He showed up on time, performed the work I hired him to do, and suggested further work which I had not noticed. I agreed to have it done, and he came the next day promptly and professionally completed the work.

They power washed the house, scraped away old paint, replaced and/or repaired damaged siding and window trim and then applied two coats of paint. They also cleaned up the work site before completing the job. All in all they did an outstanding job and we highly recommend them.

It went well. They were prompt every morning. They cleaned up after themselves and they did everything I wanted them to do. All the extra things that I asked them to do were reasonably priced. They trimmed and did a couple of extra rooms. They were just very good at what they were doing. They didn't get in the way and it was not a hardship to have them working. The pricing was very fair.

There was miscommunication throughout. They came and looked at the space that I wanted painted and informed my husband that it was more than 500 square feet - however they didn't have a measuring tape and they wanted to charge a crazy amount for any extra work. I ended up speaking with them over the phone and was so frustrated that I asked for a refund. Thankfully Angie's List is great and I was able to get a refund and get a different painting deal (off of Angie's list) for $50 less and they were able to paint the ceiling and trim - which this coupon wasn't going to cover. I was told by the representative that in the future I should read the small print better. In the future I will make sure I steer clear from any business that isn't willing to work with me or to understand that I am the customer.

It went fine. They contacted me shortly after the purchase. Appointments were set up based on my schedule. They did an initial property assessment with pictures. I was sent samples of color combinations based on what I stated I was looking for. The folks that did the power wash/painters called before coming. The job was completed over the course of three days. Once the job was done they cleaned up. Prior to starting the job I was provided with a contract that laid out the general description, scope of work, preparation etc. If either a discussion or in the contract it could have laid out an estimated time line around the power wash, prep and painting that would have been helpful.

We bought a Big Deal for 2,000 sq. ft of interior painting for $1,999. It cost an additional $1,300 for the extra sq. footage, tall ceilings, and an upgrade to Benjamin Moore regal select paint. Compared to other bids we received, this saved us between $1,500-$3,000. We were really happy throughout the entire process. Mabel was on time to provide us with a bid for the additional work. The 3 painters were on time the day the job started, and they completed everything in just 2 days! Not only did they work quickly, but they did a great job. Overall, we were really impressed. We'll definitely hire them again when we decide to paint the 3 smaller bedrooms we didn't paint this time.

Mabel Ledezma, the manager, was my primary point of contact throughout the entire process, and she was very good to communicate with. Her team was always on time, and provided very high quality work. Whenever issues came up they were able to address them, and additional work was explained with any estimated cost increase. This company was a joy to work with from the front office, to the painters, to the carpenters. I would use them again, and recommend them without reservation.

Mabel and her crew were just excellent. They arrived on time every day, worked hard with very few breaks, and completed a large job on time. They protected the hardwood floors, moved and protected heavy furniture (in tight spaces) cleaned up every night and were a pleasure to be around. They all were extremely trustworthy so I was comfortable leaving my home while they were working. Mabel came on the final day for an inspection and was in constant contact with her crew. I was extremely pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend Innovative Inc. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

It went great! The painters showed up right on time, and after getting our input on what was needed, they went right to work. They quickly covered all furniture with plastic, taped the walls as appropriate, and started painting. I went to work and was surprised when i got a call that they had finished early (2:00, after starting at 8:00). I went home, and the place looked amazing. Its been a few weeks, we've put our furniture back, and the place still looks great! I'd use them again without a doubt!

A great experience working with Innovative Inc. They were very professional, on time and detail oriented. They came back the next day like they said they would and touched-up certain areas. We will definitely use them again in the future.

They were great, they were terrific and in fact we even hired them for some other work. I gave them a tip. That painting service is first class and it was our first time using them. They were just friendly, neat, we supplied the paint and they redid part of the bathroom wall and ceiling for us. They were top notch on all areas.

Very professional, showed up on time, moved the furniture as needed, painted very nicely, put everything back. I was happy because I was home with my Mom and we were afraid the two of us will have to move the heavy bookcases and dining room buffet, but no need. The walls look lovely. They finished in about 6 hours, 2 coats of paint.

That was good. They were very conscientious. The only thing was that there wasn't a lot of clarity on exactly what they were going to do. But the workmanship was very good for the most part. They were very responsive and they were timely. There were certain things that they didn't do that I thought they may have. It was just maybe a little bit of misunderstanding on that level. But otherwise they did good. I would use them again.

I had purchased a big deal for the service and all in all it went very well, I would use them again. They came in and finished the work exactly in the time frame that I wanted, and that was nice. The pricing was good. I am planning on using them again sometime next year.

They honored the Angie's list coupon, (which cost 1300.00 & of course had been paid ahead of time) - in a timely manner. It was a leap of faith for me to pay ahead of time for such a big job, but reading their reviews ahead of deciding to do it, I felt that it was probably OK to trust the company. I emailed the company with my coupon and they contacted me a few days later. The manager of the company came out and did the estimate exactly on the day and at the time we agreed. He explained that the deal coupon only covered 1 coat of primer and 1 coat of paint. So, we discussed how much it would cost to put 2 coats on everything and decided to do double coats on the soffits, rack board, wood surfaces, excluding the wood surfaces under the carport. Replacing the 2 long pieces of rack board was 200$ extra and they charged 200$ extra for the double coat on the wood surfaces. The owner worked with me politely and when I asked for a detailed and itemized work order, that arrived in email a few days later. The office staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. The owner worked with me and was flexible on which days to schedule the painting job. We changed the original date to bump it up and that was fine with him. The day of the paint job, They helped me pull stuff out of the carport shelves. I felt totally comfortable leaving my house for work. The painting crew was very professional and getting to work right away as I left. When I came home, I noticed they had fixed, without being asked, a cabinet that had been hanging on a single hinge (from a recent extremely windy storm) and they had put nearly everything back into the carport shelves for us!! There was one cable hanging down low from the carport. I called the manager that evening to mention this and he said he'd send someone out on that next day (Saturday) to take care of putting that back up. First thing Saturday am, they put the cable back up and left. The paint job was perfect. We have a 2 year guarantee on the paint job and if there is any cracking or peeling or chipping -they said they would come out and redo it. Everything was very well done and the exterior looks wonderful! I am very pleased and would definitely recommend this company and would use them again. The experience was easy and went smoothy.

They came and gave an estimate in a timely fashion. They came prepared to paint. They came promptly. They first prepped and then finished the project in 4 days. They cleaned up at the end of each day.

The two painters arrived on time and got right to work. At the end of the day, all the trim on my home and screened porch was painted and looked great. The painters cleaned up everything before they left for the day. I will definitely use Innovative, Inc. again

Innovative Inc. did a very nice job. Both painters were very professional and friendly. I would definitely call them again for the next painting project. I had two painters for one whole day and got a lot of things done. Loved them!

Excellent experience. I contacted Innovative on Monday about painting a bedroom, including the popcorn ceiling, and spoke with Mabel, who was professional and responsive, and arranged to come by with her colleague on Tuesday. This was a productive meeting -- measurementss were taken, paint selected, and quote discussed; they were able to arrange on short notice for immediate painting on Wednesday in view of incoming houseguests. The painters arrived the next morning on time and were extraordinarily courteous, professional and efficient. They carefully moved and covered all furniture in the room, patched walls where necessary, and painted using Sherwin Williams Harmony and ProMar paints (almost odorless), including painting the popcorn ceiling which required oil-based primer. Upon completion, they moved all furniture back into its proper place, and left the room immaculate (looked cleaner than when they started). I would hope to use Innovative in the future and would recommend their painting services.

They arrived punctually at 8:00 and were here all day, until about 5:30. Their clean-up job was very good, and they offered to help me move the heavier furniture back into place.

On time, quick, neat and accommadating.

The outside was painted only 3 years ago and was peeling badly. This crew power washed the exterior then primed and painted all of the exterior woodwork and windows. The side porches are all windows so it was a lot of cutting in. They also painted the living and dining rooms and the stairs, stairwell and upstairs hall. The inside had not been painted in 9 years and it looks like new! The crew was professional, and worked steadily even in the heat to complete the job in a timely fashion. Rain delayed the exterior work, so they finished the inside and then went back outside to finish that part. Even though I did not use a coupon because of the limited amount of painting I wanted done, I paid full price and thought it a bit on the high side. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again for any painting, interior or exterior. If they are offering a coupon, take advantage of it and you will certainly receive quality workmanship for a fair price.

Service and responsiveness were great. Work was done on schedule and professionally completed. Only surprise was that my wooden windows were not included in the Angie's list special which wasn't totally clear from the description so I had to pay an additional $850 to have the windows painted in addition to the trim around the windows and other exterior areas.
