His work was all top rates. Juan Martin Forero the owner of the company is very accommodating and supportive. Unlike others, when I was looking around for someone to remodel a bathroom, I got several contractors to come in and every one of them quoted $20000 for a modest size bathroom and some people wanted $40000. This guy said that I could buy all the materials that I want and all he is going to charge me was for the labor. That way I was able to manage the cost. I found that a good amount of the profit that these contractors take is through the materials that they buy and charge you a higher price. So this contractor allows me to pick all the materials and as a result of that I were able to do 4 bathrooms for probably the price of 2.

Everything went very. I was pleased with their work.

JM Residential Solutions was referred to me by a close friend for whom the company had done several jobs. Juan Martin Forero, the owner was responsive to my emails and phone calls at all times. He provided me with an estimate, his license and insurance papers, and revised his estimate as was necessary according to my decisions to change some items. He also provided me the opportunity to accompany him to suppliers from whom the doors might be purchased so I could select what I wanted. He worked with me to choose paint colors and installed not only my chosen door hardward but a new mailbox. His crew was always polite, friendly, and professional. Not only did they do very good work, but they were always on time, worked a full day only taking a break for lunch, and cleaned up each evening, Juan Martin was on the job at least at the beginning and end of each work day to let his crew know what was expected and to check the work. He also checked with me to be sure I was satisfied with the work done that day. He worked diligently to install the new front door in a space out of plumb and was very thorough in his assessment of what was needed. At all times, he was insistent that I be happy with the work-----and I am.

Our house suffered water damage from a overflowing sink on the second floor that ran over a whole weekend while we were out of town. The ceiling and walls in a room on the first floor and a room in the basement were ruined. The hardwood floor on the first floor and the carpeting in the basement were also ruined. Juan Martin helped us through the whole repair process. We decided to replace all of the carpet in the basement with engineered hardwood (about 1,000 square feet) and Juan Martin was very helpful and patient in explaining our options and helping us pick out the flooring. We also replaced the hardwood flooring in the first floor room. Juan Martin provided many suggestions for our "forced remodeling" project, including recessed lighting, solid wood steps, and the removal of a closet in the damaged basement room. Juan Martin's team, including his electrician, painters, and floor crew, were prompt and professional and did a great job on our house.

JM Residential Solutions demoed the bathroom in a day. Spent a day to do the floor tiling and a day for the shower tiling. 2 days for the floor. We had special ordered a wall tile so that was done on a different day as the floor tile was bought locally. A day was spent for the installation of plumbing, faucets etc. A day to finish up. Each day the team was scheduled they arrived promptly. They covered areas close to the work area but kept most of the dust etc inside the work area. The team cleaned up daily before leaving. Communication was very good with Juan Martin Forero he kept us informed daily on progress etc. al

Juan Martin and his team were respectful, prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. They showed up when they were expected, and cleaned up each day. We were never inconvenienced and we were completely satisfied with all of the work. I will call him for any work that I need in the future.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Our bathroom looked like the typical builder job (4"x4" white tile arranged in square, vice diamond pattern), white pressed board vanity with white corian top, plastic shower basin with the same white tile lining the walls). We obtained estimates from several different contractors before proceeding with this job. Most quoted a price of $18,000 to $20,000. One was in the range of $30,000. Another told us we should plan on spending closer to $40,000. By contrast, Juan estimated closer to $10,000 and that is exactly what he delivered. In fact, he came in UNDER the estimated price when you consider that we had to increase the job scope to use a custom built swing shower door instead of the sliding door that he thought would work. As it turned out, the shower opening was too narrow for standard sliding doors that were available. The custom door added $600 over the price built into the estimate. The way Juan gets you a good value is by allowing you to select items (such as the vanity, the tile, the plumbing, mirrors, toilet, etc.) from wherever you want to buy them. We went straight to HomeDepot.com, where the prices are excellent and the quality very good. I think that the typical contractor (those who wanted $18,000-$20,000) packages the cost of these items into an overall cost figure that is not itemized. They obtain the items at a much lower price than what they charge as part of the total figure. Juan is a hands-on contractor. He came to the worksite every day, provided detailed instructions to his workers and came back several times each day to check on the progress and quality of work. His workers are all experts with a lot of experience. He requires that they dress properly and conduct themselves in the most courteous way toward your family, your pets and the rest of your home. They use abundant protection of carpets and floors between the door to your home and the work area and they remove the protective material at the end of the day so that you don't feel like you're living in a construction zone. You regain a sense of normalcy in the evening. I would like to highlight the person who did our tiling. His name is Joselito, who (I swear) is an artist. He created the diamond design which is used in classy renovations to make the bathroom look wonderful. He matched tile patterns/textures carefully, cut the tiles to line up tile seams expertly. I will also highlight Wilmer, who did most of the hard work to remove old fixtures, old tile, etc. High quality work and extraordinary care to minimize the effects of the work on our home. If you're considering a bathroom renovation, you've got to give Juan a call. The job went smoothly. You can't beat the price and the outcome was incredible! We are saving our money and will have him renovate our other bathrooms as soon as we have the money.
