We are very proud to have won the Angieslist Super Service Award three years in a row. Serving all of Northern Virginia from Stafford to Leesburg to include Washington DC and local Maryland areas. Our highly trained technicians are licensed to service and installation of all types of locks, safes, keys, alarm installation, access control, camera's, CCTV, high security locks. We have been providing all types of physical security of our clients since 1985. Eastern Safe & Lock was instrumental in writing and passing Virginia’s first locksmith license in 2008. This license requires all locksmith companies to be licensed and each technician to be register with the Department of Criminal Justice Services. Each Locksmith has to pass a background check and be fingerprinted by DCJS. Check out Angie's List to find out about the phony unlicensed scammer locksmiths that quote silly low prices like 15.00 or 19.00, they show up in unmarked cars, use a very old con called bait and switch, quote really low to get the job then charge hundreds of dollar more than they should when they get to your home or office. We provide free written estimate. We have been in business for to many years to pressure you to use our services. We will never demand you pay with cash. Description of Work: Replaced lock on front door. It went great. When we first spoke to the company, the company was to call our tenant and schedule an appointment. Our tenant notified us on a Friday at 5:00 pm that they had not heard from the lock company. I called the company, they had said they had tried to reach the tenant without success. At that time, Eastern Safe and Lock was forwarding their calls to "emergency" service for the weekend, but told us that our tenant could call and they would charge for "normal" service. The best part of this was, our tenant called them, and the company had an employee at the house for repairs by 7:30 that same evening! Very happy!

Description of Work: They replaced the lock portion on an exterior sliding glass door. Since it was not a brand name door they suggested i send a photo so they could determine if they could help me. Very clever! They assured me it could be fixed and they did an excellent job.

Description of Work: They did not have enough nickel finishes for my doors since the door deadbolts had to be replaced due to a quirky master key need, but they went back to the office and got what was needed!! Very satisfied with rekeying job!!!
