The work was excellent, professional on time and clean up was perfect, put everything up, I have used them a couple times and they have been excellent.

Alex and his crew were easy to work with, and clear and upfront with their quote and the details behind it. They were fast, high quality, and left no trace of their work! We hired them to do a pre-move-in fresh coat, covering a few walls with bold colors and filling in some patches from picture hangings on a custom/textured plaster wall.

Innovative are the best painters we’ve ever employed. They do awesome painting with great attention to detail and they cleaned up well. They were pleasant, hard workers that came early every morning through their 5 days of work. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Splendidly! The person I spoke to on the phone to set up the appointment was professional and pleasant. The estimate was the lowest of the 4 that we got. The painter arrived on time, he was pleasant, he did an outstanding job, and cleaned up after himself. I am looking at the kitchen now and it is beautiful! It was not a huge job, but it was very important to me, we had just renovated out kitchen and we have new beautiful cabinets. I am very pleased!

Co. shifted schedule around to paint short notice job in time for my VA house appraisal to refinance. Painters arrived on time, work completed in timely manner and cleaned work up area.

They were amazing. I had 3 quotes, and theirs was the most complete. They visited my home, inspected everything, informed me of what wood needed to be replaced, how the aluminum siding would be treated (spot primed...and acceptable), they caulked all around, used Benjamin Moore, 2 coats of paint, and did additional work that wasn't scoped, but I agreed to the price they added. They are terrific, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had Alex and his team paint walls, trim, and doors in various rooms of our house, basically any area where I could not reach with a 6-foot ladder plus the kitchen. The team also removed an old tv bracket and bulky cables and repaired the wall like new. The experience was great! The price estimate was fair for the work being done, which included the trim around many, many windows and a double high ceiling area. It was very easy to coordinate the start of the job and the quality of work was excellent. Jose was very nice and work with. I was able to leave him a key to let the team in and drop in as my work schedule allowed. His team left our home exactly how they found it...just no longer blue. I would hire innovative paint again in a second!

Everything was great, from the timing of the estimate to the finished product. The painters showed up and were very efficient and cleaned up thoroughly each night. The fixed all the nail pops and patching that was needed. They said if any touchups were needed to just give them a call back, however none were needed. We would use Innovative Inc Painters again. Innovative painters did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house. The siding required a lot of scraping and patching as well as some carpentry repair. The crew arrived on time each day and stayed late to finish the job. Communication with Alexander, Maria and the crew went smoothly. Very professional and pleasant company to work with.

The Innovative, Inc. painting crew did an excellent job painting my town home. They were very thorough scraping and sanding areas on the stairs and window frame areas which had suffered deterioration. The crew was punctual and very neat. They removed all ladders, cloths,etc. each day and were careful not to damage exterior plantings. They did a final "walk around" with me to insure that I was satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic! We had our back room and bathroom repainted. Not only was the project done on time, but the folks did an EXCELLENT job in ensuring that there were no spills or damage to our house. First off, what a great job! From Alexander coming out and providing a thorough and complete estimate for what we would like done. He also provided his own ideas and advice which was very helpful. Communication via phone and email was prompt and detailed. No stone was left unturned! His guys arrived 5 minutes early everyday, 7:55 am ready to go! They were very warm and friendly, not to mention extremely diligent and skilled. Our job was finished on time and we loved the work done. Furthermore we had a hard deadline because we we're hosting family and friends for Christmas, Alexander made sure we had enough time and Mabel also managed things well ensuring our holiday would go off without a hitch! Excellent. We hired Innovative Painters originally to paint the interior of the house. We were so pleased with the quality of their work that we decided to have them paint the exterior of the house! The team lead, Wilmer, was great to work with, and we are very pleased with the result. The house looks great.

The work itself was well done and professional, and the crews (carpentry on the first day, painters on the second) showed up on time for both days of work. They were thorough, made sure all spaces were protected before starting work, and always brought to my attention any issues that were unusual. The cleanup was not as complete as I've seen with other contractors (puddled diluted paint water still on the back patio), but still decent. In terms of communication, it took over a week to receive an estimate (as compared to others which responded in 1-2 days). Overall, they were more responsive when contacted on the phone than through email. On email, sometimes follow up messages were needed before I heard back. I also wasn't notified the first time the job was cancelled because of weather; I had to call to see if anyone was coming out that day. I was notified before the second cancellation. When I did speak with them on the phone, though, they were always courteous, friendly, and helpful. In terms of cost, this was on the high side of the quotes that I received, but due to the strong ratings on Angie's List, I decided to try them out.

Very well. Painting teams were professional, prompt, and cleaned up after themselves in ways that minimized our final cleaning efforts. We had a contract change, to add work, and the team did the extra work cheerfully and without delay.

Alex was phenomenal – he worked with us on interior painting project, and adjusted entire job when we had water damage from roof. The team replaced and repaired drywall, ceilings, seams, and painted to perfection. Simply wonderful company in all areas – highly recommend them, they will impress!

When we decided to have some work done in our condo painting was on our list. I chose this company based on other reviews and could not have been more pleased with my choice. After having some new cabinets, backsplash and crown, baseboards and hardwood instillation I wanted the ceiling and walls repainted. The owner, crew and office staff were fantastic. We received a timeline and it was met. Every day the crew checked with us to make sure when they could start. Once here they were polite and respectful every step of the way. All our furniture and the new floors and cabinets were covered completely and at the end of the day they cleaned up everything before they left. I have recommended them to everyone that might be thinking of having painting done and will definitely use them in the future if we need painting done again.

Wilmer and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They painted the entire exterior and touched-up the interior to sell the house. They were punctual, professional and did a great job. What more could you ask for?
