Alex arrived on time to do the estimate and about 2 hours later he had emailed me an estimate. Jose and his associate arrived on time. They listened to my requests and did a beautiful job. The finished in less time than they had told me to expect and did a neat job and cleaned up completely after the work was done.

No work was performed. I called their offices several times and was not able to reach anyone. I finally paid another hauling company.

I had used Innovative before for painting and they did a great job. I called them for this job hoping they would take it on. They came out and provided a very fair quote. The crew arrived on schedule and worked steadily to complete the job in one day. Innovative is great to work with. They are professional and fair. They do whatever it takes to satisfy my requirements.

Innovative was excellent. I had them paint the entire interior of the house, which included substantial drywall repair (we recently had recessed lighting installed in three rooms, leaving many holes in the ceiling), along with removal of old alarm fixtures and repair of numerous large and small drywall and plaster cracks. Alex and his crew were on time every day and kept our furniture and floors paint-free. They did most of the furniture moving as well, even in the tight basement areas. Alex did not change the price despite the fact that they had to do a lot more prep work than expected on our 100+ year old house that hadn't been painted in over 10 years. At one point, he had six team members at our house. Alex was very accommodating to paint color changes and additional work requests such as extra drywall repair and provided a very fair price for the extra work. The crew found areas of moisture in our basement walls and cut out large sections of drywall and repaired at very little extra cost. The total price for the job was very fair and the service and professionalism was excellent. I didn't even have to have them back to the house to do any touch up work -- the job was that good. I would hire Innovative again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional crew that does fantastic work.

The work was very good, but the contract was poorly written and led to several misunderstandings. Fortunately, all misunderstandings were resolved to our satisfaction.

These guys were clearly some of the hardest workers which I have ever hired. My rating of a B (instead of an A) was simply because their attention to detail was a little lacking in my opinion. Their price for the scope of work was several thousand dollars (but keep in mind the scope of their work was more than just painting). While the initial overall job would appear good to most, I'm very observant when it comes to details (admittedly probably too observant). This reigns especially true because I was paying them so much money. Also, I think the details of a job like this are what help to make an old condo like mine look fresher and neater. These guys went to great lengths to prep my place and protect all of my belongings (see attached pics). They all worked hard, in fact very hard, to correct years of poor plaster repair work and bad paint jobs. Once finished, the painters had to return to my house four different times to fix mistakes/bad spots. And honestly, these were glaring (and I mean glaring!) imperfections from their paint and plaster repair work. I must say, however, that each time after completing their work they had me look over it for a few days and then let them know if I was satisfied with the work. And....I didn't have to pay them a dime until the entire job was completed. This company clearly prides itself on customer service, and they're certainly good at it. Now that the entire job has been completed, I must say that the place looks great, absolutely great... and I couldn't be happier.
