The crew was timely and courteous, and it did a good job without leaving a mess. There was some debate, however, as to what kinds of work were included in the Big Deal. More specifically, I thought that the roof of my carport would have been included, but the company stated that it wasn't. I also felt as though they were trying to sell me on the idea of applying a second coat of paint in order to make more money.

The cleaner that Innovative Inc. provided was punctual and her cleaning was very efficient. She was able to finish the job by lunch time and the difference was extremely noticeable. We have a lot of clutter and she worked very effectively around it, not at all an easy task. The cleaning is impeccable and the customer service is top notch. We will most definitely be using the service again.

After consulting with several of the top rated painting services firms on Angie's List, I choose Innovative Inc for the work on my 1940s Cape Cod style home. They were prompt with the scheduling and delivery of the quote (pricing was fair and reasonable in comparison to likely overhead top heavy other companies). Working with the front office to establish schedule, color choices, and to answer any questions or concerns was always pleasantly fast. The work began as scheduled on the date previously established, each day the workers greeted me at my home to let me know they were onsite and to see if I had any immediate questions or concerns (fyi, they installed previously removed gutter guards from another contractor back onto my second floor gutters even though that work was out of scope). I was very pleased with the final products, finished on time, within budget and delivered exceptional quality including the carpentry work which was not easy. When i noticed some small paint dripping spots on my deck after the work had concluded, I contacted the office who immediately had workers on site the next morning to sand and repair. Honestly, that speaks volumes to quality and pride this company takes in their work. Without a doubt I will work with Innovative Inc again, and will recommend them to friends and neighbors who are in the market for a quality painter.

Innovative provided the best quote of all the potential contractors I contacted and was the lowest bidder. Gabriella was very nice to work with from the start and she was able to get my project scheduled in a timely manner. The project went very well. The guys did a great job. They completed the project the same day and I'm very satisfied with the results. Hopefully, I can work with Innovative again on future painting projects.

I purchased a Deal offered by Innovative Painting on Angie's List (3 rooms, up to 500 sq. ft., for $560) in May and the work was done early in July. I wasn't able to get the project done as soon as I'd hoped, but it was done within 2 months so it wasn't an unreasonable delay at all. Gabriela, who coordinates scheduling, is professional, nice and easy to understand and she generally got back to me within 24 hours whenever I called. On the day of the project, 2 painters arrived at the designated time and got right to work. They were professional and extremely polite. They moved heavy furnishings in the bedroom and covered everything with plastic (in all of the rooms) so nothing would get dirty or splattered with paint. My only minor complaint is that my cat was hiding under the bed, but I didn't know it, so she was trapped there for a little while. The painters knew she was under the bed and I wish they had let me know so I could have gotten her out sooner. In the bathroom, they removed the medicine cabinet and large mirror rather than just taping and painting around those items, so I was impressed by that. I used a different color in each room and they didn't have any problem with that. The quality of the paint job is very good. Not all of the edges are clean and precise, but it doesn't look messy at all, so I'm very happy. When the painting was done, they cleaned up and put all of the furniture back in place. This was a VERY good value and I plan to contact them again when I'm ready to have the rest of the interior painted!

The office staff was courteous and friendly and kept us up to date and remained in contact by phone and e-mail. The crew they sent always arrived on time or early and went right to work. They treated our home with care and regard and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They worked hard and steady throughout the day and even came on a Saturday to get the project done on time. The team was very professional and neat. They came when they said they would and did a great job on our deck which was in really bad shape. I would certainly recommend this company. Whenever I had a question, it was answered immediately.

Gabriela sent their estimate guru Alex over within 2-3 days and he generated a very professional estimate for the work. I had advised them of my time frame for the work to be completed and they assured me that the work could be completed within that time frame. Their estimate was competitive with three others i obtained. They arrived on the date agreed upon and completed the work on time. The quality was impressive. They are very detailed and neat. Their was a broken chandelier that I noticed after they were done and they immediately replaced the chandelier at their expense with no hesitation. They are a professional, honest and service oriented operation.

This was the best experience I have ever had with craftsman. They were on time every day, held to task and worked late if they were concerned the job would not be completed on time. All employees were talented painted and true gentlemen, At completion the realtor requested the company name to recommend to future clients. They came in and assessed the walls and ceiling. When the felt a seam was not perfect they repaired it. On completion you could not see one seam or imperfection. I was amazed. I really can't say enough good about this company; from the office staff to the guy cleaning up EVERY night before they left. They took great pride in their work and it shows. The process they used to protect the carpeting was just one more example of the professionalism of this company. The last thing said to use as they were packing up: "Thank you for giving us work." Amazing people.

The company immediately provided a timely estimate and followed up to schedule the project's start date. The office staff, as well, as the painter, were extremely professional. They did an outstanding paint job, as my house was really beginning to look weathered. I now have a refreshed curb appeal. I will use this company in the future and let friends know about them as well.

We bid this project out to three different vendors. Innovative was highly recommended & their price was fair. They arrived when promised. They did a beautiful job. They touched up areas that were adjacent to the actual work area. They clean up after they were done each day. They came onsite when promised and finished. It's a well run company. I had a few special requests which they were willing to grant. When I had a question, they answered it quickly.

they did well. showed up promptly, and did the job in one day. the language was difficult but other than that, they seemed to want to please and did an acceptable job in painting the 2 rooms promised.

I called them and asked for an estimate. Since I work in DC, having to be at my home for the estimate is very inconvenient. They told me on the phone, they would give the estimate without me there since I has given permission for them to do that. They said they would do it "within a few days". They never did it, and calls to their business went unanswered.

Everything went great! They are an excellent company to work with. Always punctual, all polite, and every time they promise something, they deliver it. I have worked with this company two other times and it has always been a pleasure doing business with them. I would highly recommend this company for all of your painting and cleaning needs.

Innovative Painters Inc. was very timely in delivering a quote, answering our questions, and completing the painting. The painters were punctual, courteous, and hard-working. They also cleaned up well after themselves and took care of our furniture. They were helpful in removing (and re-installing) a very large curtain rod, which I greatly appreciated. We have a lot of trim and molding in our rooms and they did a fantastic job. Given the quality of their service, I feel they are absolutely worth the price and we will certainly use them again in the future. My one suggestion for anyone who is hiring a painter is to be very specific about which nails/hooks you want removed and patched up/painted over. I didn't do that on the first day and the painters were very nice to go back and patch/paint the nails I missed, although it would have been easier for them to know this upfront.

These guys & gal were totally awesome. First, they quoted me the project through pictures via email which was easy and convenient. They were super responsive with questions and when I wanted to add to the scope of work. They were able to schedule quickly. A crew of three was at my house at 8 am and the work was finished by 3pm. They did a great job separating the work area from the rest of the house, and were accommodating the few times we needed to enter the work area to get things upstairs. I have always painted my own walls and never understood why people paid to have them painted, but when I didn't want to stand on a huge ladder and was running out of time to complete my project, I decided to hire out. Now I get it. They made the walls look new- minor cracks and imperfections were gone. They caulked. The doors looked new. They always say painting is about the prep and now I understand why. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

It turned out fine. It looked really great. They did a really nice job. It was very detailed.

It went well. The staff on the phone was very responsive and proactive about setting up the painting, and they sent two guys who arrived on time. The only thing I would say is they should be clearer about what "for a day" means. The guys finished up around 2 or 3 and I asked if they could do some additional work. They said no, since they finished what I had originally asked for early. But I still feel that I got a good value overall.

I used them to paint before but they also offer house cleaning. They preformed a deep house cleaning to my house. My windows are super spotless. My kitchen and bathrooms look great. They left the bedrooms tidy and dust free. I will coordinate to use their cleaning services again and I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

The workers were very nice and professional. They cleaned up every day when they left and did a superb job painting. The prep work they did was excellent. We were extremely pleased with their work and they finished in the time frame they had promised. Their pricing was very reasonable as well.

The process from estimate to completion went very smooth. Innovative Inc was very reasonably priced and the crew was prompt and professional. I am very happy with the results.

Perfect except for mother nature (bad storms). During this time they kept in constant touch and let me know exactly when they could paint. We talked pretty much daily due to the on again/off again storms that week. Overall they were outstanding and am considering using them to paint the interior of my house. The workers were courtious, showed up on time, cleaned after they left and even took off their shoes before entering the house without me even mentioning it. I wish every company was this good.

My experience with Innovative Inc was great! They cleaned the interior of my house from top to bottom. Dusted, vacuumed and disinfected. My furniture looks shiny as well as my floors. They even changed the linens on the beds. My bathrooms look new and spotless. I was so relieved to come home and relax in my clean house. I plan on using Innovative Inc bi-weekly to keep the place tidy and dust free.
