They were really good, they worked with me, and we raised a little plastic basket high so that it could be taken out of the bottom. It was a big deal, so I told them to use both of them. They were very punctual. They were really good in working it out. They were able to schedule well. With the big deal, it was a good price and the quality was really good. They called me when they were coming out and they called me right away. I would use them again.

Excellent work. Took two days to competely restore ytard to a usable condition.

Marlon did an excellent job in unplugging the blockage and running the camera down the pipe to evaluate what caused the blockage. He found some major issues with orangeburg piping and a sagging plastic pipe that had been previously. He will be providing all this information to his supervisor and subsequent ptoposed resolution to remidying all issues found

McCarthy's service was very prompt in contacting me to schedule the service. The technician, Greg White, was extremely professional. Very knowledgeable on all plumbing matters, his inspection of all cutoff valves and the water heater flush process were crisp and thorough. Insights into potential plumbing work I'm considering were very helpful, so if I do move forward with any plumbing efforts I will most certainly ensure McCarthy is involved. Since we've had our share of plumbing issues in the past (last house had the entire house's water pipes replaced), I can say Greg sure has it together. I highly recommend McCarthy Services.

FYI, the technician was on time, worked quickly and left no mess. We are happy to regain a fully functioning toilet.

My experience with them is always very good. They do a good job. The prices are probably pretty good and competitive. There are no complaints. They're very consistent with quality work. They're always on time and very professional.

I purchase the $89 deal and had a new kitchen faucet installed near the end of September - can't remember exactly. I also asked for an estimate on an issue with my master bath shower leaking and without looking at I was told that it would probably involve breaking down the wall to fix. The new faucet was installed, however, the water pressure that I previously had at the kitchen sink is now gone - it takes forever to fill a pot of water to make pasta. The base plate also started to move three weeks after the install. Needless to say I won't use this company again if something as simple as a kitchen faucet install wasn't done correctly.

It was a $130 for the annual contract to do the inspection of the unit. They're very expensive. I would use them again in the future.

They evaluated a toilet flushing problem and when I elected to have a new toilet installed rather than merely repair it, they were able to do the installation the same day. They also performed a complimentary evaluation of my home's plumbing overall and made recommendations for additional service items. They also discussed ways I might save money on their services in the future. The technician was very pleasant, polite, and respectful.

I needed additional services and was given a nice discount on those in addition to the work paid for through the AL coupon. Nice technician and he took his time to make sure repairs were complete and he demonstrated to me.

Serviceman, Gregory White, came on time and was professional, polite and patient in answer all my questions about future estimates for other projects. He also installed a kitchen faucet we had purchased and Mr. White did it swiftly and even found and tightened another small pipe leak under the sink. Mr. White is a fine gentleman and the work was great. We will ask for him by name next time and indeed call McCarthy's again. Many thanks

The plumber arrived in the early part of the 4-hour window the shop gave me when I made the appointment. He use protective cloth shoe covers to keep from tracking dirt in the house. He was pleasant and took a good deal of time answering my questions and providing advice on how to handle some difficult plumbing issues. While I found some of the estimated prices a bit high, his recommendations included options designed to save money where possible.

Excellent in all categories. The plumber has done previous work and I requested him again. The toilet was installed flawlessly even with the problems associated with an uneven basement floor. The sink was quickly cleaned and works better than ever. I have some future plumbing projects and will be using mccarthy services.

The technician was thorough & professional but he was late. The company did call to let me know, but not until 20 mins before the service 'time window' was about to end. Had I known a little earlier, I might have been able to run an errand or 2 instead of sitting at home all morning. Also. the man had an awful time getting out of my driveway . I live at the top of a small rise with a narrow gravel drive; I realize it's tricky, but other service people with same size vehicles have managed just fine. This guy TORE UP the side of the drive and then proceeded to get stuck. I had to come outside with some old roof shingles to put in front of his tires to help him get out. His repeatedly spinning his tires left deep ruts in my drive.

I called McCarthy in order to take advantage of their Big Deal for two hours of plumbing service for $100. The office, which seemed well run, took the Big Deal info and scheduled me for 8am - noon. At 9am, Wes arrived and got to work. He removed the old faucet easily and despite a very constrained work area, was able to install the new faucet that I'd already purchased in about 75 minutes. He was very pleasant and professional, and gave me some maintenance advice and showed how to perform it. I also had a soap dispenser that both of us forgot about, as it had been set aside to work on the faucet. It's very easy to install a soap dispenser, but I already had a nonworking one that I'll need to remove and it looks tough to remove the old one. However, I can't fault McCarthy on that as I forgot to mention it. There was a bit of confusion over the Angies List deal, as Wes had not been informed of it and started by quoting me a price of $369 to install the faucet. He called into the office about the Angies List deal, got confirmation, but at the end didn't realize that I'd paid for the deal already. It worked out fine, and I would like to use them again.

Install was done in a few minutes by a very cheerful plumber. He then did a household check of all fixtures and water pressure, etc. He then exchanged a toilet tank flap and flush mechanism which has resulted in a quieter flush and fill.

Have liked both people that have worked on our A/C-Heating units. Very professional. Took their time to answer all my questions. Good company!

I had a four hour window (2-6pm) for the work. At 4:00, I called the company and they said the plumber was nearby and would be there on time. At 6:30 I called back and reported the plumber wasn't there, they said they would look into it. At 7:30 the plumber arrived. I called the company the next day and they offered a small voucher for future work, which I likely won't use, ever.

I recently had the bathroom remodeled. In order to look at the pipe, they needed to remove the panel to get to the leak. While doing that, two tiles fell off and they would not fix it initially. I had to call them back three times to have them come out and when they did come back they told me again that they do not repair that kind of work. After much debate, they gave me $150 towards the repair of the broken tile. Also, they found the leak, but said that they could not fix it. He also told me that I have running water on my toilet and would give me an estimate. I had to call them back numerous times to get this work done as well. Eventually, they fixed the toilet.

Everything went well and he found problems with the hot water heater and replaced a couple of parts which cost almost $500.

Technician was great. Worked hard to clear a stuck item in the drain.

No problems with the provider, after the diagnosis we ended up redoing the bathroom with a different provider.
