It was very easy to schedule this service, and the guys arrived on time and ready to go. I had bought the paint, but other that that they had everything they needed to protect the furniture, patch the walls, and do the painting. They arrived around 8 in the morning and were done by 3p. They even took down and put back up the drapes.

With the coupon, I got my whole house painted. Great quality, detail, service and price. I even got a great deal in having them paint a new front door that wasn't attached yet. If I had another house to paint I would use them right now, but alas, I only have one house!

I had painting of the exterior wood surfaces of my one-story ranch-style home. Innovative was extremely good about communication (original date was delayed by weather). Workers were punctual, professional, polite, and work was done thoroughly and neatly. I had some exposed wood, so my job required an additional prime coat to be applied before the paint that was purchased via the Deal. I thought the extra cost was very reasonable. In all, I felt very pleased by working with Innovative, Inc. and I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I purchased a coupon for a friend's house painting project. They visited the house and walked around with us to review the job. Some extras were added to the coupon such as power washing the front steps, repainting the walls and floor of a side porch, replacement of 10 exterior boards and a second coat of paint overall. The work took about three days. The first day the house was power washed and then painting took up two days. My friend and I are extremely satisfied with the professional work done and would recommend the company to others.

They were excellent. They were timely. They did a great job. The door needed extra paint going from black to red.

The painting was great. The painters were very good and dedicated to doing a good job. The only fly in the ointment was what happened after the job was halfway through. We had purchased a "big deal" to cover the cost of painting the house. We scheduled the job and the painters began. Once the job was halfway done, a company representative knocked on our door and said that the big deal didn't cover the cost of completing the job. We were told that if we wanted the painters to stop then we were covered but if we wanted the job completed as we were led to expect, we would need to add an additional amount, about $800. We have no complaint about the job that was done but having the company tell us they needed more money than we expected was disturbing.

They were very punctual and it took 3 days just as they had stated. They complied with my request to cover the window screens before painting. The finished job looks good.

Everyone was professional and responsive. Came to do walk through quickly. Gabriela called and emailed with quote and follow up promptly. Work was scheduled to start with exterior, due to rain they switched to do interior first and kept to the schedule so the project was done quickly with no delays. The crews showed up on time, worked quickly. Exterior work was especially good, asked questions to make sure everything was done as I wanted, and did a great job.

They were on time, very professional, flexible and their price was very reasonable. I was very impressed on their knowledge about exterior work. My house looks nice and the deck looks amazing. It was great working with them, I would definitely use them again and refer them to my neighbors.

My house is mostly brick and vinyl. They were prompt and professional painters, but would not caulk my windows, because they were vinyl. They said the best they could do is paint the trim two coats, but I believe they should have recaulked the windows because it's included in this best deal. They cleaned up after and asked me to inspect before they left.

Both the estimator and work crew showed up precisely on time. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. I received an excellent repair and paint job of my house and garage trim at a very competitive price.

The two workers showed up on time and worked all day. Since the rooms are upstairs I can honestly say I did not even know they were in the house! And when they left, there was no evidence that they were even there...everything was so clean! They did a beautiful job! They were both very nice and professional and I hope they can do more work for me in the future. Do not hesitate to use them, you will not be disappointed!

The phone call was pleasant. But the definition of the scope of the work became limited. They offered to come and estimate cost of additional work. I had no additional work, just trim and I thought $299 was a good price for the trim (including fascia) as a deal.

They showed up two hours early (I guess better early than late?) but still we weren't ready for them to be there at that hour. The painting job was well done and relatively quick.

They were very professional. They came in well prepared, gave me a quote right on the spot and they followed up with me in a timely fashion. I would recommend them, definitely.

Office management could use some work, about one week after completion, the office called to schedule the work.

The final results look really good. Their price was highly competitive for the quality of the work and responsiveness of the company. However, we learned from this experience that we should buy the paint ourselves, as we could have purchased the same paint for much less, even though they told us that if they bought it they'd get a contractor's discount. The main reason for the B overall rating instead of an A is that they said they would apply two coats and I'm 99% sure they didn't. I sent pictures to them that showed that they couldn't have done 2 coats on the whole house. They maintained that they had applied two coats, but nonetheless sent the crew back to the house to apply another coat at no additional cost.

The team came when they said they would, had no problems doing the work I requested for the cost of the Angie's List Special.

They were wonderful. Mabel and Alex went out of their way to accommodate me and do what I needed done. They were a delight to work with. They showed up early, gave a great estimate, and I loved their crew, who double teamed it and got the work done quickly. They were really anxious to please.

They were fantastic. They were very responsive, came on time, and offered a good estimate and stuck by it. They also did a sample patch on the house to make sure we liked it before they painted the rest of it. They also cleaned up nicely and we have no complaints against them. When there were some things we wanted fixed, they did so without any issues.

Their price was very reasonable and the painting turned out very well. They came early, got down to work, and actually power washed the house in the morning of the first day and started painting that afternoon. They finished the painting on the second day.

The project manager was very knowledgeable on the whole painting process and able to explain what they were doing and why.

Excellent! Very good service, thorough, responsive and flexible. I only gave a "B" because I think the price was comprable to other painting services and not particularly cheap even with the "Big Deal". Very happy with their service, would use again.

After the project started, I found out that part of the work I expected to be done was not included in the estimate. The company explained my why the cost should be revised upward. I agreed with them, the new estimate was very good. Despite this problem, I am very happy I hired Innovate Inc. Moreover, my neighbor hired them after my recommendation.
