Had to reschedule from 9 A.M to 2 P.M. On time! Excellent!

Alexander and Louis were prompt, polite and went the extra mile to carry a bunch of heavy items out, and then they swept up afterward because the tree had dropped a couple twigs en route.

It was fine. I had to call them to remind them but once I made the call they came by and picked up my stuff. They had to drain the water heater because the water heater I needed them to pick up had some water in it.

Quick and courteous removal of junk and discarded items. Very efficient.

The guys sent to pick up my junk did a great job.

It went very well. They were prompt on an appointment to give me an estimate. They were prompt for the actual appointment to paint. The did a superb job. They missed an area that I asked to paint but came back a couple of days later to do that work also. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The 2 gentlemen were on time, polite, very professional, and loaded all the items for disposal in record time. Very pleased with the service and have recommended them to others.

One lady at the office has horrible customer service skills, but the rest of the staff I dealt with was punctual and professional for the most part. Quote process was punctual and quick to respond with price. Once date was agreed upon to being work, staff showed up on time to begin work and when they returned to finish work. Took two days for complete paint job to be done, all inclusive of the original quote so the length of work didn't change the price. Workers completed job saying I would get a follow up from the project manager. Was two weeks from job completion before I received a call inquiring about payment with brief mention of how the work was preformed. Work was preformed well, but spots could use touch up where additional coat was missed or clean up from minor splatters. I guess it is reliant upon client follow up to have issues address vs. the company being being proactive about work performed I feel.

I researched painters on Angie's list and after reviewing five of them and getting estimates from the five, I selected Innovative Painters. They provided a very good written estimate, clearly listed their procedure, and correctly estimated the approximate finishing time. The painters arrived at 8:00 a.m. on the scheduled day, brought the appropriate supplies and began work. They were very respectful of our home, very neat, used excellent painting techniques overall e.g. they sanded all wall and ceiling cracks to make sure they had a smooth surface, and were responsive to any concerns we may have voiced. The job took 7 business days to complete which spanned 9 calendar days. The company owner visited the job site to assess the work and the estimator visited to ensure that all was proceeding well. My husband and I were very, very pleased with the work provided by Innovative Painters and highly recommend them.

Because their truck broke down they were a day late. Guys were very nice and very professional. They do not bring dollies or equipment and could not take a very heavy old wood stove insert. They were very apologetic. I still got good value for what we paid.

Great! They arrived on time, were very professional and completed the work quickly. Only glitch is that Angie's List indicated they would call me but you have to call them and they then schedule you trying to meet your needs. Just don't wait for them to call you.

It was very easy. I was contacted by Innovative a week or two before to confirm dates I had provided and they contacted me again to remind me of agreed date and time. They arrived within the hour they had stated, looked over what needed to be done, got to it, and were on their way within a half hour.

Perfectly. They came exactly at the time we agreed upon, introduced themselves by name, and got to work. They were in and out in about 20 minutes.

After an initial mixup on when they were supposed to arrive that day, things went very smoothly. The company rep made sure the truck came out shortly after I notified them of the mixup. The two gentlemen who showed up in the truck were very polite and went right to work. In a short amount of time they had finished the job.

I would recommend for light to medium heavy hauling (e. g., furniture) because they try hard to be careful, But told in advance what the job was, they showed up with a wheelbarrow (!) and neither of the crew of two looked particularly muscular. Luckily, I has a dolly. Special deal excluded 3rd floor, so agreed to pay extra for 2 radiators there. One turned out to be the heaviest, so it cost $150 extra ( which they really earned) on top of the $99 deal. Some minor damage to door frames and one piece of furniture when they were worn out. Job cost a lot given scrap iron value of 9 of the radiators, and historic resale value of two with fancy scroll work.

I would definitely purchase from them again, not just for hauling but for other odds and ends that they provide. The quality of work that they perform is excellent.
