the best home-repair/maintenance company I've found through Angie's List or otherwise. For home repair/maintenance, NVA is my "go-to" provider for future projects.

They showed up on time and did the work quickly. I asked them to do part of my exposed chimney on the back porch expecting there to be a line where he cleaned but you can't tell where he stopped and it looks great.

Joe’s pressure washing responded to my message and set up a dsy to come out and perform the work. They provided clear instructions for moving things away from the house and having accessibility to a hose bib. They did a great job. All the green mold that was spreading on our siding is gone. It looks as good as it did when we moved in years ago.
