Description of Work: The key does not work properly in one lock. I had just had identity theft and was frantic to change my locks and shut down all my financial accounts. I was not watching the man. He handed me keys for the basement door along with the other keys. I never use the basement door. I just tried to use it for the first time since the locksmith was there. The keys do not work. I called Eastern lock and they said that I only had a few weeks to call and complain and they won't come back out and give me keys that actually open the door. This is ridiculous. The owner was very unreasonable.

Description of Work: Evidently I misunderstood the deal and did not realize that the initial price on Antieslist was not the total. So when the whole bill was presented I was surprised. It needs to be clear to the client that is reading the ad that this is just an initial charge. If so, I missed it.

Description of Work: Ben rekeyed 4 locks in the house we recently purchased. He tried very hard to be able to do it so that we could use the same key in all the doors, but was unable to because of a different manufacture of the locks .
