They were very professional and did a great job. They were fast and cleaned up after the work was completed. When they forgot to include the lock for the sliding door I wanted, the installer called back to the office and had it delivered to our home for installation. Therefore, they could complete all the projects on only one trip. And they didn't charge me for the extra trip to bring out the lock. I would absolutely hire them again if I needed additional door lock work.

They came the next working day & quickly opened & permanently disabled the lock, as I requested. They came faster & charged about half the price of another locksmith I called.

I had trouble with the lock to my front door and called on this company to evaluate the lock for possible repair/replacement. Ultimately two visits were required to allow the lock to function better (although not normal); this was my only grievance. I was not charged for the second visit. I eventually bought a lock to replace my current one, and easily arranged for Eastern Safe and Lock to install it. It went off without a hitch. The technician was knowledgeable, polite and prompt.

The first visit the locksmith was able to re-key our garage door ok, but had great difficulty re-keying the front door and had to remove and re-order a new door handle set.? We had to go about a week without being able to use our front door, but when he came back to make the final repairs and re-key the locks to match everything worked great!? There were no additional charges for any parts or for them to complete the work to our satisfaction.? A few weeks later, we did have to call them out one more time as the front door handle came lose and fell off.??They were very prompt; putting the handle back on, tightening it and showing us what to do if it happened again.? There were no charges for this second?service call.? We will definitely use them again, if needed!

Eastern Safe & Lock are fantastic! They quotes us at half the price of other vendors for 2 deadbolts and 3 rekeys. Marc came out to use within hours of our call and was done within a half hour. We highly recommend!

Overall good experience and would recommend. I cannot tell you how much a good attitude and the willingness to make up for being late goes for me. To be completely honest, we made 2 appointments where he missed. He explained it to me he was understaffed and when he did come to the appointment, he was incredibly apologetic and nice. He even went so far as to try to fix my horrible doorbell and included a locking mechanism bc my old one was not compatible since I was being so patient. That is what matters to me, he knew he messed up and did everything in his power to make it right. A month later, a screw came loose and the lock wouldn't lock anymore and he came out the next day since I told him it was an emergency. It is a start up franchise so he was still getting on his feet and I have full confidence in his ability. If I need to get it re-keyed again, I will be calling him.

Mark (in the office) and Mark (the locksmith) were both very professional, friendly and able to accommodate my schedule. I purchased the deal on June 22 and they were able to schedule me 2 days later. Mark the locksmith reviewed what I wanted done, which was to rekey 4 locks on 2 doors to the same key. He informed me that he couldn't do that since the locks on the 2 doors were by different manufacturers, however, he was able to rekey the doors separately so they each had their own key, and make extra key copies, which usually cost $4/key at no additional cost. Excellent customer service and great job!

It went great, Jonathan showed up in the AM as planned. He started working right away. He was very knowledgeable and fast. He installed and secured the lock to make sure it shuts right. He programed it and showed us how to use. I am so glad that we met Jonathan thru Angie's list. I am very impressed.

The locksmith arrived early and was very detailed with his work. We had one lock that had been installed poorly by the people we bought our new house from and he took the time to make sure it was installed correctly while he re-keyed the lock. He was very professional and answered all of our questions.

I contacted Eastern on relatively short notice, calling Friday to schedule service for Monday. They were able to fit me in for first thing in the morning. I was given a 1 hour window for arrival, and he arrived on time. I quickly described the work, showing him the doors. At that point, I sat down to get some work done. He was done in about an hour, and everything was great. I asked him about one lock seeming to stick. He actually discovered that the door wasn't quite straight in the frame.

I was so impressed with the service provided to me. I called and was able to have my locks done all within the same day. The serviceman - I forgot his name - was very professional and polite. I had called to ask for 2 locks to be replaced and 1 to be re-keyed during the initial conversation. Although there was a miscommunication and the serviceman did not come with the locks, he left and returned with the knobs and door-bolts I wanted. I felt they went above and beyond.

I've worked with them before. They came out and rekeyed 8 locks for me. They always do great work, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The tech was right on time, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Service took about an hour. I used the $35 for $75 coupon otherwise my service would have been $233. It wasn't a big deal but I wish they would have told me ahead of time that the deadbolt and the door handle lock each count as two locks per door and that affects pricing. I just thought they just counted the number of doors. That could also be common knowledge and I just don't know enough about locksmith things. I would use them again.

Arrived on time agreed to and began work. Did the doors in sequence. Drilled holes using a jig. Ensured that bolt extended into door jamb at proper depth. Purchased the deal ($35) good toward total cost. Job completed in 1.5 hours. Overall, no muss, fuss, or bother on my part. Very comfortable with the result.

They did a great job and were able to provide me with one key for all 3 doors after I asked. Great service and I would definitely use them again.

The technician arrived within the designated time frame. He drilled around the lock until it worked better. He suggested removing the weather stripping around the door, which is impeding the lock.

They arrived very quickly. They were efficient. The only thing I was disappointed with was the fact the three keys they cut were old keys, not new ones. I was in a hurry so I didn't make a big deal about it.
