Description of Work: Technician came same day as call was placed for service within time frame quoted. Work was completed quickly and professionally; but one basic part was not on the truck so a "workaround" was done which was acceptable. On the whole I find plumbing services to be very expensive -- even when work is not technically difficult. That is an overall analysis -- not unique to McCarthy.

Description of Work: plumber showed up and said the repairs could not b made for the price quote due to the difficulty of the repair. Plumber said I could try to get money back from angie's list or apply money to another repair----which I did. the plumber repaired the flush system for an exorbitant amount of cost for the repair--replaced the flushing system internal to the water tank.
