The painters were excellent. They arrived promptly when they said they would and got straight to work. They were accurate and efficient and professional. They brought their own tools and ladders and covered the floors fully with drop cloths. As part of the deal, we provided the paint. They fixed holes / cracks and they painted 2 coats of paint. The walls look new. While they were on the ladders, they changed the batteries in the smoke detectors (vaulted ceilings). They finished in exactly the time that they said they would finish. I'd hire them again.

We have always done our own painting, but this was our first time with eggshell finish and an accent wall downstairs showed enough roller marks that I a little nervous about the main floor. From our first inquiry, Innovative Inc. was very quick to respond. Melvin and Antonio were our painters. They were punctual, very conscientious about our home and took great care in prepping with plastic, and worked very hard start to finish. The paint job is unbelievable. I kid you not, it looks like the paint was sprayed on! There is no evidence a roller was used (and they were). And the ceiling lines ... perfectly straight is an understatement. I realize this is what they do for a living, but we were blown away by the work they did. We will definitely use them again if we ever decide a paint job may be beyond us. :) And we've already recommended them to others!

I purchased a $449 Angie's List Big Deal for this service. The $449 was just for four walls, but I needed ceilings, baseboards, doors and cracks repaired so there was an additional $830 charge, but we knew about it in advance. I plan to use them again in the spring to paint my front porch. I have had no issues since the work was done. They were amazing.

The company representative was very polite when I explained my situation to them. They advised me to call Angies List. I would definitely do business with Innovative Inc. again as I found the company both professional and responsive.

The service was pretty good. Everything was good. There were additional charges. We probably paid another $1,700 on top of the Big Deal. Our house is bigger than the square-footage than what the coupon covered. So, we paid a little more for the size of the house, and we also had them do some carpentry. This was our first time to use them. I thought they were good, and the price was really good. I am not crazy about the color, but that is my fault. Maybe they should help the customer pick out colors. If they do not have someone on staff that is good with colors, at least they could maybe do a sample and then have someone come out to look at it. The problem is you pick a color and by the time they are done, you paid for it and you have to live with it another five or six years. They should take a little more time showing the customer what was happening during the course of their work before they do the whole thing. There were no other issues since the service was provided. They did fine but not above and over. I think they were pretty punctual. I would use them again depending on the price.

After waiting for 2 weeks for this appointment for a house painting estimate and me taking a day off work to meet them, the company calls a few minutes before arrival time to tell me they are not coming. I have now decided to deal with companies whom friends and neighbors have firsthand experience with, because I need to get the house painted ASAP and don,'t have time to deal with companies that don't keep their appointments.

Painters arrived on time and went to work. Spent a lot of time and did great work on the patchwork--our walls were seriously destroyed from the previous owner. Painters did a pretty good job, but a little better attention to detail would've been nice--they missed several places small spots above a window and in the corners of a room. That being said, we pointed them out and they promptly made the corrections. Our biggest complaint was they knocked out the power to the entire second floor while removing the painted over wall plates. However, they covered the cost of having an electrician come out entirely, which I thought was very professional--owning your mistakes and making them right. We all make mistakes, but their commitment to doing things right cost them a little money on the job. BUT AT LEAST THEY'RE HONEST!!!!! In all the rooms looked great in the end, despite some minor headaches. But I was impressed with their honesty.

The crew arrived promptly, worked neatly and quietly, and did a great job. I asked for a quote for additional work, and another company representative arrived to provide the quote that same day.

Wanted to use deal coupon to paint the front deck. There is no roof above it. The day they arrived at 8 am rain was forecast. I asked them to postpone. They did not want to. They spent a good bit of time scraping and sanding the old paint and prepping the surface. They put down a primer coat. Rain came down hard. I asked them to leave. I did not ask them to come back, and paid someone else to actually paint the deck later.

Excellent service! We're on time and did a very thorough job. They even put me in touch with a carpet guy to replace my carpet! I would definitely use them again!

It went very well. They were professional and fast. They covered my floors and furniture. I was very satisfied.

They did a good job painting--I was pleased with the end result. However, the advertisement/Angie's list deal was for three rooms of interior painting for $499 and they only painted two rooms. They did come to the house ahead of time and told me that they would only paint two rooms. One room is small and the other room, while larger (but not huge/I would say medium-sized, has a lot of windows (not a lot surface area to paint). I have since spoken to another contractor who is less expensive.

That worked out well. They did a nice job. They were only there for only half a day and left when everything was finished. I really didn't need them for the full 8 hours so there was no reason to purchase anything more. They arrived on time and they did a good job. They listened to everything that I told them to do. They were helpful. They saw me moving my furniture back into place after painting and they asked me if they wanted them to help and they did help me move just my bed, bigger pieces I couldn't move myself, they helped me. One of them dropped paint on the carpet but he got it out for the most part, but it was fine. Overall, it was a good experience.

They quoted us a very competitive price and did superb job for the whole project. We couldn't have been more pleased with their work, their price, or their cleanup. Well done.

All I can say is "Wow!" What would have taken my husband and I weeks to do, Innovative Inc. did in 6 hours. They moved the furniture and made sure it and the carpet was covered before they began painting. The majority of our 2 floor condo was painted and it looks terrific! We're very happy!!

Working with Innovative was a terrific experience start to finish. We bought the Angie's List Big Deal in advance of them coming out for an appraisal. We knew there would be work outside of the scope of the deal as we had several areas where wood needed to be replaced. Recieved a detailed quote outlining the extra charges very promptly after their visit and we were able to schedule the work to be done shortly thereafter. Once our day arrived, the weather provide some challenges; but the crew was very proactive in communicating when they could be onsite and what they could accomplish given the circumstances and the project was completed to our complete satisfaction within a week (probably would have taken 2-3 days without the weather-related issues). And the bonus is: They came in a good bit cheaper than some other quotes we recieved (even without the Big Deal discount).

The service provided was okay. When they finally get here to do the work, the guys were really good, conscientious and it looks very nice. It just took them forever to get here and do it. I realized it's outdoor painting work and so it's weather dependent but it took months to get it scheduled and that was not a great thing. Once we finally got affirmed date and the weather was not too cold, they came out, they worked three days straight and they did very nice looking work. I was very concerned, they have one really big ladder which is great, there were two guys but they have another ladder that wasn't big enough. The guy was standing at the very very top which he should never ever do. That's not a great comfort if the ladder is in an unstable place and it's wobbly. I would be more certain about using them again if I felt that everybody was gonna be safe.

Painted two bedrooms: walls, ceilings, and trim. Patched drywall holes and imperfections (including in ceiling). Services performed satisfactorily.

, the job required an additional day to complete. Each day the areas were left very clean and well swept. Jose managed the work each day and made certain that all areas were done to our satisfaction. I will need additional painting done next year and without a doubt Innovation Inc. will be the first company I will call.

I purchased one of the "deals" on angie's list for the painting job and was extremely satisified. I didn't realize it at the time but this company also did ceiling repair and painting for me some time ago so when I realized this, I knew it would be a quality job. The workers showed up on time, make sure everything was covered, and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would definitely recommend Innovative Inc. for anyone thinking about hiring them and I would certainly use them for any future jobs.

They painted my living room-dining room. After I paid $499 at the offer, when the appraiser came by, he said it would be $400 more to caulk some cracks. I said I didn't want to pay more than $250 and he accepted that. It took them about 20 minutes to caulk the cracks. I called Gabriela at Innovative Painters office after they had been here to say that they had missed a spot on the wall and I was in doubt that they had put on two coats because they only used half the amount of paint that they told me to buy (expensive). I asked that someone come by to look at the spot and talk to me about the coats of paint and no one ever called me.
