We are very proud to have won the Angieslist Super Service Award three years in a row. Serving all of Northern Virginia from Stafford to Leesburg to include Washington DC and local Maryland areas. Our highly trained technicians are licensed to service and installation of all types of locks, safes, keys, alarm installation, access control, camera's, CCTV, high security locks. We have been providing all types of physical security of our clients since 1985. Eastern Safe & Lock was instrumental in writing and passing Virginia’s first locksmith license in 2008. This license requires all locksmith companies to be licensed and each technician to be register with the Department of Criminal Justice Services. Each Locksmith has to pass a background check and be fingerprinted by DCJS. Check out Angie's List to find out about the phony unlicensed scammer locksmiths that quote silly low prices like 15.00 or 19.00, they show up in unmarked cars, use a very old con called bait and switch, quote really low to get the job then charge hundreds of dollar more than they should when they get to your home or office. We provide free written estimate. We have been in business for to many years to pressure you to use our services. We will never demand you pay with cash. Description of Work: Bought service coupon to have 4 locks rekeyed for our new home. Technician/lock smith arrived and informed us service by them is not required. Great service and honest! Could have easily done a job that was not needed, got paid, and I would have not known. If I need a lock smith in the future - I'm calling these guys! Description of Work: The technician installed a chain lock and changed the key on a deadbolt. The office gave out the wrong street address, so he had gone in the wrong direction in an attempt to arrive early, but at least he had the correct phone to follow up and correct the error ASAP. He was friendly, courteous, and helpful in answering questions about how to proceed. We discussed options and came up with a cost-effective, tailored plan. He was in and out in an hour and a half. (Without discussions, he would have been out faster, but I appreciated the advice.)

Description of Work: The technician came and checked out the lock on my front door which had been giving me problems. They analyzed the situation and did a bit of work to the plate strike on the door which seemed to be the problem instead of the lock. The office did lose track of my appointment, but when I called that morning to double check they sent someone out immediately to meet their commitment to me. Did have a certificate which reduced cost.
