Innovative Inc

I have used Innovative Inc. for multiple jobs/projects. As usual, the office staff and painters were beyond responsive and professional. On this most recent job, I was very pleased with the outcome of the paint job they did on my privacy fence.

Innovative did an excellent job all around. We would recommend them without reservation.

Points of contact were always responsive to calls and emails, crew arrived on time and were courteous/professional, work was top notch and performed conscientiously including extremely thorough prep and cleanup. I would hire again and recommend without hesitation.

Excellent work....professional, courteous, very careful about our floors and items, and did an overall great job at a reasonable price. They brought in 4 people to finish the job in one day. They even helped touch up the ceilings and base that were not part of the project scope so that it would all look nice. I was also impressed that they sanded the walls before priming to ensure a smooth coat (I've hired other painters who have skipped this step). Alex the owner also stopped by in the afternoon to checkin and make sure everything was going well. I would definitely hire them again.

The team of two scheduled three days to complete the entire job and finished on-time and within the agreed upon cost. Each day the team began on time and were very professional throughout the entire job. I strongly recommend this company and plan to use them to paint additional rooms in the very near future.

They did an excellent job -- prompt, clean, and friendly. A window blind go broken in the process of preparing to paint and they were quick to make good on the cost of the replacement blind.

This is the 3rd time I have hired Innovative. They are very responsive and professional. My home had extensive exterior damaged trim that I wanted replaced with PVC and painted. It took two days to remove, replace and repaint all the rotted and damaged trim. In some cases, the gutters had to be removed and replaced. Innovative's workers even cleaned the gutter sections before replacing.

Innovative did a terrific job. Their prep work was very good, as there was lots of wall repair and priming to do. They were responsive and easy to work with. They were also willing to make some changes (painting an additional closet and upgrading to another paint) for me.

We needed a fast quote in the face of an exhorbitant one from our contractor. And got it within a day. We don't know much about painting, but Alex made us feel like he was serious and knew what doing a good job required. They did a great job. And we decided to hire them to paint the outside of the house as well...

Originally they arrived with the wrong ceiling paint color, despite my instructions on the color to the company. Workmen had to come back twice to fix a problem involving a spot on the ceiling where they painted.

It went very well. They arrived on time and they performed the job quickly and efficiently. They were polite and friendly. Great job!

I used them and they were very good. I would say that the like is that they did come back and correct a couple of issues, that I had. I guess dislike is their attention to detail could have been a little bit better.

They were absolutely wonderful! The entire process, from issuing the estimate, selecting the paint, and then scheduling, completing, and finishing the work was consistently professional. Each and every member of the team was courteous and pleasant. $1900The team arrived on time each day, completed the day's projects, and left each work area impeccably clean! Upon completion, they walked us through each room and each one was perfect! We highly recommend Innovative Inc--we will definitely use them again.

Overall very satisfied with quality of the work. Very quick and detail oriented. Only issues were that they power washed a bunch of gunk into my window screen that was difficult to clean out. And when they re-screwed in the shutters, they didn't paint the screws to match until I requested it. On interior job, they did a fantastic job of prepping and cleaning up. No paint on anything. One piece of MDF furniture lost a foot, but it wasn't a huge deal. Would definitely hire again.

Great service all around. Punctual, polite, extremely professional young men arrived and cleared out all items, reassuring us that all would go to someone/someplace in need. This is a great company!

Innovative did a beautiful job. We arranged for all of the work to be done while we were out of town. Innovative paid attention to detail. When we noticed one detail they had missed, they came back to address it. I will definitely call Innovative when it is time to paint the walkout basement.

They weren't bad. The only negative thing I would say is the two guys that they sent to haul the junk weren't strong enough to haul the treadmill so my husband ended up doing it, they got the rest of the stuff.
