They were great guys but very surprised they didn't have a hand truck or dolly. One of the items was so heavy that I had to use my own hand truck which was not really made for appliances that heavy. Needless to say, I had to help. They were very nice and did a good job.

The two-men crew worked very hard to get as much of our interior painted as possible. The job wasn't perfect but a bargain for the amount of labor and rooms. It helped that I prepped the rooms with blue tape and covering the floor & furniture so they could get on with painting, rather than prep. If you are in a time crunch, I would suggest doing the same. Overall, we were very pleased!

Overall excellent. They remove the items we wanted moved & did a great job.

Scheduling was painless. I called the office, and they worked with me to get someone out to our property within a week. On the day of the visit, they were on time and pleasant, and got right to work. They picked up all the old pipes and wood. I showed them the large TV and basketball hoop, and they quoted me a reasonable price ($100) above the $99 coupon I had purchased.

Excellent. The painters worked hard and prepped and cleaned all areas. We look forward to using them for interior work soon. I would and have, highly recommended Innovative to friends.

Very well. They arrived on time and quickly cleaned out a lot of old screens , boxes, bags and used and broken equipment which had been piling up for years. It was hot messy work and they were very pleasant about it. I would call them again.

We had an excellent experience with Innovative, starting with Luis Torre, the estimator, who was responsive to our requirements and the painting team, led by Alex and the Cristian. The team spent the first day getting the house ready, sanding and caulking where needed, and priming where necessary. They completed most of the work the second day but a fast moving storm stopped the work and they returned the following morning to complete all tasks. They did a fine job cleaning up and responding to our priorities. I appreciated their recommendation to use Loxon XP masonry coating for the foundation wall which is a way to prolong the lifetime of concrete and masonry around the home. Luis and Alex (and the painting team) did a fine job on our home.

It was a pleasant and very good experience - fast and efficient with prompt action.

We are extremely happy with the experience working with Innovative Painters and the final product. Every facet of the experience was positive. Unlike many service calls that I've experienced, they were punctual for our initial appointment to provide me with an assessment and estimate for the work--showing that that they valued my time as well as their own. They took the time to listen to my concerns, inspect and assess the house and provide me with their perspectives on the work that was needed. They followed through two days later providing me with a proposal and estimate for the work. We initially scheduled the work to begin in June; but, at my request, they changed the schedule to the second week of July to give me time to complete some repairs before the painting was to be done. I very much appreciate the flexibility that was provided to move the schedule. As promised, a crew arrived Monday morning to power wash our house and begin preparing it for painting. I was very pleased with the workmanship, courtesy, and overall professionalism exhibited by Jose Reyes, Reyes Rodriguez and Alejandro Calderon during the week. During the initial assessment and estimate, several areas needing wood repair were identified and we thought that two coats of Behr Marquee paint and primer would be sufficient to cover the aluminum siding and wood trim. Jose and I discussed the progress throughout the week. I appreciated them making me aware of other issues that hadn't been noticed before and asking whether (and how) I wanted them to be addressed. Several areas that needed additional attention from what was specified in the initial contract included: replacing the trim on the raker boards next to the roof at one end of the house; applying a third coat of paint to the aluminum siding; and installing a new pediment that had been purchased above the front door. The owner of Innovative Painters returned Friday afternoon to review and discuss the proposed changes; the implications for cost, and agreed to have the team work through Saturday to complete the work. The third coat of paint to the aluminum siding was obviously a big change in the scope of work; but, ultimately proved necessary and made a big difference in the look of the final product that both the team and I are pleased with. Finally, I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge Alejandro's fine work replacing the trim to the raker boards, installing the pediment above the front door and assistance installing the shutters. Installing the new pediment required careful removal of the old pediment to avoid damaging other parts of the door trim and aluminum siding; fitting and cutting of the aluminum siding so that the new pediment would fit flush against the house without leaving large gaps to be caulked. I was impressed with Alejandro's skill, care, and commitment to making sure the job was done right and that we were pleased with the outcome. His help installing the shutters was very much appreciated. This task was not part of our initial discussion and contract; but, it was a large effort and his help really made a difference. In conclusion, working with Innovative Painters was a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their work highly to others.

Let me preface this with I hired Innovative before to repaint the entire interior of my townhouse prior to moving in and they did such an exceptional job I went back to them for the exterior work. Although I trusted Alex (Co-owner) and Innovative to give me a good deal I still did my due diligence and got 2 other bids. The other bids were comically higher with one being $1,000 higher and the other being $3,900 higher. That made choosing Innovative for the exterior a no brainer. Job was done professionally with great attention to detail. The before and after is a night and day difference. The Innovative crew identified areas of wood rot that could not be simply painted over and meticulously removed the rotten areas and replaced them with new pressure treated wood that fit perfectly. The carpenter also took extra attention to caulk certain areas that were left exposed before to increase the duration and minimize future water seepage. After spending almost 2.5 days performing prep work (powerwashing in advance, sanding, priming, etc) the house already looked better with primer alone. They then spent 2 additional days applying the exterior by brush and making sure to rotate from the front and rear of the house so they could have the first and second coats applied properly. Before Innovative did their magic my house was literally the color of mayonnaise and so were the shutters and all trim work. It was incredibly bland and there was some noticeable wood rot around the front door. Afterwards the house looks crisp, clean, and modern. Innovative does exceptional work and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional performed interior or exterior paint projects.

Top-rate company. From the estimate to completion, it went smoothly and the quality of the work was excellent. The only hiccup was that the garage prep work was not drying due to the extreme heat and humidity that week, so rather than try to plow through and do inferior work, they kept coming back over the next few days to finish it off as the conditions permitted. I will definitely use them again for my next paint job.

I could not have been happier with the job that Innovative Painters did for me. They showed up when they said they would and did what it took to complete the project on time, which was a big deal because several other things hinged on their timely completion. Their drywall guy took great pains to make sure that they joints he had to repair came out perfectly, and this level of care and quality continued right through to the caulking, trim, and paint. Their lines are crisp, and they took good care of surfaces that were not to be painted. Can't really ask for a whole lot more.

Great. Employees were professional and courteous. Had a little problem with communication in regards to scheduling but it was resolved quickly.

Overall everything went very well working with Innovative. The only small issue we had was scheduling a date to complete the work. On the date that was established to complete the work they did not show and did not return my phone calls. After we spoke the following workday we established another time and the work was completed as scheduled. I will still use this company again.

They were on time, professional and efficient. They broke down the exercise equipment to remove it from the house. Everything went well and I'd use them again.

If a "maybe" was available on "would you recommend this provider," I would have chosen that. The job was performed on the date requested. but there were some bumps. We had to contact the provider twice to schedule service despite providing desired dates on Angie's List after purchase--first an e-mail and then a phone call. They were able to come on the day desired, however. When the crew and truck showed up, they thought it was for a quarter truckload, not a full one. So they had to leave and return with another truck. Only the driver returned with the empty truck so we ended up having to help load to meet our schedule. The rest of the crew arrived after I had to leave for a scheduled appointment. This resulted in the truck not being loaded as efficiently as it could and not taking all the materials desired. They also left a bag of trash in the front yard. In the end, the service was performed and most of what we wanted hauled off (all acceptable materials. this is not a case of our trying to have prohibited items included and the company having to refuse them) removed. I would just suggest confirming with the scheduler (Mabel) the size of your job so you have the right truck, crew, and time allotted to your job.

Innovative showed up a few minutes late, but not annoyingly. Two guys got right to work removing a bed, a tv and a double pedestal wooden desk. They only took 30 minutes, but getting rid of these items was worth the effort. I would use them again.

I was very pleased with the two guys that came to do the work - very polite and professional. The company was good in rescheduling - I had to move the day. Only one small glitch - the office lady told me that they would come between 11am - 1pm, but they showed up early (9am). The guys had on their sheet the pick-up time between 9am-11am. Really not a big deal...overall I was very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone for their hauling service!

I was given time frame between 8AM and 10AM and they arrived in that timeframe. They removed all of the items that I pointed to in a very quick and professional manner. This entire process was truly an easy button for me the consumer.
