Description of Work: Exterior Painting (split level house + one carport.

Description of Work: We had about half of our interiors walls painted. Overall they did a good job but I will say that after they had finished I found multiple splashes of paint around the toilets, and moldings. We are renting our house so I wasn't as concerned but if I owned our house it would have bothered me. They do give you a chance to look over everything at the end of their work but you don't always see those splashes right away. I would use them again but I would talk to them about being more careful with paint splashes.

Description of Work: Painted porches and trim, replaced rotted or compromised wood and screening on screened-in porch, used anti slip paint on porch treads. The crew was wonderful. They were careful, very able, and professional. I would use them again I a heartbeat.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List coupon for this vendor. $150 for 3 cubic feet of rubbish. They were fine. Probably would not use them again, as non-coupon price was pretty steep.

Description of Work: Primed and painted living room, dining room, hallway, bathroom, foyer and kitchen. They did a wonderful job on everything as well as being friendly and answering all questions. haven't noticed any paint anywhere it shouldn't be. Did a great job.

Description of Work: They did a nice job cleaning our condo and were careful with our belongings. I would use them again, however, the price they quoted me to come back was a lot more than what I would want to spend for a two bedroom condo.

Description of Work: All work was performed in my medium sized kitchen.Removed wall paper, did minor drywall prep to make sure walls looked finished. Painted the ceiling, all the trim one color and walls another color. Painted inside of my pantry the wall color and the shelves white as per my request. They also painted the large piece of wood on the other side of the cabinets that the counter rests on. very nice guys, punctual, unobtrusive , helpful careful with new wood floors etc...the estimate might seem high but the wall paper removal part always jacks up the price. I checked with several other places in addition to a realtor in my area and they all said that the price was definitely fair. The other estimates were pretty similar. My kitchen walls look beautiful.

Description of Work: Our house has vinyl siding and a lot of wood soffits, boards, etc. on the outside. It is about 16 years old, so a lot of the wood was beginning to rot in places and needed to be replaced. After getting three estimates, we chose Innovative Inc because their bid was competitive, they had lots of good references on Angie's List and the owner(s) came across as trustworthy when they came to give the estimate. We had 22 pieces of wood that needed to be replaced. All except one, were replaced with PVC. All the paintable areas received proper power washing and sanding, a coat of the primer, primer+paint, and finally a coat of the good quality paint. It took them about a week to complete the work with a crew of two there, on most days. They were courteous, detailed, and did an excellent job. The owner looked over the work on an almost daily basis. We are very pleased with all aspects of their work and professionalism, including that of their office staff!

Description of Work: Well done. We had to leave 30 min early so not all floors were mopped / supervisor was ready to pitch in to finish quickly but we had to leave. Responsive and thorough.

Description of Work: I told the person who called about setting up the cleaning that I would have a prioritized list of things I wanted done and she said that would be fine. I did not want just a standard cleaning, but things that I don't regularly get to: window cleaning, ceiling fans dusted, baseboards dusted, etc. They made a cursory attempt at first to follow my list, but then abandoned the list to do regular cleaning, leaving me with a few fans dusted, a few windows cleaned, but not what I requested of them.
