I hired NVA home services to do a soft wash on my house. After 10 years of not having the house touched, the exterior was looking pretty bad. Mold, Mildew, dirt, pollen were everywhere. The white trim on my house was anything but white. After the soft wash the house looks amazing. Whites are whites again and the exterior color pops again. NVA showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently letting me know exactly what they were doing and most importantly to me asked me what my problem areas were that I most wanted addressed. I'm so pleased with how the exterior of the house and deck look that I would hire them again without a second thought.

On time, affordable, good services for gutter and roof cleaning (in my case).

Bait and switch. They said the service was $149 but we did not find out until they got here that it did NOT include bagging the leaves. That would be an additional $201.

Great house washing! Makes the 7 Y/O paint look new. Plus super job on brick walkway wash. Price was very good. Email communication was also excellent, no guessing games about who/what/when. They are on my shortlist for every project from now on.

We are repeat customers of NVA. Estimate is always provided. Additional work can be arranged. Prompt communication. Crew arrived on the scheduled date, but was interrupted by unexpected wind. We decided on a date to complete (two days later) and all was finished on time. The house looks great and is ready for Spring!

NVA did excellent work on fixing our chimney and bringing it up to code. We will definitely hire them again.

It went great. Joe was very helpful and offered to inspect my attic to check for water damage. He provided a bunch of pictures. The service was quick and prompt. The follow up was great too, they proactively sent me a quote, with no pressure to make a sale. I would definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with Joe and his team with their professionalism and quality of service. Joe was helpful in suggesting options to resolve gutter issues to address HOA requirements. They completed their work on time according to schedule. Joe proposed a better approach and remidated an issue by sending his team. I forgot to ask for the window frame to be installed with pvc instead of wood, and luckily they suggested using pvc instead. The work was done quickly and looks great.

It went well. They came and cleaned the gutters and maintained professionalism as well as precautions due to COVID (they wore masks and maintained distance).

I had been using another service provider for gutter cleaning but was not impressed with their customer service nor their ability to do the work when scheduled. I will most definitely be using this firm again and I highly recommend them.
