The locksmith was late due to traffic, but had called ahead of time to let me know. He worked a long time as our garage door was a challenge, but didn't charge extra for the time. He had good advice regarding options for changing locks and installing new features.

The technician, Ben, arrived within the time window promised. He was very courteous and explained what all he was doing. He removed the lock from the door and took it to his van for a while. He told me I didn't need a new lock and that he had cleaned and lubricated the lock and had to replace some worn pins and readjusted it. Then he replaced it into the door and made sure it was working properly. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They were great. They came on time. They did a really good job quickly. It was very professional and everything went fine. They didn't seem like they tried to upsell us. They did what we asked them to do and then left.
