He arrived on time, ran into some problems with the install, but after much persistence and hard work (Mark) was able to install the dead bolt. I would definetly use this provider again and Mark as well. Thanks for your hard work.

The combination lock of a safe was damaged in a move. I called Eastern and they were able to dispatch someone quickly according to our schedule. The service technician was quite late due to traffic since they were coming from across town. He was very professional and quick to correct the problem. I would use them again.

Everything was great! The dispatcher was quick to respond. Denny was the service technician that came out. We appreciated his calm, professional demeanor. We were locked out of our house by accident. I immediately googled a few lock changing stores and logged onto Angie's List for help. It was after hours so it was a challenge to even be able to speak to anyone in person. Only a couple of people actually picked up their phones. We asked the first person that answered to come out to our house since we were in a desperate situation. They said it would take about an hour for them to come out so we waited because we didn't actually have a choice. In the meantime, I kept calling other places since I couldn't exactly go anywhere and Eastern Safe & Lock picked up. They said that they would have a technician call us back as soon as he could and their charge was $100 LESS than the first people we reached. Eastern Safe & Lock reached our house in a little over an hour (despite rush hour traffic) and Denny was good enough to call to keep us up to date on traffic and his ETA. Upon arrival, Denny asked to see our I.D.s which I really appreciated. Denny worked on trying to break into our existing lock for a quite a long time before he gave up on it and changed the entire lock. We were relieved to find out that the lock placement was not as much as it could have been. We'll definitely use Eastern Safe & Lock again if we need them. (Hopefully not!)

Everything went great including the conversation with the company to describe my needs including my interaction with the locksmith, both of whom were very courteous and professional.

Performed as expected. Was unable to make copies of the new keys for us though because he didn't have his normal work truck and didn't have the keymaking equipment with him

My experience was awesome. He showed up when he said he would and re-keyed all of the locks in our new house which is a huge security benefit. He was a very nice guy as well. This was such a bargain. Everyone who buys or moves into a new house should use this service. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Service person was courteous, professional, and maintained a sense of humor. We were locked out of the home and the service individual promptly jimmied the lock to successfully gain entry. He calmly explained that the current lock was intended for internal doors and ill-suited for external locked doors. He demonstrated how the appropriate lock should work and after we agreed to replace the lock he installed the new commercial lock - patiently showing us how it was specifically designed to preclude his easy entry. We valued his explanation and have a better appreciation for the security features of the new hardware. The service was performed in less the 30 minutes and we ware very satisfied with the outcome. Would recommend this company again.

I called a Easter Safe and Lock Inc. customer service representative yesterday. I explained the problem. He provided me an estimate as to how much it would cost to perform the work. He said that a repairman would arrive at our home between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 5/20/2015. The repairman arrived at 11:00 AM and called thirty minutes prior to arrival. He opened the safe within 15 minutes of arrival and took another 5 minutes to repair it. The worker, Mr. Dennis Molina was professional, courteous and competent. I was completely satisfied with the work performed.

Everything went well. Fortunately, the technician had the right type and color of lock on hand that I needed. Also, it was an emergency situation, so I was very pleased they were able to arrive quickly.

The locksmith re-keyed the backdoor. However, he said the door lock was non-standard, and it took him a lot longer to do the job than originally estimated. I ended up missing a meeting at work because I couldn't get back in time.

The provider showed up on time, was friendly and professional and got the job done quickly. He explained how the rekeying process worked because I was curious and had asked. The only issue came in paying for the service. The provider didn't understand how the Angie's List coupon worked (and I didn't catch it at the time) so we ended up paying double. I have spoken with the company and they apologized for the mixup and said they'd cut a check for the difference we overpaid. While I anticipate getting it, we have not yet. I call periodically and they're friendly on the phone. But it's been over a month now.

Mark arrived within the two-hour window and made a quick and accurate assessment of the work we needed done. He had everything he needed on the truck. Job took only about an hour, and he cleaned up after boring out the holes for the additional dead bolt.
